Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
[member="Romeo Sin"]

The scared woman let out a small choking sob and cried a bit at Romeo's voice. Clutching her baby she knew she had a few days at best before the baby was born. People were going ape outside and the shield generators couldn't hold very long before giving way, the ravens needed to do something before the world tore itself apart. The woman cried again and spoke to Romeo in a shakes voice.

"There are riots outside, and it hurts. I don't know how much longer the shields will hold but if we don't get things together I don't know what this mob will do. Everyone just vanished and people went crazy. I don't know what's going on and I'm afraid for the baby." Patricia cried again and the sound of gunfire cracked out in the distance

"Where's Erika? Is she okay?" Patricia asked in the worried voice of a mother

[member="Patricia Susan Garter"]

Romeo turned a corner, and slammed into Erika's room, there she was, crying. He quickly scooped her up into his arms, and held her close, the comlink was on speaker for Patricia to hear. "Shhhh baby, it's okay, daddy is here. Even though she was ten, Romeo still held her like she was a little baby. "I gotcha, dont worry. Patricia she's here, she's fine, here." He turned to comlink off speaker, and put in Erika's ear. "Talk to mommy." He turned to see Toligon with two Drakons with her. "Sir! We are here to escort you to the Ryuk." one of them said. Romeo nodded, and fast walked out the room, with Erika in his arms, and Toligon fast walking with him, and the Drakons watching the corners.
"Mommy?"

Patricia felt a wave of relief wash over her as her daughters voice came on the speaker. She gave a weak little smile and sniffled, she had to clean herself up now. She couldn't be weak for her daughter, if she sounded sad then her daughter would pick up on it and start asking questions. So she cleared her through and even though she sounded a bit scratchy she spoke to her daughter softly. She sounded like she just woke up.

"Hey baby. It's mommy." She said her voice still sounding a bit sad.

Another gunshot went off abd she let off a little whimper.

"Mommy is ok, she's just at work right now. I love you very much. Now I will be home in a few days, daddy is going to come get me and your new little brother." She said with a soft smile patting her pregnant stomach.

"What's daddy doing?" She asked

[member="Patricia Susan Garter"]

Romeo continued to carry his daughter in his arms, even though she was almost at chest height now, and behind him the sounds of the Drakon armor clacked. "Dad's....dad what are you doing?" She asked as she looked up at him with her big red eyes. Romeo didnt look back as he had to keep his eyes on all the corners, and shadows. "We're heading to my ship, the Drakons are coming with me." Romeo looked back at Toligon, "Declare Martial Law, for the police to force more lethal tactics." He ordered Toligon who nodded, and began to carry out the command.
"We're coming in dad's Star Destroyer, and bringing his Drakons with us." Erika replied, her mother's voice giving her more bravery then what she had before. Again Romeo turned, and continued to speak walk through the corridors. Finally getting to the Throne Room, Romeo began to dash for it, only to hear the fire of Drakons, and Police behind them.

Mandalore City- The Cantina to rival all Cantinas
Objective: Regroup
Allies: [member="Gilamar Skirata"] [member="Strider Garon"] [member="Zandra Tal'verda"]

Preliat walked in the door, noticing the silence. People were not watching him, or Strider. Or even each other. They were all fixated on something at the center of the room. He told the Sergeant to secure the speeder, and grabbed his helmet on the way into the cantina.

"My wife and child may be among the missing."

He did not know. That pain was entirely different- being in limbo was bad enough, but this- this uncertainty stung like no other. Then, his eyes fell upon him. [member="Gilamar Skirata"] in the flesh.

"Do my eyes deceive me, or has our beloved leader returned?"

However, Preliat did not seem happy.

Strider understood what Zandra was going through, he also has family missing. But here and now there was no evidence to what had happened and Strider and all of them were working with what they had..... and that was very little. Strider was about to reach out and risk his life to embrace the enraged woman, it was a fatherly like instinct and not of any form of sexual urges that have guided the man to populating a good percentage of the galaxy.

But before he could a ghost walked into teh room, like nothing had happen. The man was dead, Strider saw his body and sow it get floated off to teh sun. HE WAS DEAD. Of all days for wierd crap to be happening, this was an icebreaker. Strider drew his pistol stepping in and around Zandra, using his body to shield the despaired mother as he kept his weapon trained upon the Walking Dead.

"HANDS UP!" He voice would sound like thunder with in the confines of this cantina "HANDS UP OR I PUT YOU DOWN!" Strider wasn't taking anychances. He new Gil was dead and this had to be a trick, a imposter of sorts. Some Sith hoodoo voodoo magic crap.

Patricia smiled weakly again at hearing her baby's words. She gently stroked her communicator rubbing at it like it was her own child. It was odd but it was what she had at the moment to keep her calm and safe. She had to get to work though soon. The riots needed to be put down and fast or else the dragon palace casino would be looted and raided by the angry citizens of this fine planet.

