New Submission:

Old submission is fine. Please include the following paragraph after the existing Description paragraphs:
At Tier Three, iBorg has acquired Hudrel Robotics as an inroad to Core Worlds markets, and has made significant strides in penetrating the Corporate Sector markets. Primarily for Core Worlds and Corporate Sector shipping and marketing, iBorg has purchased ten Suwantek TL-2000 freighters, as well as ten incredibly underpriced (roughly 5-10% of their market value) Nubian J-type star skiffs. These acquisitions allow iBorg to move large quantities of prosthetics and factory materials while presenting a high-class front for distribution. iBorg has also made a killing by reselling similarly undervalued Nubian S-6 hypergenerators, purchased for the cost of a good blaster rifle but capable of a stable class 0.5-0.7 with the right core attached. This influx of capital (as well as the savings on the skiffs) has offset iBorg's increased transit costs for its Corporate Sector expansion. This expansion hinges on advertising and standard upgrade services at Reltooine (the gateway to the entire sector) and a high-end sales center on Mall'ordian (a major tourist destination that falls immediately after Reltooine on the Perlemian). Real estate has been purchased and partially developed on Etti IV, with an eye to future development. Selka Ventus has purchased 95% of Hudrel Robotics and repurposed most of its manufacturing capabilities for iBorg.

Name: Crynic Corporation

Modifications Made: Moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2, adding a single droid production factory for small household droids.

Rationale: Crynic has grown exponentially since its founding, signing contracts with the Red Ravens, offering clones and a possible future business partnership with the Republic, and a military contract with a Stormtrooper commander to clone a legion of soldiers. All of this will force Crynic to expand off of Ession and grow from a smaller organization to something far more industrial. A growth in tier reflects this.

Link: Crynic builds a clone warrior.

Link: Crynic clones and its CEO assist in building an Imperial base on Lok.

Link: Crynic sends a small team of 'sample clones' to assist an Imperial in taking Byss.

Link: Crynic signs a contract with the Red Ravens to clone powerful beasts.

Link: Crynic and its Imperial allies test an inhibitor chip suitable for small beasts.

Link: Crynic makes an agreement with the Prime Minister of the Galactic Republic to clone a sampling of clone men. If future results prove fruitful, active production of soldiers will be done.

Link: Crynic signs an agreement to clone a legion of soldiers for Captain Tmoxin Temi (Ongoing)

Link: Crynic builds a small droid factory on Lok to begin expanding its product base.

Corporation Name:
The Crynic Corporation

Headquarters:
Ession Capital.

Locations:
Currently Ession, and a small factory on Lok. Three labs can be found in the various cities making up Ession.

Operations
: The study and manipulation of sentient organics. From crafting antidotes to powerful diseases, to cloning people under contract, there is little Crynic will not do in the area of biology and genetics. There are ambitions to expand projects to include engineering of new star ships and the crafting of weapon designs, but those are anticipated for the far future.

Rationale
: Sylvanan founded the labs due to his own genetic issues. He had hopes of helping others with such ailments overcome these issues at birth. These desires have expanded to creating a fair market for all consumers in all things, and cloning can be done at military levels as well as civilian.

Tier
: Tier 2

Description
: The Crynic Corporation initially began as a singular lab devoted to the study of human genetics. This quickly changed as two new labs were built to further studies, and the need for funding became apparent. The Crynic Labs changed their branding to the Crynic Corporation, and began to sell medicinal products as well as offering cloning services to those who could afford such.

Their ultimate goal is to grow into a larger movement in the galaxy. One day, Crynic will become a household name. Teenagers will want to ride in Crynic air speeders. Doctors will prescribe Crynic medications. Cloning will become a cheaper, more efficient process, and Crynic will stand as the prime producer for such a service in the galaxy.

Ultimately, those at Crynic believe they have the best ideas for their part of the galaxy in mind. They want to dominate the markets, in order to make it fair for the citizens. While this is an idealists dream, those who work at Crynic will often defend these goals to the death. They're doing the right thing, and anyone who says otherwise is too blind to understand what Crynic could do for the galaxy. Cloning has increased tenfold in recent months, and multiple contracts have been signed to reflect such.

Droid production has slowly begun, producing small household droids used for menial tasks. Growth is expected to set production at an industrial pace. Military contracts with the Red Ravens, Galactic Republic, and subsets of the One Sith have helped the company's growth skyrocket. Crynic is well on its way to becoming a galactic player in the cloning market.

