FNRP - Fracas at Far Harbor (Open to All!)

She replied to [member="Darth Venefica"], I am heading to your postion now, meet me a dock twenty five, my fury will be there. She had taken note of her postion, and she would be near that docking bay. She then sent a message to her ship captain, Dock at bay number twenty five, immediately and be ready to get out of here asap. Time was short, it was time to run. She had advantage over her friend, she could run through the walls, and not be bogged down by cutting through. She then began to phase herself, and ran to docking bay. As she did, she saw people panicking as they where trapped, on station about to blow up. This was not her new potential friends fault, it was action of desperate person who no idea how to sit down and relax and be patient. She soon made it to docking bay, as it opened up. Her captain spoke My lord I am ready to set now, she looked and shook her head, and then said No we have one more to pick up, and then depart she has not got long though. He did not like the prospect of staying around for longer than necessary, next to something that will kill him when it explodes. Right you are my lord, he replied he had no choice, as she kill him if he too soon. He made his way to cockpit, ready to disengage the second she gave the order. Then she would make arrangements, to meet her new potential ally, though she did trust them totally, but then again she was sith, so no doubt they did trust her ether.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
It seemed their luck has turned for the worst, as the station was now under threat of exploding. Also, after the humanoid robots were dealt with, now a bigger one appeared, and what an appearance. With Elpsis's words, she immediately jumped away from the harm's way, yet the impact from the cannon affected her and pushed her way quicker than expected. Her fall was as painful, yet she was alive.

A barrage of blaster bolts came her way, Nima concentrated and held her lightsaber in a defensive position, and started deflecting the bolts away from her body, while moving to a closer position. "Got it." She replied to Elpsis, and made herself a visible target meanwhile Elpsis prepared her attack. The blaster bolts continued coming her way, so she created a Force Barrier to help herself. The cannon it used before seemed to be offline for now, but she didn't think it would be for too long, so Elpsis had to move quickly. Which, she did, and jumped towards the target.

Nima noticed the big robots arms reacting to this sudden attack, sharp claws appeared going directly towards Elpsis. The sudden shift of attention to her was enough evidence that it was intelligent. "Elpsis, watch out!" She shouted and reflexively concentrated on the arms, trying to force them away from Elpsis by using telekinesis.

Darth Banshee and Darth Venefica

“So be it,” Banshee would receive privately. “Go with her swiftly. You will not be fired on if you are in her ship.”

Enyo & Anora

“I believe the one known as Muad Dib did so. Ordinary organics are most commonly like that,” Garnet said.
“It is time to go. You may board your ships and go. You will not be harmed. Enyo, meet us above the locations specified in 3 days. We will perform our side of the bargain.”

Elpsis & Nima

Elpsis and Nima had timed their attack perfectly so that while Nima had attracted its attention, Elpsis had been able to attack and strike it with the lightsabre.

However, the claw like mandibles from the dying beast would still have a final chance to strike.

Tegaea meanwhile ran down the ramp to help her niece, to carry her on board. The ship was ready and primed to leave.

Lily Kuhn

Several droids saw her approach and opened fire, trying to pin her down before she got to her ship. If said ship had any weapons, now it’d be a good time to have them deploy.

Kainan Wolfe et al & tsarwars

The volley of torpedoes and the volley of fire from the Argent Dawn impacted the Contingency Destroyer. Damage to the shields was noticeable, knocking them down a good third.
However, now it was in closer range the Destroyer returned fire. Where the Valiant class was a good all-around build, the Contingency ship specialised in weapons and defence at the cost of no hanger and slow speed.
All this meant that was able to unleash 24 heavy warhead Energy Torpedoes along with 10 heavy quad turbo and 5 heavy quad ion batteries. In a close action like this the Argent Dawn would not be able to duel for long…but it didn’t need to, it merely needed to keep attention.

As fighters moved in to cover the escape, 10 squadrons of 24 drone fighters moved to intercept. These things were not especially well armed or protected, but they were fast and numerous.

Darth Abyss & Muad Dib

Unfortunately for the Sith Lord, the stress on the reactor of being frozen, heated and then attempting to be teleported into space only made things worse.
Due to a critical failure on the dice too, Abyss had managed to make the situation worse in a comical way.
Instead of teleporting the reactor into the depths of space he managed to teleport himself inside it….

Muad on the other hand would have to be fast, the clock was ticking….

HK-36 et al

Sapphire’s mostly human form showed real emotion for the first time.

Scorn.

“You know nothing, HK-36. I offered you an alliance in good faith, thinking you might want to be free of the majority of these organics. But I see that not only do you like them, you need them. I do not need you. We have power that this demonstration has not even begun to show. I am done with you, and we will see you soon.”

Far above the carrier’s weapons began to turn. The carrier was not anywhere near as well armed as the Destroyer, but it still had a score or more of heavy long range turbolasers. These turned towards Outsider Station…and opened fire, specifically aiming for the Metal Lords hangers.

Why fire on a station about to blow up?

Spite. To send a message.

Regardless, HK began an incredibly complicated series of actions one would not think possible to accomplish in one go. Thus, by the time he reached [member="Elpsis Elaris"] and [member="Nima Tann"] their particular opponent was already dealt with one way or the other.

Aeshi

Aeshi was able to get aboard and cast off with the support of the others.

ALL

Due to Abyss’ unfortunate meddling with the reactor, the time had gone down.

“476 seconds until reactor detonation,” the announcing voice said.

People would have to hustle in order to escape from the trap.

