She cocked her head slightly to look at HK after he made the point about how of OP's three leaders, one had been asexual and the other in love with his hat. Well, Cira had been a shapeshifter and forcer, Ayden kept transfer essencing himself into clone after clone, though that was all secret and stuff. At first Rekha thought HK was going to explain the birds and the bees to Jenna, but when he spoke no not quite.

Rekha was listening to HK. The idea that [member="Jenna Templar"] being unaware of the type of relationships that could exist between women was something that made her giggle. The fact that [member="HK-36"] was going to "explain" it was something she really thought required a stool for sitting and listening.

The highest rate of homosexual and bisexual woman, interesting did not know that. Then HK mentioned [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] had a wife that too made Rekha smile even if it was with a touch of regret. It would mean that while they could become friends anything more was not possible, Rekha did not cross the lines of marriage. She had done it once when she was a bit younger and the fallout from it had created so much hurt and pain for all that she swore she'd never do it again.

Rekha however turned the conversation into something else as she looked over at Jenna, "is it an issue for you to know that women around you first find each other attractive and second may find you attractive?"

Rekha tilted her head, interested in what Miss Jenna would say.

By asking this she realized it meant the slicer might not get her credits from Coruscant. This, well, would be just how her luck went. Rekha reached up and touched her own right shoulder where the japoor snippet tattoo adorned her skin. Luck, she really needed some.

With the explination given by [member="HK-36"], along with the comments and questions by [member="Rekha Kaarde"] [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] Jenna started to feel really awkward now. Not because of the subject itself but that fact she felt stupid for not realzing ealier. Or maybe it was she had noticed but she just had trouble fully understanding. In fact, if she could be fair to herself, she could never really tell with women if they found her attractive or not without them outright saying so. She was always the type to flirt around with men, after all. However...

"Oh! I see." she began. "But I mean, look, I don't have any problem with it. I mean that. Really. Heck, if I can be honest, there was this one time back in high school where me and my friend, Glinda, sort of had something....I think. I have access to a Holo-vision Network and the signal does bleed over to Coruscant, we can mask your trace with it and bounce it a few times to seem like another streaming video through proxies."

Ironically, Siobhan being married would totally not be a hindrance to...more happening between her and Rekha. At least on Siobhan's end since she and Tegaea, whilst loving each other deeply, had an, how shall we put it, understanding about dalliances being permitted, long as they remained committed to each other emotionally. Somehow it worked. It confuses this writer as well at times.


In any case Siobhan just gave Jenn a wink and smiled at her warmly. "Why, thank you, Agent Templar. I think you're very pretty as well. And it's ok, I didn't think you had a problem. I'm always been open about liking the girls and the girls alone."


She shot HK a rather amused look. "Are you still complaining about that? I didn't leave you alone that long! But fine, I'll be...a bit more serious."

She was really teasing him now, she looked down and then back up.

Jenna breathed a bit easier with everything out of the way before hearing [member="HK-36"] ask about bouncing the singal via holo-cast. She perked and said "That should work. If you've got the gear for it I'll be able to deal with it in no time." After that she looked to [member="Rekha Kaarde"] when asked about whatever else she'd need. Given everything that she'd gone through she asked "Maybe a bottle of whisky. And a big one." She finished down the drink in front of her in one long gulp before saying "Because I get the feeling I might need to make up for what I said. And enough of these will make that easier." She laughed, hoping they would take it as a joke or for serious, either way she just hoped they weren't resenting her or anything; epseically [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"].

"As long as you would be able to have your bar open by the time we finish expanding our mining operation here it should be all good."

The droid nodded before looking to [member="Jenna Templar"],

"Give me your datapad and I will give you the codes and binary addresses for local relays to enter its streams."

HK asked with a motion of his hand for the agent's tablet,


Meanwhile he would look to [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] to ask,

"Once I give her the codes, let us go meet with the construction crew to put the mining expansion into action?"

After all they won't get Cortosis for just sitting around in a bar and making innuendos!