Subsidiaries

Finally getting around to this...

Company: Lucerne Labs

Modifiations Made:
-Tier II -> Tier III
-Remove Bilbringi from locations
-add Gyndine (shipyards) & Kwookrrr (factory/headquarters)

Rationale: Lucerne Labs has morphed from a more of a startup company to a traditional manufacturer under the leadership of its new CEO, as documented below

Contracts:
Lucerne Labs tests and signs contract to supply Calmant missiles to the Beast Hunters Guild
Lucerne Labs signs a contract to produce Baldr-class Assault Guns to the Galactic Republic
Lucerne Labs signs a contract to produce Harpy Fighters to the Galactic Liberation Collective

Mass Production products:
Myrmidon-class APC
Baldr-class Assault Gun
Monsoon-class Starfighter
LLT-7 General Purpose warhead Launcher

Three miscellaneous threads:
Establishing operations on Gyndine
Establishing operations & headquarters on Kwookrrr
Lucerne Labs outfits Orick T’ane’s Aimless Ranger
Lucerne Labs establishes a corporate partnership with the Orion Corporation
Lucerne Labs engineers work on part of the Arendal Project for the Republic
Lucerne Labs engineers work on part of the Champion Project for the Republic
Lucerne Labs participates in the Noblesse Project

How the company submission might look with these updates:
Company Name: Lucerne Labs

Headquarters: Kwookrrr

Locations: Kwookrrr(factory/Headquarters), Gyndine (Shipyards)

Rationale: Gir and Salmakk have advanced their company past the initial start-up phase started by Matthew Lucerne to solidify it to become the start of a more traditional company.

Tier: 3

Description: While Lucerne Labs retains much of its start-up culture as founded by Matthew Lucerne, the company has morphed from the grungy web of sometimes shadowy contacts into a more legitimate company with a traditional business model. It biggest change has been not only licensing designs out for production to other companies, but producing their products in their own facilities. As a result of some political maneuvering and connections to the Republic military from its CEO, Lucerne Labs was able to lease out a shipyard that orbits Gyndine, where it builds everything from fighters up to small capital ships. It has also recent used profits made by licensing out designs for production to outright buy a factory on Kwookrrr. This factory also serves as the company’s headquarters.

The company continues to produce products for a wide variety of customers, thought more and more of its products are destined for use by the Galactic Republic. The company remains mainly known in its local space, where it’s not uncommon to see its products being used on many starship designs, most of which are not built by Lucerne Labs itself. While it is not an extremely well-known company to the public at large, it is well known brand to Republic soldiers and local spacers because of the volume of the company’s products that they see.

Company: Akovin Stock Co.
Modification Made:
Corporation Name: Akovin Stock Co. (ASC)
Headquarters: The Junk'd Up Ship, Triam Akovin's personal YT-1300 light freighter.
Locations: N/a
Operations: Triam hunts for rare materials around the galaxy to sell to clients, as well as gadgets and gear she makes from them. She also makes gadgets and gear out of cheaper materials however, if ever it was to her fancy of keeping a particular item she crafts. This is inclusive of guns, armors, and miscellaneous things. It is very small business at the moment, and has no official headquarters other than her ship and its cargo bay, but she sells to individuals she encounters across the galaxy, so every item is bound to be unique to the client
Rationale: Triam founded it due to her desire to acquire rare items and tinker with them to make useful, unique creations.
Tier: Tier One

Description: ASC is a very very very small business, with the sole employee being the founder and "C.E.O.". Since it is mostly just Triam going about the galaxy making stuff from rare materials for people to buy at a hefty price, the company basically follows wherever she goes. So far, she can only take private orders, and the complexity of a project exponentially increases its price, as in most cases she has to develop these things from the few tools she has to manufacture these things. In some instances an item will simply be too complicated for her to handle, lacking the necessary tools. Since the "company" is brand new, it will take time for the name to get out there, and for her to collect enough money to expand her new business.

