I for one am all for simplicity of rules. The fewest rules necessary to keep the gears running smooth. There will always be people that try and game the system (Plan X), but that is what staff is there for. All problems really fall into the two categories: those that require a set rule and those that do not. Number of members to become a major faction has to be set in stone, the requirements for winning a dominion as well. What is considered a "good enough" story to win the dominion is something that can't really be defined without writing a novel.
