Darkness is Expansion [New Order Dominion of Dubrillion]

"You will, my apprentice. You will." Circe was, in reality, preoccupied with some work on Crystalsong, gathering crystals for use in the systems of the new fighter she was working on. Hence why it was her visage that appeared by Alicia's side. It also kept the IBIS from following her around, as her being a mere projection, not an actual life form, meant she did not really exist.

"Capture what you can. Do not kill them senselessly. Dubrillion was one of the planets Subach manufactured on. The complex's ruins should still be around."

Saera Willamina Savan

~+--- Skaidra ---+~ Beskarsmith, Alchemist
The irony was that Saera was helping her mother out, as she herself spent most of her time between Castle Malfrost and the Crystal Heart both on Crystalsong, and IBIS-01 had been stationed there to operate Saera's facilities for her for the past year.

"You have taught me well, Master. I will not fail you." Ayra studied the mechanical device that was supporting the holographic image of Darth Pandeima. She wasn't aware of her daughter relative in the background currently, but that really didn't matter to the point at hand. Dubrillion had responded to the Sith Lords demand, not a minute too late. With Pandeima at her side, Ayra began the negotiations with the Dubrillion government.

The utilization of the Doppelganger technique was a bit strange. It was like looking through one location with one eye and the other location with the other eye. For now, Circe would keep both eyes open, allowing herself to close an eye when her attention was grabbed by either her daughter, or her apprentice. It didn't matter which one, for the time being.

The writers mistake. Somehow, Darth Pandeima was using a technique beyond her Sith Apprentices comprehension. Something that she would, when given the time, would learn herself. Delving into the history of the Order of Sith Lords that her Master had revived. Perhaps it was always Pandeima's intention to revive the Rule of Two by herself, but at the moment, the only historical context that could lead to her decision to begin such an apprenticeship and secretive Sith Order was through the suggestion and conversation made between herself and the Dark Jedi, [member="Vilox Pazela"]. Who knew?

"It's a special technique, sweetie... One I picked up from White Current adepts long before I ever met you." A chuckle chortled from her throat. "Please, begin negotiations with the Dubrillion government. We've done business with them before. I see no reason business this time will go sour. It's not as though the Fel Imperium is going to show up anytime soon. Well, Fel pirates may, but I doubt it."

In front of Pandeima, Ayra performed the negotiations and outlined the following with the Dubrillions. The Sith Empire had returned and had begun to call itself the New Order. That the New Order was reclaiming former Imperial territory and that the Dubrillion system would now be joining the Sith. That it was the intentions of the Sith to bring back the stability that the Fel Imperium had taken after it's invasion and that the Sith would now be fixing whatever damage had been left behind. Subach-Innes would also be returning to the world, bringing with it industry, development and jobs, thus boosting the planets economy.

The holographic conference dissipated, leaving only Ayra and her Master alone in a room. As Pandeima faced her, the former said to her. "How was that?"

"You're getting better every single day. Now, let's head to the ruins of my factory." Her face turned somber. "A lot of people died here when the Fel attacked my shipyards and factories, located in their territory. It's surprising that they left them untouched until a certain time. Perhaps they wanted to cooperate with Confederacy authorities in order to make sure all of my factories were wiped out in one Fel swoop."

"Of course, Master." Together, the two Sith ventured to the Niathal. They were joined by the various compliments of assault craft and shuttles that were beginning to land on Dubrillion, to secure it's cities, people and resources for the New Order. The Pellaeon had begun jamming procedures across the Dubrillion system. Nobody was going to know or find out about the New Order's recent acquisition.

On board the vessel, Ayra flew the ship towards the form Subach-Innes facilities, where they would be reclaimed by the company and the two Sith Lords who ran it.

Back on Dubrillion. This reclamation of Subach territory once destroyed would provide the perfect manufacturing location for brand new designs. "Alicia... you know I care about you, right? As in care about you in a way most Sith normally wouldn't feel towards each other." Smiling, she took her hand and linked it in that of the other woman's, intending to show a symbol of solidarity with her apprentice.

