First off, good luck getting that from [member="Spencer Jacobs"]. She owns it right now, and I don't think she's selling.

Secondly, it's a high-end Force artifact. It can impower force users to great ends. Not sure if an upper limit has been defined.

But you'd need to find out that Spencer had it, take it from at least one (maybe two) of the oldest characters on the board, and then do what you were planning.

I didn't wish to take the whole thing. Merely a few, little crystal's.
And to my knowledge there is more than one Kaiburr crystal. As Luke Skywalkers description suggests, its on the wiki too.
I could just, do a series of or a very long thread detailing my capture of it. Or, possibly speak with Spencer about it.
Still, I appreciate the information.

There are shards of it, but those would be too hard to track down individually. And IC, you probably won't know that she has it.

No one said I would be doing this alone. And yes, ICly I wouldn't know. However, that could always be rectified through certain methods.
For example, her approaching me on the matter. Which, is highly unlikely.

What if we're using a ship that was previously crated, the shipyard is a planetary shipyard that is NOT a company but the ship is being over-hauled and you're making a sub of a ship that the original write up didn't have a company? What then?

To answer the question, though, are you asking what to do if the manufacturer was a shipyard rather than a company? You could continue to use a shipyard/npc/etc as the manufacturer as done previously.
