Back in Control (Mandalorian Dominion of Aeten II)

17/20

Whoa... that was all that came to her mind as the Yaim'la was coming in. They had arrived to try and help take the facility but as the sisters arrived and saw the team of nightsisters there they were helping secure as Tysk opened the helmet of her armor. Strider and Draco had been busy and that was well impressive and fun. She looked at her sisters. "Reinforce them, get new ammo and supplies where needed, help the medics and protect them and someone find me Strider, that old man I want to make dance for a private show.

It was around this time that Anija would finally make her way towards Arrbi's location. Never mind that her writer hadn't posted till now... there's this thing called W-O-R-K. But regardless, she'd pretty much spent the entirety of the thread trying to meet up with Arrbi. And no, it wasn't to 'bump uglies'. She'd heard the fighting on the ground, having been down in one of the mining facilities. Now, she found herself close to where Arrbi's transponder said he was. And thankfully, the location was pretty accurate. She slowly rounded the butt end of the burning tank, her bolter out and ready. And when she did, she just stared. Betna was sitting rather nonchalantly a few meters from the burning tank. She came even with him, and switched to a private channel. "Arrbi Betna.. WHAT THE KARK?! You could have been killed!"

Aye. Lets stack em up boyos.” I called, hearing the “Oya” in response shouted over the comm links. The first group busted the door open like normal but instead of rushing through, they took a knee and fired nearly a dozen grenades from their under-barrel weapons into the opening, hearing the metallic tings as they clanged down the stairwell. A burst of return fire erupted out of it as the Mandalorians rolled out of the door way. Seconds later a dozen small explosions detonated, lighting the bottom of the stairwell up in bright flashes.

Looks good. Go forward and set up for Betna’s shield wall.” I said as I started cautiously down the stairs. Through the Force I could feel a number living beings down there, hostile and waiting, but most of the fight driven from them. Now while their wills were weakest I started boring into their minds, driving my own will through theirs, attempting to overpower them while I could and before they could attack. Madness was a terrible thing, fear was almost as bad. The fear I implanted in their minds, enhancing their own fear of death, of the unknown, some of them went catatonic, others ran from cover into the precise fire of warriors trained from birth, and one or two couldn’t take it anymore and went dark suddenly.

First room clear.