Tier: Tier Two

Description: When A.S.Co. first began, it was an incredibly small business, founded by Triam Akovin as its only "employee" and "C.E.O.", but in actuality it was just a single person going about the galaxy making stuff out of rare materials to sell at huge prices. At that point, she could only take private orders for materials, very small doses, at most a few kilograms per person that order it. As for gear, she pretty much just made whatever she wanted at any time... as nobody actually privately ordered the creation of something out of her. At that point, she had few tools at her disposal to create things in any large quantity, but in her free time when she wasn't out treasure hunting, bounty hunting, mercenary, or being a kick ass tournament player, she just kept building her wares, stocking up on them as her company's namesake like her personal freighter was some sort of warehouse. Despite all of this however, the small businesswoman figured out the complexities of technology and learned more sophisticated measures to ensure that her gear was of the best and brightest design in the galaxy.

That was then however, before the Netherworld Crisis, before Triam Akovin's defeat in the Tournament of the Cauldron, that was before her six years of self-exile from galactic infamy. For six whole years, Triam avoided all contact with the rest of the galaxy, and used her intellect to build whatever suited her most. She used what remained of the money she gained over her tenure as an honest businesswoman on the galactic stage, and bought droids and materials and other interesting things that pleased her to tinker with. She underwent many experiments relating to the unique features of droids or magnetic fields, refining her manufacturing techniques to the point that soon, manufacturing her gear at minor levels was actually feasible to reach without creating a stockpile over months of work and lack of sales. That's when, using her new knowledge of droids, she created Rigsy, a droid dedicated to mimic her manufacturing process and accelerate to such a degree as to outpace her completely, increasing her rate of production. Additionally in this time, she began to test the functionality of droid remotes and their modification to interface and act as mobile surveillance for a weapon attachment.

Her most advanced experiments however, involved the refinement of her magnetic shielding techniques present in her Phantom Fingers for the development of an advanced glove, capable of absorbing blaster fire to create a beam intended for disarming opponents. Upon exiting her half-decade exile, she was soon faced with another growing company of considerable potential: iBorg. Seeing a lack of refinement for her own cybernetic replacement, she immediately found it within her capacity to fully endorse the company, and subsequently land a contract with the company where she would become exclusively employed for their Research and Development. This lead to the fruition of the Second Wind Aurek Node, a design she researched for future development, which she now has a sales and derivative rights, and fifteen percent royalty to, as guaranteed by Selka Ventas and her company.

Additionally, all around the galaxy, hearing of her infamy and return to the galactic market, several companies, such as Salacia Consolidated, Arceneau Trade, Emeritus Industries, or Mandal Hypernautics, have all made offers for a contract. So far however, only contracts with Salacia Consolidated and Mandal Hypernautics have been undertaken by Triam at present.

GENERAL INFORMATION
 • Corporation Name: Browncoat Arms & Industrial - A subsidiary of Arceneau Trade Company
 • Headquarters: Tatooine
 • Operations: Droid, armstech, armormech, mining & refining, electronic equipment.
 • Tier: 3
LOCATIONS

RATIONALE

The acquisition of Czerka Arms and its subsidiary Czerka Mining and Industrial by Danger Arceneau, Jared Ovmar, and Marek Starchaser.

The Tier 5 company was split into four distinct Tier 2 separate companies, two of which went to ATC as new subsidiaries as Havan Shipyards and Browncoat Arms & Industrial.

The Rationale for Tier 3 instead of Tier 2 is due to the merging of ATC's current industrial facilities as a Tier 6 company, allowing Browncoat Arms & Industrial focus and absorb into it the current armstech, armormech, and droid manufacturing currently existing in ATC.

DESCRIPTION

Prior to the outbreak of the Gulag Plague, and the subsequent Darkness which crippled civilization, Czerka Arms was one of the largest manufacturers of personal weapons and droids in the Galaxy. Once the outbreak had ensued, as aforementioned, the corporation had literally been split into numerous incarnations centered around its holdings on various worlds. While some of the "countless" worlds upon which Czerka Arms had holdings saw an eventual collapse to the presence of the corporation, seven incarnations managed to survive the Darkness and enter the new era of galactic reconstruction anew. After a period of internal maneuvering, the company was ultimately unified under the leadership of Tyri Lsu, and under his guidance the company soared in a new direction.

The policies of the past revolved around turning a profit through any means necessary; even to the chagrin of various races across the Galaxy. However, this particular train of thought came to an end with the previous generation of Czerka Arms' leadership. Instead, Tyri decided to make a slight adjustment to the manner by which Czerka Arms conducted business; as opposed to casting scruples to the wind in order to turn a profit, the company would now make it a priority to cater to the needs of the various worlds throughout the Galaxy. As such, the entire corporation conducts business openly and will sell to any and all persons with the coin to purchase their products. The primary source of income seen by the company is the same as it has always been: personal weaponry.