"That's great Erika. I can't wait to see you, I've been thinking about you and daddy every day. And when I get home we can be one big happy family, you me your baby brother and dad." She rejoiced in that fantasy and a tear ran down her face again.

"Listen tell daddy I need to get back to work. And I will call every two hours to check in. I love you both very much, okay Erika?" Patricia asked and kept running a hand over her pregnant belly and the comm unit.

>>> 08:21 GST -- 12/5/44 -- NAR SHADDAA

The light of day had begun to carve its way through the building tops into the windows of the motel where the three Ruferalahuin girls had been staying. Aynea had awoken to the sensation of a hard floor and cold sheets. Her eyes slowly opened, only to register late the absence of a certain someone. She rose off of the floor, rubbing the haze from her eyes. The beds were empty. The bathroom door was open and the lights inside were off. Her eyes narrowed in confusion. Looking to her side, she was Aeizori's old shirt and skirt still lying on the ground beside the bath. Yulathe was nowhere to be found. The sheets were still fresh of her imprints. The vixen's hart slowly began to beat faster, her breaths now deeper. Hastily she made her way to the windows to open their rafters.
Everything was... serene.
Crime and loitering did not litter the streets. Shady figures did not provoke the crowds. The rattling of chains and bars did not echo in the distance. The hub of all of underworld's chaos in the galaxy had become... dormant, slowing to a crawl.
It was then that she had an impulse, almost a vision of sorts. Alderaan, her mind whispered.
"Aeizori...."
Aynea did not so much as get dressed and packed; she merely threw a robe over her bikini-clad body, grabbed her Daisho and satchel, and ran out through the door. She ran carelessly through the streets and walkways of the city to its highest level, seeking any vacant ships to commandeer. Finally, she'd found one, its cargo still freshly half-unloaded. Without an afterthought, she began to drag a huge crate off of the cargo bay ramp with her bare hands, summoning all of her feral might to do so. Once out of the way, she boarded the ship, branded the Cat-o-Nine, and prepared it for immediate departure.
...But what she heard over the comms was chaos. It was the same chaos she would see in the flames on the horizon.

Location : Reltooine

Above the gas giant of Reltooine, several space stations kept a strict orbit around the planet. Some were tourist-type stations, bringing the crowd in to see the cryovolcanos and other geological sites. Others were corporate owned, housing employees from all over. The name of the game? Valuable gasses of course. One would be surprised how much the Galaxy depended on such work.

On the Eve of the 12th, Delila was sleeping comfortably in her quarters. Soft snored emanated from her unmoving form. Outside the viewport, the reddish-orange world lay quiet below. The redhead flipped over on her side, pulling on another blanket in her sleep when the alarms sounded. The entire space station was being woken up.

Groggily, Delila sat up and put feet into her boots. She was still wearing pajamas but threw her holster around her hips. Grabbing a bigger, more deadly blaster rifle sitting in the corner, she wandered into the halls. Personnel of all sorts were doing the same, looking bewildered. The station wasn't shaking, clearly they weren't being fired upon.

Delila made her way down the corridor, looking confused. She found another member of the station's security team.

"Corporal, whats with the alarm. Who sounded it?"

"No idea Ma'am. A good number of people are missing from this station. Nearly half. A buddy said it may be pirates for ransom."

"Pirates? Didn't anyone hear them board? First things first, secure this place down."

"Already begun, they are ordering us to report to the hangar."

He had spent the hours between his distress signal to Order's End by exploring the Libertas, just to be sure that everyone had vanished. The trip only took him an hour and it had been the first time he had properly explored the ship since procuring it from the Shadow Empire.

He found no-one.

Making his way back to the bridge, the position where a helmsmen would normally be alerted him that a ship had just come into the vicinity of the Libertas. There was a sense of rush, of which the Dark Master felt pressured to getting the ball moving quickly. Delving into the dark side, he focused on the presence of Anja Aj'Rou via the Force and opened himself up to the arcane ability of teleportation, an ability he had yet revealed since his emergence on Korriban eight years previously.

Where he had been stood on the Libertas in one moment, he was stood on the Order's End next. Like a ghost appearing out of no where, Vilox Pazela said. "Hello, Host Lord."

"What's going on?"

The galaxy is in an uproar but from what and why? Those answers are currently untold.

"People are disappearing and its caused a maelstrom of havoc and chaos on Gulamendis, the world is fallen; Kadri Ughad and other loyalists are amassing a fleet over a world known as Bastion.", she explained.

There was so much else that could be said but she maintained her silence momentarily...

"We intend to meet up with them shortly, I've called the March on the worlds before us.", she added. It was time to enact the crusades of her people.

The galaxy was in turmoil, and Anja knew it would be her to bring the peace. What role would Vilox have in this? She wondered.

