To be perfectly honest, nothing had seemed to be truly getting out of hand in the young Rendili woman's eyes until the outburst come forth from the old man and the door was subsequently locked as he made a rather immature exit. Certainly there was some silly bickering and griping, and the Mandolorians remarks were rather aggressive, but no one appeared to be butting heads in a manner to indicate there might be a break down of communication or a rise in violence. If anything the outburst and claims that everyone was being problematic from the older gentleman likely served to be the cause of either of those issues more than anything else said previously.
Camellia had been content to sit back and listen, knowing her lack of influence or status among everyone else present. She really didn't have anything profound to say or add anyway, so it wasn't even of much concern when much more practiced people were taking the lead in these negotiations. The outburst had honestly confused her, making her blink as Buliwyf stormed out and the smash of something came from behind the door afterward. After everything settled and a recess was called for the young Captain sighed as she filed out along with the others, who thankfully weren't all locked in together because of the contribution of Ms. Kerrigan of Firemane.
Nothing that Buliwyf had insinuated had seemed to hold an ounce of thought to it. A naive and stupid idealist's words. Certainly there was nothing wrong with wanting such things, with hoping for such things to come to pass, but to belittle others for their inability to accomplish such a demand on the spot, and saying that no one wished for a peaceful time once more, was rather foolish to the extreme. It wasn't even pessimism on Camellia's part as she stepped to the nearest window or exit that allowed her to glance up at the sky while she waited for the conference to reconvene. After all, even if the leaders were selfish and deluded, the old man had clearly forgotten that they represented dozens of systems, millions, billions upon billions, of people and their lives. There were problems with a beautiful alliance for so many reasons. Cultures wouldn't just mesh because people were told to, there were undoubtedly some civilians in the Sith populace who were ecstatic with the new people in charge, just as there were definitely those against it. Such could be found everywhere, in every galactic government's holdings. Even if the leaders got along no one could account for everyone they spoke for. The Sith were a threat, but so could any corrupt government, a majority who oppressed others could do as much damage if not more than a minority who was evil.
One could say the Mandolorians were a threat as well. Their tendency for conflict, battle, and aggression was a cultural matter. They thrived as a warrior people so many times in history one could say they might become aggressors once the Sith fell if they still came out strong. Or perhaps the Republic might fall into corruption and once more become a morally cruel and threatening empire. Who could say. Then there were matters of infrastructure. People ran their governments differently, they laid out laws on different principles and on different expectations from the people who they governed. Even the way they handled civil matters of construction, economic trends and currency, trade both inside and outside their borders, and individual world boundaries. Each planet required their own needs that really only the immediate galactic government would be aware of as compared to visitors from afar, such as language and specific needs of the inhabiting species.
Lastly the Alliance might serve to work things over initially, but a point would come when more firm immersion of the separate power would be required, and that would be when the people's will and the problems of culture and how each handled matters would rear up, and then would one truly also be able to say if any of the leaders were in it for greed or power. Even as a CEO of a company trying to rise once more, Camellia knew it was overly ambitious and hopeful to push for supporting a lasting alliance in the hopes of establishing a hand in it with Rendili Stardrive even if things fell apart later. It surprised her that Alyeson Organa had pushed for it, and even offered up the Stealth X design that had just been completed. However, knowing how the woman just lost her homeworld, Camellia could see why Incom's head had agreed to the concept. Anything that could free and restore Alderaan was the best option in Alyeson's eyes possibly. It would have been for Camellia had Rendili been a world to fall. Understanding this, Camellia felt that even if she did not support the Alliance, she would most certainly offer the aid of Rendili's Defense Forces in taking back the planet as one of its active officers. She could maybe convince Senator Chi Chuchi to convince the Arch Provost to supply humanitarian aid as well.
This was a lot wasn't it? Camellia found herself laughing a little after a long sigh as she stared at the flowing sky. Last she saw Alyeson Organa had been heading in the other direction. Maybe if she headed back she could run into the other woman and make that offer of help. Turning and walking down the halls again wondering when things would start again, she had been thinking to herself for a while, Camellia dug out the small holoprojector from her belt as she took her time walking to admire some of the designs she had mentioned in the room earlier. Rendili Stardrive's truly made masterpieces, regardless of how things went she would make sure the ships from her world found their way into being of use.
