Vaux seemed to relax a bit Porro spoke up about knowing how to help people have a good time. The usually rough around the edges pilot did have to admit he had a way of pulling her out of her shell too. Vaux thought for a moment, clearly already having some fun.

"Jawa Juice or a good ale maybe? And osik I haven't actually danced in forever." This was also very true. She was dedicated, and only now getting use to her clan not constantly being on the move. Tonight was a night to relax and have fun though. "But maybe you can help me not look too bad out there." She joked with a chuckle. When they got their drinks, Vaux would look over at her Porro, a little curious. "This is good. So, do you do when you aren't treating someone to a fun night?"

"Of course I am, go ahead" he said with a brief smile as they both swapped drinks with each other. Upon making the trade, he felt Odemyrii ease up and calm down. The small gesture was enough to gain some trust, but there was still much work to do. Silas's nerves was one of them, and it was annoying how out of all things in the galaxy this was the thing to make him the most nervous. It was almost as if women were the most scary creatures in the galaxy.

Not long later a waiter came across and asked for their food orders. It didn't take long for the knight to pick out a nice stake, cooked medium rare with a bunch of vegetables instead of potatoes and chips. It kept within his diet and considering it was a date Silas couldn't help feeling daring by having the steak in the first place. He knew how boring a veggie diet was, the last thing Silas wanted was to make his date feel the same about his tastes.

"Something casual for now. I'm afraid being a Jedi makes it impossible to see what's around the corner" Silas smiled and took a sip of the red wine "It would be a lie to say it's not a tough way of life. However, it isn't half rewarding and an adventure, to say the least" he explained while staring into her eyes with a calming look.

"Please, tell me about yourself. I fear you're alluring blue eyes are going to put me in a trance if I don't think about something else"

Nej looked Valery back over after Rhys Swynol Rhys Swynol left the pair alone.

He clicked his teeth, thinking of her question about singles, looking over the crowd. "Not a lot of people for me here, I don't think." Nej couldn't help but wonder for a moment, turning his head back to Valery, slowly advancing to the bar at the mention of it.

"Favorite drink, huh?"

He made his way towards the bar, hoping she'd follow. Nej was a sucker for fruity drinks and dangerous women. And tonight, he was in the presence of both. Those pretty eyes drifted over to Valery, nudging his head towards the bar while he walked.

"While you're here, at the least."

Kalic smiled as Tibera noted that he must love flying, and that she wouldn't mind seeing it in person. He nodded, looking at his date as he took a sip of his drink. "If you want, we definitely can before the night ends." He remarked, looking at his date, or at least mimicking how most people would look at someone, and thinking about how the night already seemed to be going surprisingly well. He was then surprised by what Tibera said next.

“Oh! I….” This wasn’t necessarily something he’d heard in this context for some time. “And I thought I’d be the one asking if you could handle me.” Will it was said in a joking manner, it was the truth. Given his tendency to slip into visions at seemingly random. Granted that hadn’t come up yet either.

The Jedi she heard of were perhaps one of the most well traveled; it was almost envious how their work sent them to explore across the galaxy. Aurelia had a couple of casual relationships and flings, but she had never dated a jedi until now. Their lives just seemed in stark contrast to hers. "That makes sense for a courageous defender of the galaxy." She commented with a nod, providing a bit of admiration to what he was involved in.

Although, his form of flattery was nothing she hadn't heard before given the nature of her job, the corners of her lips still tugged upwards into a gentle smirk. "Oh, are they so? I can't help it." She said rather flirtatiously. Her head tilted slightly with her chin leaning to rest on the palm of her hand, through her lustrous lashes, her blue hues gazed intently into his own.

For a moment she pondered. Even if they were on a date, Aurelia didn't want to divuldge too much onto someone she just met. Despite her seemingly collected demeanour, she also didn't want to risk ruining her chances with this Jedi by oversharing. Of course, the more interesting aspect of her life was in her earlier years in Xona but she would start of simple with the basics. "My life certainly isn't near as adventurous as yours, Jedi. I live on Qena Prime, working at the Qeniora Tower - its a 300 floor skyscraper. Have you been to the Qena system?"

"Hmm... What do you wish to know about me, Silas?"
She asked. "Don't be shy," With a slight tease to her voice, she prompted in a whisper. It was fair game, whatever he would be so bold to ask, she would expect him to answer about himself later on.

"You never know. Keep an open mind," Valery suggested while she looked around. A lot of people here came after matching up, but surely he wasn't the only one who visited alone. Between the dancefloor, bar and vibe, it was the perfect place to try and meet someone special.

Though, Valery probably wouldn't have ever tried to find someone to live happily ever after with at a club.

"Alderaanian red wine," Valery replied while she slowly walked after him. She wasn't dancing, but her sense of rhythm had her move to the beat just a little with each step and the sway of her hips. Jedi Master or not, she wasn't immune to the effects of a catchy tune.