As much as Siobhan would have liked to continue make innuendo with Rekha...and, well, probably more than that, unfortunately they did have work to do. So, with a measure of reluctance, she gave HK a nod, even though the droid had a habit of interrupting her fun!



"Sure, we can get going then. Nice to meet you, Rekha. I'll look forward to the drinks...and to us being less serious," she said extremely cornily. Clearly Siobhan was not winning any prizes for wittiness. Presumably she did not get girls through her remarkable wit.

No business was business, "Well you all go off and do what you need to Jenna can keep me company while I finish up some things here and get ready for our opening, which will be on time, and will be waiting for the miners"

Rekha was already thinking of what she needed to finish, and perhaps she and Siobhan would speak later on, share some ideas and a drink or two.

Once things were a little more settled Jenna, looking to [member="HK-36"] after he offered codes and the like, agreed to have the extra help. She reached into her bag and produced the hacking device she often used for these types of missions; the device itself about as large as a hand. Once they were uploaded and all Jenna thanked Hk before letting he and [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] do what they needed. Apparently she would be here with [member="Rekha Kaarde"] so she could oversee her part in the operation. Fine with her, as long as more drinks were provided.

Taking the device and plugging it into the nearest outlet Jenna began to work, using the programs and the like with the added codes to try and sweep through the holonet and into Courascant's interweb systems. Hopefully from there she would be able to upload the virus that would find the codes for the money she was after. It would take time, however, just to reach Courascant's network all the way from Bespin.

"Keep me updated, Templar, use the usual secure MICO channel, I will be listening to it."

The machine nodded to her as he noticed she went right to work, good, good,

Next he would look to [member="Rekha Kaarde"] and offer his hand to her, should she take it he would lean down in a bow and plant his vocabulator grill to her hand in a mock kiss on her hand,


"Take is easy, Rwanda,"

He would quip before looking to [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] and standing up, moving out for the door,


"So how much Cortosis for your next project did you need? I need to start making vibrosword side-arms to fulfill our deal, remember? You make shields with Cortosis, I make swords, we share the products and have well equipped troops. If you were wondering what you wanted to do with your share, I was thinking we could make a group of droids based on my Greycloaks, lightsaber-wielding, six or eight of them, half modeled after Eldorai armor would go to you, the other half modeled after Abregado's armor would stay with me. Let me know what you think."

The droid would lead Sio to the central largest platform where their shared offices were,

"I was thinking we can add two furnaces to each side to make a square shape roughly, two or four landing platforms to each for mining droids and cargo transports, keep it symmetric to not let the platform tip over or anything."

The machine quipped before stopping in one of the conference rooms of the office, looking to his partner,

"What is your take on it?"

She smiled and watched not moving, "No problem Beskar, I bounce well" meaning she comes back, even if she wasn't always herself anymore, the deep sadness that had taken residence within her over [member="Jon Burke"] would haunt her till she put her eyes upon him. And then who knew, maybe he was one of the miners. ha haha.

Anyhow she looked at [member="HK-36"] and then over to [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] , "I'm sure we will all see each other more often the not." She nodded to them both retrieving her hand from Beskar and walking over to where [member="Jenna Templar"] now worked. She had a number to get in contact with Siobhan and she would probably get in touch with her even if it was only to share dinner and drinks, and to hear about this threesome at a meeting of the Jedi.

For all her flirting and want of companionship her heart rested in only one place. Her thoughts drifted to [member="Gregory Gray"] at home on Corellia and hoped he was doing well. She missed him, she would admit it. She would also admit to loving him but it would not have been fair to him to only have half a person he needed to have a whole person devoted just to him, he deserved that. She believed he'd find the one, and she'd become a memory and hopefully remain a friend.

"So Jenna, how goes the slicing?"

Life would go on, and life would eventually get better. She hoped [member="Dekkan Fray"] would come visit, maybe he'd come give her a few cooking lessons.

Needless to say Siobhan would spend a moment or two oggling Rekha's butt when she walked over to Jenna. Before she remembered that unfortunately she did have actual work to do and turned her attention back to HK, who was talking about all the cool stuff they could do with cortosis.



