Mandalorians are free to fight for who they wish for. Always have and in this case, those that are with the OS are getting paid to do so. Nothing personal, just business. I personal have always waved a friendly flag towards the republic and aided them where i can. But nobody can control the individual mando. 2. Make your initial post in the IC thread and add a note to contact you for time concerns
3. Wait for an opponent to post in the IC thread and then directly contact them
4. Post an LFG on the main forums

That 24 hour rule really should be a 48 to 72 hour rule... with all the colds and sick LOA's that have been posted... and it is nearing flu season in the states... I think this should be taken back and renegotiated... my participation will be contingent on that...

The 24-hour rule is a default. What you agree with your dance partner is entirely between yourselves. If you want 48-hour turnaround, that's fine.

Arranging that with a partner doesn't help me if I get sick and can't post... Doesn't anyone read the concern which is actually written rather than assume the issue is simply the same that has been addressed over and over...

I will say it again... we are coming on Flu season in the states... and with the ammount of illness LOA's which have been posted, this default needs to be renegotiated as a courtesy to the writers...

I would be fine with an adendum that adresses emergencies...

The OS has shut down negotiations at this point. And I don't see how increasing the default time rule is going to make a difference if you get sick anyway. Just tell your writing partner. Unforeseens are unforeseens.

Okay, I have a question about Objective C? Is it going to be like a Battlefront map? I know on the Objective C topic it said starfighters were allowed, I want to make sure imperial walkers before I go on Empire.com and order some of them.

Walkers will be allowed. My best advice to you is to find an opponent (maybe even pair up with an ally as well) and work out the rules to your match. And if no one opposes you ICly, then join as reinforcements for an ally.

Sadly, troop counts were never agreed to in the invasion negotiations, so you will just have to adjust accordingly by bringing in extra troops if someone shows up with a bigger force.

We do, but I think it's still important for people to voice their concerns over this rule. If the OS wants to be petulantly stubborn about allowing writers to have a real life, then it's not worth working with them. Let them write their own resistance to an invasion.
