Jed walked gallantly in full dress uniform down one of the hallways of the C-9969 transport heading towards the main large hangar, which connects to the ramp. Escorted by twelve B1 battle droids painted with blue and gold markings. Programmed no better than any other B1, with the exception of being ordered to protect the colonel at all costs, they served as sufficient body guards for the flamboyant colonel. A turbo-lift down and two hallways later he entered the vast expanse that was the hangar. Tanks and other armored vehicles could be seen in the back, where they were neglected in favor of the large infantry attack which was not only seen, but definitely heard marching out the only exit, in mass. Through the sea of tan the pink tinted Kerkov and his finely painted guards stood out like a sore thumb. They moved up between the block formations of droids, preparing for their annihilation at the hands of pirates. Jed looked across at each formation, to give the essence of inspecting each unit, but in reality did so for aesthetic.
Jed slowly made his way to the ramp exiting, finally arriving, he saw the battle at a grand scale. He could see the large B2s at the head of the formation take the larger portion of fire near the front, with the massive amount of B1s supporting behind them. The Techno Empire's droid army dropped like flies, but they made progress efficiently. Which pleased Kerkov, he wanted to get this bit over with and go straight to the celebration and awards session for these things. As he made his way down the ramp his body guard droids formed a box around him, Jed oblivious to the matter as he fired inaccurately at the general direction of the enemy pirates. The sensation was very pleasing, very pleasing indeed.