Unlike other arms production companies throughout the Galaxy, Czerka Arms' personal weaponry generally consists primarily of non-energy firearms. This means that slugthrowers, heavy ordnance, flamethrowers, and the like are common products manufacturered by the corporation. In addition, the secondary product created by the corporation are various lines of droids; with most designed for combat. As a whole, Czerka Arms' goal is to turn a profit through legitimate sales to any and all individuals and the production of quality arms and weaponry that the Galactic community, upon seeing what they are capable of, would not want...but need! However, at the end of the day, the company's driving goal is to make money, so prices can and will selectively fluctuate depending upon the buyer and the state of the Galaxy.

At present, and for the foreseeable future, Czerka Arms fully intends to serve the Galaxy through the production of quality arms. However, business is limited in only a single regard. All purchases must be made directly from Czerka Arms, with the approval of the company ownership. Of course, this stipulation is minor at best; as it is the full desire of the corporation to sell to as many individuals as possible in order to turn over a large profit.

Tyri Lsu, the CEO of Czerka Arms dropped off the face of the galaxy. In the chaos that ensued, Cade Lee of Blastech took advantage and managed through corporate espionage steal the designs for Czerka Arms. The drop in stock from Czerka Arms affected that of Czerka Mining and Industrial.

Stocks plumeted and the future of the shipyards was unknown until Danger Arceneau of Arceneau Trade Company took action. Buying the deteriorating Czerka stock along with Jared Ovmar and Marek Starchaser, they proceeded to take charge of Czerka Corp and it's subsidiaries.

Splitting it into four distinct new companies, Danger assumed control over the newly dubbed shipyards -- Havan Shipyards. These shipyards would oversee the building of freighter transports, speeders, and other vehicles.

Czerka Arms in regards to it's droid manufacture and arms production was now created into a smaller but fresh faced entity, Browncoat Arms & Industrial. The mining and mercenary sections of the company were left to Jared Ovmar to oversee, while the rest went to Marek Starchaser of Brightstar entertainment.

Browncoat Arms and Industrial will be absorbing into it the current armstech, armormech, droid manufacturing currently existing in ATC.

Expansion and merger operations throughout the 'verse have seen an influx in Browncoat's growth. Most notably, are it's acquisition of Sunforged Industries. Black Sun was in very unique position. With the game of galactic saber rattling an ever present threat. And very real action taken against Black Sun or other nations a possibility. The need for military hardware and industrial capacity has grown exponentially. Sun Forged Industries is apart of the profitable solution to this problem.

Taking control of critical industries within Sun space by executive order of Cypher. This conglomerate will be at the forefront of rearmament and economic expansion. Providing for the needs of the military, along with supporting unaffiliated businesses in non military hardware sectors. While not a replacement for everything, SFI will provide a large bulk of necessary products and production for Black Sun.

While meeting needs at home is the main goal. Reaching outwards to the needs of galactic industry and many militaries and paramilitary forces; is a worthwhile and potentially an extremely profitable venture. Profits from which can be used internally for further expansion and research, be used for a plethora of other things within Black Sun itself. Investment in foreign companies or their purchase. And expansion of operations into foreign markets themselves.

Sun Forged Industries will strive to be a leader in the galactic arms game, mining, metals, refining and any other venture it takes too. Providing basic, high tech and cutting edge products to its customers of only the highest quality. SFI may in the future undertake research and provide production capacity to other companies, governments, or private interests for their own needs; but at this time are not being offered.

With the history Danger Arceneau and reputation she held, the sale of SunForged Industries would relay in it the trust given to the Trade Queen. Her business acumen would give a measure of assurance that the quality of SunForged industry tech would continue to preserver within Browncoat Arms.

A phrik mine in seltos would be acquired in the transaction, as well as all of it's quality tech.

Other expansions have seen Browncoat flourish in Telos at Citadel station, Apatros, Umpathia, Makeb, Balmorra and the Corellian System.

Modification Made: T3 > T4 | Add Telos, Echoy'la, and Chiloon Rift as locations.
Rationale: The Primeval Fleet has always been a nationalized company and subsidiary of The Primeval major faction. As such I believe that with the immense progresses made in both product development, cooperation, and expansion that we've done more than enough to justify the leap to be classified as a T4 company.