Kobayashi knew that something was wrong long before he woke up. The familiar weight of Morrigan leaning on him wasn't there. She wasn't lying down next to him, and she certainly hadn't gotten up. The imprint of her wings was still on the bed, and the ripple in the covers didn't show any evidence that she'd moved.

He got up, looking in the 'fresher and the kitchen, and found nothing except some of Morry's clothes lying on the ground. Odd... She usually put them away. She hadn't left, because the door was still locked.

So where had Koby's lovely bird-lady gone? And a voice hit him... Something he'd heard on the holo yesterday...

Alderaan, little cat.

Fine, to Alderaan.

"...no? I just woke up, remember?" he pointed out with a cocked eyebrow before the girl's expression became fearful. "What? What is it? Is something space wizardy going on?" the boy asked, growing slightly pale at the mere thought.

Objective; Regroup, secure Mandalore, investigate, Gil?

Ana understood well enough death and missing friends and loved ones. She wished that there was something that she could do for those in pain however there were no words. They would instead need to figure out what was going on.

"Gil?" Ana blinked a few times as if to confirm what it was she was seeing. She had been there when Gil had died, she had watched the man fall. Ana had been there for his funeral. This couldn't be real, could it? The Galaxy was out of wack and half of it was missing so it was possible, maybe? "Are you really Gil? How is it your here?" Ana chose for the moment to keep her rifle by her side. Strider seemed to have that covered. Before he shot it would be nice to get an explanation.

"Lock down the planet. Activate the planetary sheathe. Block all external entrances. Move the deck cannons into firing position."

The Monitor issued order from his control cage at the center of Zenith Prime. The Architects, in their panic, had retreated to the world they had helped construct so very long ago. It would only respond to their orders now that the Dreadguard were gone. Each of the Mark-III's that were not in cryo had disappeared into something called a rift on Alderaan.

Normally the Architects would have investigated, but they were fearing for their lives. Zenith Prime was fully under their control now. After a warning of evictions was given, The oxygen in each zone housing any ASA soldiers that refused to leave had been vented. Not a single organic specimen lived on the fortress world.

Its famed ground to space cannons were primed and ready to fire. For every three of the sixteen of the powerful turbolasers was an ion cannon constructed to annihilate fleets. The outer levels of Zenith Prime had been replaced with a metallic sheathe, making landing impossible unless someone punched a whole straight through the thick durasteel covering.

Zenith Prime was virtually impenetrable, and would house the Architects until this disaster was over. If any galactic power dared to approach the terrified scientists and their protective planet...well, the loss of life might stack far higher than the disappearances had taken.

"Cut all communications to other systems. Send forth a short burst message informing any approaching vessels to stay away or be met with deadly force at thirty minute intervals. We will not be the victims of the organics and their galactic power struggles."

The girl grabbed his hand, ignoring her rumbling stomach now. She had to know. The dread filled her entire being, but she had to know. She would not like what she found.
But she had to know.

"Come," she ordered, practically dragging him. They would look in the obvious places first. Bed rooms, the hangar, then the less obvious until they could account for every living soul in the castle.

"This morning, everywhere, billions missing. Mass abductions. Nobody knows who or how. Estimated half the population."

And now everyone was flipping out because of... what? Who was this cat anyway? She was shoved behind Strider like this guy was going to turn her to stone if he touched her again. Really?

"What is going on here?" she demanded, "I ain't got time for this nonsense!"

Gilamar Skirata

The most important step is always the next one
The old man sighed.

"Still quick on the draw Garon? You know we don't have time for this." Then again, he knew Strider wasn't joking. That blaster didn't even have a stun setting and he had what, a shirt on? He'd be dead before he hit the ground...Again. Raising his hands he looked Strider right in the eyes. They were wild, unsure, and ready to kill. Could he even be reasoned with?

"I know what happened. I'm supposed to be dead, and I would be if it weren't for...a friend." His gaze shifted to the back of the room where [member="Mordecai Tal'kyr"] stood, watching the fiasco unfold.

"Uh - I - what?!" the youth stumbled as the girl seized his hand and set out on her quest to locate everyone in Dis. "Wait, wait!" Owain called as the blonde tugged him along through the castle. "Isn't there a PA system or something here?! Just summon everyone into the courtyard or something?!"

[member="Felicity Mason"]

Imerria

Felicity's feet paused midstep. PA system. He was right. She turned right where she was and wordlessly tugged him along to the control room. He was right. He was right and she was panicking. It was good that one of them could think straight, but Felicity was busy thinking about what she'd seen. What she could see that nobody else has been able to see.

'Celeste says hello.' She was supposed to tell that to her Father, but she didn't know why. His youngest daughter saw him all the time, but that was what one of the voices in her head told her to do when she was sleeping. She'd always wake up with the biggest head ache too. What a useless gift...

She scurried across the room to make the announcement.

"All personnel meet in the courtyard immediately. Everyone to the kriffing courtyard now!"