Alicia lowered her eyes to the hand interlinked in her own. Circe's touch made her forget important things, such as keep the identity of Alicia Drey secret; and reminding her forgetful Sith Master that, within the borders and operations of the New Order, she was Darth Ayra. She replied. "I know. Whenever you touch me, I feel goosebumps erupt all over me and I feel a hot sensation inside of me. I don't understand it, nor your affection to me. It's all very confusing."

"That's lust. Passion. Evidently, my showing you any sort of physical contact makes you tingle with excitement. Your body still hasn't gotten over that one time we were together." She smiled, choosing intentionally to run her hands down the cheeks of her ivory-skinned apprentice. "Either that, or maybe you're craving a massage, deep down inside. Either way, I'd be glad to give you the latter. Let's see exactly what's causing your excitement..."

She grinned sheepishly at Pandeima, before turning her gaze away, almost like she was shy about it. "It was a good night." The factory buildings that once belonged to Subach-Innes were coming in on the horizon now. But Ayra paid no attention to them. She turned her gaze back to her Sith Master. "How do you suppose we find out, Master?" Her lower lip found itself in between teeth, as Ayra bit it slightly, watching Pandeima as she walked alongside her.

"Well... We could get that massage done here and now." She smiled. "I'd love to rub my hands over that ivory skin of yours once again, feel the Dark Side corruption in your flesh as I relax your muscles and ease your tension the way only a professional masseuse ever could. And the best part is, you're one of less than a half dozen people I have ever given them too."

Ayra came to a stop again and turned her gaze to Pandeima. "Alright then. I can tell you not only want too, but need too as well." She smiled, in a shy way. "Here, though? Where everyone can see?"

"You know I'm referring to 'metaphorically' here. Let's find a room with a nice table and some cushions we can use. Shall we?" She smiled, moving towards a nearby room that was empty. "After all... I did make a promise. I can't break it now, can I?"

Starfighters flew overhead. The annexation of Dubrillion was well under way by the New Order; and center to it, Darths Pandeima and Ayra, two Dark Ladys of the Sith, contemplating desires and temptations. Madness. "What of the factories? And the dominion?" Ayra asked, leaning her head to the left, confused.

"When the massage is over, we can return to enforcing our will on this former Fel planet. After all, don't you want to be relaxed enough to just sit back and enjoy the torment they'll experience for supporting the false Emperor and his cronies? Our men can handle the people on this planet." Already a hand slid down the back of Ayra's robe, fingers pressing firmly into her back.

Melkaroth was beginning to feel concerned. He was walking out in front of a column of Imperial Stormtroopers as they moved through the streets of the planet's capital city. Darth Arya had completed negotiations with the government of the planet, and all in all they had seemed rather compliant. Nevertheless, the planet needed to be properly secured and that meant ensuring that the government did what it was told. Melkaroth was present to ensure that things ran smoothly. Ordinarily the presence of a Sith would not be required here--it was, in all respects, a by-the-book annexation operation--but Melkaroth was not the trusting type, and he knew the importance of this particular segment of the operation. If the government were to slip out of the New Order's sights, they could easily cause trouble for the occupying forces. Melkaroth, therefore, was here to accept their official surrender and make sure that all of the planet's armed forces were safely demobilized.

He was out in front of the column because he figured that first impressions would be important in this case, and seeing a Sith front and center would provide an effective deterrent against any resistance by the population. Melkaroth had committed more troops than was necessary to this operation for that same reason--the appearance of the occupying force as a gigantic and unstoppable entity needed to be re-established in the minds of the people of the planet. It was, more than anything else, a physiological matter.

They were now coming up on the large government building, and the situation had all the makings of a standoff or skirmish. In front of them, arrayed before the building, were members of what Melkaroth assumed to be the planetary militia. There were a good number of them--most were armed with standard blasters, but some carried rifles. Melkaroth raised his hand for the troops to halt, then stepped forward.

"Your government has agreed to demobilize all military forces." said Melkaroth. "You are now breaking that agreement. If you do not put down your weapons immediately you will be considered rebels. Now get out of my way."

Ayra lowered her gaze to the hand resting on her back. She bit her lower lip, then gestured forward. "Lead the way, Master." Together, Master and Apprentice would walk, with the latter following the former.