Corporation Name: Koros Spaceworks
Headquarters: Iron Citadel, Empress Teta
Locations: Empress Teta
Operations: Shipbuilding
Rationale: Koros Spaceworks was, thousands of years ago, a successful shipbuilding company employed by the planet for which it was named. It fueled the military might for the people of Koros Major, known now as Empress Teta, for several thousand years to come, only to eventually fade away from public eye as the corporate giants of the Shipbuilding industry forced them to operate almost exclusively on Teta. Names such as Rendili, Santhe, and Kuat are all but household names now, but companies of the past that played extremely important roles during the times of the old Sith Empire and the successive Brotherhood of the Sith were all but forgotten by all but a few. It was fortunate for the starship manufacturer that during the time of Aleema and Satal Keto, and later their descendant Sebban Keto, the organization and secret society known as the Krath had kept the business afloat as a front for many of their operations. Although the company has since passed on to hands outside of the descendants to the legendary Empress Teta the Krath continued to keep the business afloat until the great Gulag Plague, wherein the company and the majority of the galaxy faced a massive set-back not only in technology but also societal patterns. It was not until the tail end of the virus that the Krath had began their return, with a primary focus on money laundering.

Koros thus saw a minor revival, enough of one to keep it alive from 800 ABY onward, although it was hardly significant and the company never quite recovered from the insult-to-injury it suffered during the four hundred years of darkness, unlike the titans of the current era. More recently, as recent as 840 ABY or even earlier, the Krath had begun undermining the One SIth rule over the planet. The puppet leader of Empress Teta was easily seduced with temptations of permanent office and favors from the corrupt corporate portion of Cinnegar, which was ran primarily by the Krath with little influence from the Sith, whom had taken a hands-off approach to the economy and corporations of their various core worlds. This had gone a step too far following the events of the Netherworld and Akala's brief reign of terror over the galaxy at large, during which the Krath infiltrated much of the government in a similar way to their origins with a similar degree of influence, only with much less credits for their backing. Koros, inversely, continued to suffer while the secret society that used it thrived. This changed soon afterwards following an intervention led by Silara and Alric Kuhn of the Krath Headquarters - the Iron Citadel, center of all government holdings on Empress Teta. With the assistance of the Sons of Titan, Silara and Alric were able to put down the leader of the secret society, only to replace the deceased leader with the woman who had suffered at the hands of the organization - Silara Kuhn. Rather than focus on the petty organized crime that the Krath had been indulging themselves in for decades prior, Silara saw hope for the aged Koros Spaceworks, and set forth to focus on building it up with some assistance from her husband, Alric Kuhn. Ownership has since passed to their twins, Lily and Rose Kuhn, after the presumed death of Silara Kuhn with the company split evenly between the two of them as per stated in her will.

Tier: 2

Description:

Ownership: 50% Lily Kuhn, 50% Rose Kuhn

A company that focuses most, if not all, of its efforts on the building of starships ranging from small starfighters and civilian crafts to larger capital ships, Koros Spaceworks is the company that is used as a front by the Krath of Empress Teta. Their products tend to be constructed with heavy armored hulls, appearing larger and more daunting than the norm while also being more sleek and streamlined than usual. The planet operates out of the shipbuilding foundries located on Empress Teta, just outside of Cinnegar on the southern hemisphere. Koros is often unheard of in modern society, having faded from memory as late as 500 BBY, but for those on Empress Teta or enthusiasts of an older era know it for its extremely durable and reliable starships, especially of the capital variant

Previously owned and led by Eren Jan, a mobster-esque member of the corporate elite and former leader of the Krath, Koros Spaceworks is now in the hands of Silara Kuhn, wife of business titan Alric Kuhn. Her role as a Sith Lord and important figure in the One Sith hierarchy afforded her not only the means to take control of the company, but also to control much of the planet herself. As such Koros Spaceworks builds primarily for the One Sith, although they do sell to the majority of the galaxy as well, being discriminant in payment authorizations rather than following strict loyalties. The company remains to be a private enterprise with shares inaccessible to the public, all investing must go through Misses Kuhn or her assistant, Leena Haven, prior to authorization. All employees of Koros Spaceworks are given access to company insurance after six months of employment, and a retirement plan after ten years.

Following the disappearances of Alric and Silara Kuhn, and their presumed deaths after an announcement by the Yuuzhan Vong that the former was assassinated with friends and family, a will left behind by Silara Kuhn has made explicit mention that the company would be left in a joint ownership with equal shares between Lily and Rose Kuhn which has spurred the company into an entirely new generation of ownership.

