I suppose that'd be dependent upon the individual. Largely, what we've built has remained upon a foundation emphasizing communication; hopefully that remains evident through the existing social circles already forming within the RP.
In your case, you're right after Nate; most people already have an established line of communication with each other or are, at least, familiar with our activity (ex: I can usually be reached from 2 PM EST - 6 AM EST). However, since you came on far later than most, I understand there might be a gap there; give me some time and I'll get a hold of Nate's schedule for you, since he's the one posting before you.

I just discussed this with Kevros:
I know it's going a little slow right now however, once we can get ourselves together, we'll split post orders into groups; for example, if Silas and Singularity are in Cell Block B, while Jaster and Aerin are in Cell Block C, their posting order will be independent - however, in that case, we'll have to adjust the influx of communication with me to make sure I can keep up with an increased post count.
For now, you guys do your thing and I'll look into increasing avenues to open up channels for communication, as well as free up mornings; the only way we can maintain a speedy thread, where everyone can provide input as much as they desire, will require me to take a far heavier workload, so if everyone can remain understanding if there are, at first, some minor hiccups, and continue to cooperate, we'll see the situation improve in the future. Thank you.