"I'll take whatever you have, though. This isn't really a place for fine wine." With that, she accepted the offer for drinks, but she was going to be careful.

Getting drunk now wasn't a good idea.

Watching the events unfold, people were dancing, mingling and the music was definitely popular artists of the year. The bartenders seemed to have the perfect beverages, with some vintages that were not common around. While at the bar and mentioning her favourite, the bartender turned to Valery Noble Valery Noble "Oh, we were told to have that particular red, Master Rhys also ensured that we had a rare vintage if you wished to check that out? Unless you both wished to drink something else?" Gesturing to Nej Tane Nej Tane as being the person making the order for the two here.

Rhys soaked in the good, positive emotions that were swimming around. This was the closest feeling that he could get to being back on Zeltros. Cracking his knuckles, Rhys looked around to see if there were any other singles around that desired company or attention that he could provide.

As people gambled and spent the credits offered to them, the waiting staff serving delicious cocktails, whiskies and wines. They also use pheromones to ensure that the gamblers have a fun, positive time where they feel victorious and that any moment they could win massive.

Luck was right around the corner for all the gamblers, right? The house would never win tonight!

As for those marvelling at the stargazing dome, the ship passed several known worlds which allowed people to see how cities appear from space. The ship progressed past the planets and an announcer called out on the comms.

"As we carry on sailing through, please take a seat and take a moment to enjoy the shooting comets that will be visible from the dome." The announcer was clearly very excited and wanted to ensure that everyone got the moment to truly marvel at their galaxy.

As they moved on, the shooting comets soared through space and trails from the comets have a green tint. Several soaring comets sailing over the skies before them.

"Would you like some food or something to drink?" He asked as he lifted his small shoulders and pulled his hands up into his sleeves unsure what to do with his hands.
Leddie smiled, nodding and looking to where he pointed out. "That sounds great. Shall we?" She asked, waiting for Tik Tik to lead the way. She was then surprised by the compliment, her checks getting a bit red from it. She looked at him not seeming to know what to say at first.

"I.... thanks. You're not half bad yourself."

Nej clicked his teeth, getting a simple cocktail. A fruity, but punchy drink. He leaned over the counter, strawberry blonde hair falling over his face. He ran a hand through it, blue eyes glancing to the ceiling of the bar.

"Of all the things on this big ship, you picked me and the bar. Why?"

Nej resisted the urge to show Rhys Swynol Rhys Swynol , that smarmy pinkish purple sonofabitch, what a Disruptor pistol could do.

"Nice secluded spot to watch the stars on the top deck, I heard..."

"Oh my stars! Tune!" she called out as they danced, allowing herself to fully feel the night out and the energy of the music coursing through her. She dance with him, he was a good dancer and her seemed to be enjoying himself.

"I'm happy to say that that is not the case now."

"I am very glad to hear that." she laughed "You've got nice eyes" she added to him as the danced closely, gently swaying as the music slowed down a little. Screw it... she thought to herself, she leaned in and kissed him. It wasn't the biggest kiss, and certainly nothing risqué, she was, after all a dignified woman, but he would in ten lovely seconds know that this date was going well.

Then, as the music changed again, Anja pulled away, smiled and turned with her back to him placing his hands around her waist and continuing to dance with the charming man.

There was such a thing as being "too lucky" - whether one has the Force or is blissfully unaware of the myriad of mysteries it has, all were subject to some degree of fortune. Each person plodding along paths eked out by their forebears, for their descendants, and for Trayze Tesar, right smack dab in an ad-hoc card tournament.

By the presence of one male and female Zeltron floating near the Detective, he knew the game - a few more prestigious members would no doubt have some means of "consolation" and special preference within Mr. Swynol' party boat. Whether that means the house loses a few paltry chips, or a few "staff member" have declared a potential interest in him - no doubt for some good overtime pay.

Yet beneath the glittering facade of fortune, the coy deployment of pheromones, the Sith looked up at the cold bracketed screen. Himself, on one end, and a Jedi - Korr Du Lac Korr Du Lac - was a potential competitor.

Potential he reminded himself Potentially. Either one of us could lose prior to the final round.
Go mingle with others! his internal monologue mockingly echoed, in the voice of his peers and disturbingly himself. Make friends! Kiss someone pretty! Win some credits! I'm sure nothing bad could happen!

All the Sith could hope, aside from somehow being the only Sith on the ship, and avoiding the dozen or so Jedi who are on here, was either himself or his opponent losing before the two would cross paths. Fifty creds would be a small price to pay in order to not have sabers drawn, or worse still, a dialogue.

Especially considering, aside from a euphemistic one, his lightsaber was still in the shop, and he felt too naked without his personal slugthrower pistols, and Bogan be merciful, hopefully everyone else would be similarly disarmed.