Rationale: After the conquest of Coruscant, Darth Banshee and a select few others realized that the Sith fleet was outdated and was in need of modernizing to combat the Republic and the other enemies of the Sith. To that end, Banshee and her associates seized several bank assets belonging to the Republic elite that had fled Coruscant in the wake of the Sith invasion of the world. Marching into the Undercity and to other regions of the planet, she persuaded and took control of several shipyards, paying what they were worth and offering jobs to the more competent owners.

But all such things came to an end when it was discovered that Banshee had turned traitor against the Sith and allowing Darth Arcanix and Alexandra Lianne Feanor, as a shadow partner given her standing as a Grey Jedi, to take control after confronting the traitor.

After a series of events, Taeli Rae and the company decided to go in new direction as they expanded further into the Outer Rim. This new direction also meant that, with the death of Alexandra Feanor and the buying of the stocks in Heinrich Serin's possession by Sempra the Hutt, things were changing for the company and it would no longer provide war materials to the Sith, given the unstable nature of the region and its controllers. Re-branded under the name Aurora Industries, the company looked to begin working in new markets and find new partners.

Tier: 4

Description:

Aurora Industries builds military hardware for those who wish to pay for or have a contract with. Each shipyard is geared up to build one product independently of one another. This is so that if a shipyard becomes victim of sabotage, it would only effect that one product. Plus with the builders and droids geared up to build one item they do it better, as it is the only product they know.

This also keeps training costs down, as they only need to learn one aspect of the job.

This does have a downside to how the company operates as well. It's harder for people to get promoted, as each yard is almost independent. Also when new lines come out they source a new place to build it, or moth ball an existing line. This also makes one of special harder to come by, as R&D aspect of the company is focused on building single lines of ships.

While it can be done, it is more expensive due to the nature of retooling a yard for it.

While for the moment concentrating on building a fleet, and technologies to enhance the building of and the ship itself, it will move into other sectors of the military as it expands.

After Aurora Industries came into new ownership, the company shifted slightly. Still producing military hardware and ships for the One Sith and her allies, Arcanix and Alex realized that to grow, they needed to reach beyond that limited demographic. Moving the company away from its state-ownership and into a more private sphere, a restructing occurred. Going along the lines of other competitors, the shipyards were re-organized away from the specialization of one product to producing many, if not all, the hardware Aurora produces.

Also recognizing that phasing out production lines whenever a new product came out of R&D was not the greatest idea, Aurora facilities would manufacture older products for a longer period of time. The R&D budget was also increased to pave the way for multiple projects to be worked on simultaneously to keep newer and better things rolling out.

One thing left over from the Darth Banshee era is the recognition that eventually, the company would need to expand into other aspects of the market.

With the announcement of the company's new direction, Aurora would be providing more equipment for anyone who was willing to pay for or make a contract with the company, if it was deemed suitable by the CEO herself. The company has since established itself in neutral spaces, for now, and has expanded into new fields so they can expand into new markets, using the same business strategy as before, except no longer limited to just the One Sith and their allies.

Assets were transferred to the Sith Assassins, who then placed [member="Osaji Killian"] in charge to operate the company for their needs. The submission needs updating to reflect these changes and allow production for the assassins to begin.

New Submission:
Kalortech.jpg

Corporation Name: Kalor-Tech Industries

Headquarters: Coruscant

Locations: Office and Factory on Coruscant

Operations: Droid and Weapon Production

Rationale: Alisa founded Kalor-Tech shortly after joining the Black Imperium on Morellia using money from her criminal days as well as help from some 'favors' from the contacts she made back on Coruscant and in prison. However she was later assassinated and the company was transferred to Osaji Killian to act as a front to the Sith Assassin's technological needs.

Tier: 2

Description: Since it's new ownership, Kalor-Tech's production has changed little. It is still a Droid and Weapon production company, except now these are produced solely for the Sith and their Assassins. Older models of droid were discontinued to allow for whole new lines of droids and accompanying technology to be created to suit the Sith needs. Due to this allegiance, the company only does business with One Sith and it's allies. As for the company's ethics, Killian has no problem grinding planets to dust in order to achieve his own ends. There are plans for Kalor-Tech to expand throughout Sith space and grow into a suitable replacement for the departing Krayt Industries.