"I agree with your ideas for expanding the facility. I have not fully made up my mind about what I'll do with my share, but I'm inclined to develop cortosis armour for the Angelii elite. Very limited obviously, but it should be useful," Siobhan replied.

 

[Tanalth]

After managing to break into the networks, via everything provided by [member="HK-36"], Jenna had reached the personal files of those who had [member="Rekha Kaarde"] money. With a smirk she said "Taking candy right out from under a Hutt's nose. Or...whatever Hutts eat. Which I'll bet is disgusting." She leaned back in her chair and watched as a loading screen appeared and began to download a virus that would eventually break down any and all firewalls while transmitting the signal into five different holovid streams. It was at this point that Kaarde had arrived and asked how things were going.

Jenna sat up and said "Oh pretty good. Just give it a few hours and your money will be in your account. No muss or fuss about it." She then looked back to the screen, seeing as it was still going to be a while, before looking to her and asking "Any chance I could get another drink or two? This is going to be a while."

While [member="Jenna Templar"] and [member="Rekha Kaarde"] conducted some muss and a bit of fuss in the bar, HK kept drawing plans with [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"],

"Alright, I can always make the droid with next expansion we will do. I was also thinking we can give a small batch of refined Cortosis to Rekha and another one to Jenna since they took parts in our expansion, I think they deserve something nice for it."

The machine would display the blueprints for the expansion in a holo-transmitter built into the table in the middle of the room,

"Other than that this will not be much different than our previous expansion, we will ship the repuslorlift platforms here, then add smaller platforms to it, then make the structure on top of it once everything is stabilized. Half of these will be under Firemane control, the other half will be with Guild of Hammer, just like before, only bigger."

HK explained, making sure this was a true dev thread for Cortosis.

[member="Jenna Templar"] looked thirsty. "Only if it doesn't impair your ability to work" She teased. Drinks were getting cold, "so root beer?" She smiled.

She missed Kitten the girl was continually lost. But. Missing her did not mean she wanted her around. There was nothing like a bar she loved the smell of wood and grain. Hard to believe she was born on Kelada. She could see HK and Siobhan in deep thought over what to do next.

It might be easy to forget, but this was supposed to be a dev thread about getting more cortosis to make stuff out of it. As much as Siobhan had so far mostly seemed interested in oggling [member="Rekha Kaarde"] and [member="Jenna Templar"] and making rather corny attempts at flirting with the two beautiful ladies, this required her and HK to do dev thready things.



Such as talking about expanding the mining outpost. One can assume they had NPC workers and mining droids who would actually carry out the work of expanding the facility. It was always good when you had minions to do important stuff like building mining platforms and refineries! Anyhow Siobhan gave the Iron King a nod. "Yeah, sounds good. I'll pass on the instructions to my people."

"Not so much thirty as just needing to make the time go by." Jenna indicated to [member="Rekha Kaarde"] with a chukle. She waited until her next drink had arrived while asking "So how exaclty did you lose all that money? And, if you don't mind me asking, what are you going to do with all of it? I mean after you use it for....whatever the reason was. I'm sure you'll have tons left over. Maybe enough to by like a beach house or something. Force knows that's what I'd be buying. Maybe including a few pools boys, too, huh?" She laughed at her little joke before realizing she was talking with a lesbian, clearing her throat out of awkwardness soon after.

"Alright, well until the workers and droids show up we do not have much to do, I will just notify the right labor parties and it will get started. We can go grab the Cortosis for the ladies,"

He said, referring to [member="Jenna Templar"] and [member="Rekha Kaarde"],

"And deliver it right away, maybe explain how it is mined and refined, I am sure they might be interested, or what they can use it for. It might earn us their adoration."

HK quipped, plus explaining how or what Cortosis is used for would earn them more development posts!


"Also, let me know if you will decide to invest Cortosis in droids for us both, I would be making them anyway, but I think it would be better to manufacture them now rather than later."

The droid nodded, trying to sway Siobhan into making more potential backup vessels for him.