“Surely…someone of your…prowess…can go all night.”

Serenity slipped out of his grasp, and into the throng of people on the dance floor. A cheeky grin was flashed his way, and a finger beckoned him follow her.

There was still plenty of time to dance. The night cycle had only just begun.

“Oh yeah I could imagine that would seem pretty on the nose.” He said with a slight chuckle. Ko slightly blushed some after hearing Lily’s comment about how cliche it would be if he had gotten here a lily flower. Only because if he had known beforehand that she was his date, he would’ve probably have gotten that kind of flower for her. He’s the kind of guy to have done something cliche like that.

He was still pretty surprised over getting matched with her. There was a whole galaxy of possible matches and he happened to be here with a fellow padawan. It made Kel Dor wonder if perhaps there were other Jedi here as well.

Ko then listened to her question about what made him want to choose Stargazing for the date. Thinking about it, it probably did seem like an odd choice considering that once he peered outside the starship through The Force there was a whole lot of nothing for him to observe. “Well I um, I figured it might be less chaotic than the other options.” The rattling of slot machines and booming of stereos he predicted to have been pretty hectic and possibly distracting. “In hindsight too, we have been clubbing before on Echan. Ko noted with an amused tone, thinking back to that night with his friends.

“But also… I suppose I’ve sort’ve come to miss being able to stargaze. Even though I can’t really see it myself, you might be able to describe the marvels of what’s out there for me.” Saying that out loud made Ko concerned that it might’ve been rather self centered to ask that form a date.

Since it was going well so far Silas's nerves seemed to ease away by the second. It was clear both of them were starting to get a bit more comfortable with each other, to the point where things were starting to get hot in the room. Shaking his head slowly, he raised his brow slightly "I'm afraid not, but who says I never will?" he said with a quick wink before taking a sip of his drink. Who knew, maybe it wouldn't hurt to pay her a visit in the tower and get to know her more.

Keeping the same smirk in the corner of his lips, he took up on his date dare to ask more about her "Oh, I'm not shy by any means" the knight said with a daring tone of his own "What should I ask about you huh? well, how about this. What's the longest relationship you've had and why did you break up with them?" Silas questioned with another sip.

It was a very personal question, but it was she who wanted such a thing. Although, Silas had a sneaky feeling she was going to do the same with him when it came to it.

I was beginning to get a little nervous as the wait for my match got longer and longer. If I were in the casino or the nightclub there would have been distractions to keep my thoughts from drifting to all the what ifs. What if my date saw my picture and bailed on the date. I doubt they would have taken the time to message me that they were not going to come. Or maybe they looked into my background. I did as good a job as any in covering my less ethical and questionably legal practices. But if someone was determined to know everything about me, I didn’t doubt that where there is a will there's a way.

Was there anything else that I was missing? I mean they could just be running late right? I looked up into the viewing dome and my mind started to calm just a little bit. I greatly preferred the intricacies of circuits and other technical things to the beauty of open space, but even I would have a hard time arguing that there was a calming presence in the stars if you were open to it. I started to allow myself to get lost, to imagine the romantic possibilities and my faith in the moment was renewed as I heard my name.

I turned my attention from the stars to the person attached to the voice. I recognized Allyson Locke from her profile and I smiled knowing that at least for the moment she hadn’t given up on me. ”Yes. I’m Tizdalle. You can call me Tiz if you’d like,” I responded as I gave Allyson a quick, hopefully not too obvious look over. The eyepatch was intriguing, I wondered what was going on behind it. Not because I enjoyed disfigurations, but instead questioning what I might do to alleviate the need for it. The rest of her attire was comfortable and didn’t show off as much as the ensemble that I had purposely chosen was. Still I could tell that Allyson was someone who kept herself in top shape and there was plenty to be attracted to even without it being thrust in my face.

”I have to admit I was worried,” I answered her apology with a smile and a giggle. ”I’m not exactly the most confident person in the galaxy. I’m glad that you were able to make it,” I continued in an understanding tone. ”That’s a nice jacket, I’ve got one similar at home. That the way you dress for work? I made a point to wear something that I normally would have no use for. I’m honestly feeling a little silly now…” I stumbled a bit over the words. ”So do you want to find a seat and watch the stars? I think they are serving drinks, but I didn’t want to start before you arrived.”

Vulpesen confirmed that he was affiliated with the Galactic Alliance. Fomys wondered if she had stumbled into a boon by signing up on this app or if that was hoping for too much. Of course the fact that Vulpesen was from the GA didn’t mean that he would have any sway outside of his own planet, and even if he did that didn’t mean that would bring any help to her conquered home or the forming resistance to Imperial rule in that portion of the galaxy. Fomys gave a nod of understanding before moving on. Their positions in the political galaxy shouldn’t matter. Not yet at least. That was something to build up to, if ever become part of their potential relationship.

Vulpesen sipped on his drink as Fomys gave more insight into herself and then spoke where he currently lived and where his home planet was. Fomys was a bit ashamed to have never heard of Veradune, but at least she knew Amar, though she couldn’t remember why the planet struck a note with her. He expressed his desire to gaze at the stars with her and the sentiment was echoed by someone asking them to take seats to view passing comets. ”I can remember seeing comets from home. My brother always had his head up in the skies while we were growing up. I would be happy to sit and enjoy the sights with you,” Fomys responded and reached out towards Vulpesen’s arm. It was not something she normally would have done, but she was already starting to feel comfortable and honestly a bit attracted to her date, so she allowed herself to lean a little bit towards what she would normally think was too “girlie”.

Jawa Juice was a fine choice. Porro nodded to the bartender and had Vaux’ choice brought for each of them. ”If you have not danced in such a long time it must be because your work or something else has kept you out of the clubs. You being ignored at a bar has to be a criminal offense,” the young smuggler said with a wide grin. He had been accused of laying it on thick with his flirtations. Some thought that meant he was just teasing or joking and didn’t take his advances seriously, a few thought it was creepy and he had taken a couple punches to the shoulder and not so subtle requests to quit it. The rest seemed to find it a charming manner of being.

”As to my own talents on the dancefloor. You can trust me to guide you,” Porro bragged in his cool somber confidence. ”Dancing is one of the many traits that I do just well enough to not embarrass myself around professionals, but at the same time not well enough to make amateurs feel like I’m unapproachable. I promise if anyone is watching us out there it will be because we’re the most striking couple, not because of any missteps that are taken.”

Porro nodded to the server who brought their drinks and he took a small sip of his as he looked at Vaux. The question of his employment came up. ”As much as possible at the moment I spend time working on my ship. She’s a patchwork freighter that is going to be something special. In order to raise the funds for the work I am part of a crew of transport specialists,” Porro gave a wink to the last part letting it be known that the crew wasn’t exactly always on the right side of the law. ”Your profile mentioned piloting. In a more military sense? Or do you do transport as well? That would be a small galaxy wouldn’t it?”

Vaux admittedly blushed at the compliment. She'd fiddle with her hair out of nerves before finally figuring out what to say. "Oh! I mean I.... Thanks. I guess you could say I've kept busy." She said, looking at Porro. Maybe he was a little heavy in his flirting, but he definitely seemed to know what to say. He then described his own dancing. That did sound like fun. She laughed as drinks came, taking the a sip her own drink before speaking up. "Well, I'm holding you to it." She said with a chuckle before listening intently at his job.

She did snicker at the wink. Wasn't like the Fleet hadn't done similar in the past. Survival was survival after all. Porro then asked her what kind of piloting she did. Vaux smirked, nodding before speaking up. "Starfighter pilot. Mostly TwinTails and Vipers, but do to... recent events my squadrons getting some ner birds in. Actually have an old model Viper I'm working on fixing up. She's been through it, but looking almost like new. Hoping to give her the same livery as my first combat mission." She said, then smirked a little. "Maybe once your freighters finished you'll need a bit of an escort?"

Striding through the gallery with Fomys on his arm, Vulpesen nodded to the attendant who had shown them their seats. Sitting down with his date, Vulpesen flicked his ear towards her voice as he gazed out the massive viewport, his tail swishing twice more behind him. "All the Amarans were like that. Always staring up at the sky. Wanting to leave to explore those stars, not that I was any different." He took one more sip form his glass then set it aside. "So, if you don't mind my asking, what made you decide to sign up for this?" There was a simplicity to the moment that he was enjoying. In a chaotic galaxy it was oddly satisfying to act like a normal person, and enjoy a moment of peace.

Nodding her head, "the club sounded interesting but pretty sure that is more my kinda of speed than it is yours, especially with your two left feet." Lily giggled and nudged him teasingly as to let him know it was a light-hearted joke about the time he stepped on her feet.

When mentioned that Lily could do the description of the stargazing, she tilted her head and then looked up at the dome's view of the galaxy. How did she go about describing this stuff. There was the very technical approach in simply describing things as they were there and there was a poetic, romantic way to describe the starry view.

When the narrator came over the comms, Lily looked at Ko and then at the view again. "Well, we just past a planet and there are comets coming into view. They seem to have green trails as they are burning." Lily mentioned, "uhmmm..." She sighed, not being very good at this description stuff at all, "the stars are shining, think I can see a planet in the distance as well... Maybe..."

Lily frowned and turned to Ko, "sorry. Not very good at this kind of thing it seems." She chewed on her bottom lip in frustration at disappointing her friend.