(This is my final post here except for a wrap up. Writers can continue to post as long as they wish. You can be assumed to escape from the station before it explodes unless you wish to be captured or choose to be killed off. Great job everyone!)

As HK spoke Ultimatum sent a message back to the Fate, "Negative, negative! Break off the extraction. Pull off and take cover in another hangar. Don't settle near Metal Lord ships." The words of Sapphire were obviously of one which was undoubtedly upset. Ultimatum took a moment to prepare a plan. He knew what he had to do. Beginning to followed [member="HK-36"], Ultimatum thought to himself.

The short term concern of survival was negligent to Ultimatum, he cared more to meet with these droids. HK was too quick to anger, the older droid was perhaps somewhat uncertain as to the danger posed. Simply because the enemy offered a place among them did not make them weak, any more than HK's refusal made him stronger. The assumption was potentially lethal and Ultimatum was not going to make a decision on his position until he had more information.

The artificial lord was uncertain, he did not know if these enemies were truly enemies. Perhaps there was more to them than this short meeting gave. He wanted to know more. He stopped following soon after exiting, he spoke to the two Metal Lords, "I shall surrender to them, you are welcome to join [member="Lord Mettallum"] if you too decide to follow this path."

With that the Artificial Sovereign turned away from their current path, Ultimatum turned back towards another hangar. While moving towards an area of Contingency Forces the droid sent another command to the Fate, "Fate, get out of here. Take those organics and don't follow the Metal Lords. Go to the nearest safe system and call for the Sovereignty. If I don't contact anyone in the next forty-eight hours, Legion is in charge. Go on!"

With the message sent, Ultimatum moved towards the [member="Incursion"] force and raised his voice to be heard, "I'm here to surrender to your forces. I wish to collaborate."

Losing is tempoary, giving up is permanent.
Sukia followed closely behind [member="Aeshi Tillian"], fairly certain she was force sensitive as well, no on could have as fast reflex without help of some sort "Your piloting skills still yet to be proven". He saber was still drawn, any stray shoots nearing being deflected back at their shooters, though no intense the longer they stayed here the more droid would follow, no doubt he'd be focusing on preventing anyone from leaving the surface.

She crouched down awaiting Tillian's signal, it was a straight and open run to the ship, some over but otherwise and open shoot for the droids, though without sabers or proper protection would find such a run difficult. The red head leaped over the barricade sprinting for the ship, drawing some fire and the attention of a droid attempting to melee her, which was promptly booted in the face, 'yep, definstly force sensitive'.

For good measure she sliced the two droids she had put down, just to make sure they did not get back up, making sure to also keep her body protected from the onslaught of enemy fire. "Some cover coming right up", while the fore was concentrated on their so called polite Sukai threw her saber towards the incoming enemies, coming to run towards the ship, using the force to guide the saber staff through the wave of approaching enemies.

"Your clear-ish, make a break for it", the catching her saber, and sprinting away from the fore not directed on her, Sukai made it into the ship, watching closely as everyone else joining her before the captain made a dive, just missing the door as it closed. "That was to close for comfort".

    Far Harbor

The Contingency battleship opened up with its heavy weapons and missiles, unleashing a withering barrage of fire against the Shrouded flagship. The opening salvo took out 40% of the shield power, but the ship would be able to last long enough for Wolfe and his group to escape. And the Star Destroyer had another trick up its sleeve. The massive capital ship angled its nose down slightly, while its heavier weapons stopped firing for a few brief moments. The maneuver allowed the ship to bring its quad bank to bear on the enemy vessel. Then, the Argent Dawn simultaneously opened fire with all of its heavy weapons, twenty heavy turbolasers firing at the same time and the same spot in the shields. This wasn't, however, the Star Destroyer's ace in the sleeve.

Calculating so that the projectiles would impact at the same time as the turbolaser bolts, the four heavy hypervelocity guns, two on each side of the ship, launched their projectiles towards the enemy at a measurable percentage of the speed of light. The recoil of the massive guns firing simultaneously, sent a shudder throughout the Star Destroyer. The Argent Dawn then fired another salvo of ten heavy proton torpedoes, aimed at the spot where the flagship's heavy weapons and most of the ion cannons were firing.

Enemy fighters then moved in to intercept the escape attempt, but the Shrouded battlegroup was ready for it. "Lieutenant Raymus, there are ten squadrons of droid fighters moving in to block the extraction. Have your fighters engage them," came the order from the flagship. The TIE Reapers which the Shrouded Republic used, weren't the most heavily armored starfighters in the galaxy and their weapons complement was average. However, they had the advantage of being some of the fastest mass production starfighters in the galaxy, perfectly suited for swift, hit-and-run attacks, allowing them to dart in and out of enemy formations like a swarm of hornets. It remained to be seen if the droid fighters' speed matched that of the Shrouded starfighters.

Down on the ground, another situation was unfolding. Enemy droids were blocking Wolfe's party from reaching the ship, so Wolfe had to think fast. Luckily, Sky'ito Yumi was faster, using her skills and her Force powers to clear a path for them.

Once the droids were dealt with and the party was onboard, a pair of TIE Reapers would converge on them to provide escort while the droid fighters were kept busy by the two squadrons under Kyle Raymus' command. As soon as the transport docked with the Star Destroyer, the entire Shrouded battlegroup would make a quick jump to hyperspace and rendezvous in a nearby system. Luckily, the TIE Reapers were equipped with hyperdrives of their own, so they would be able to follow the capital ships independently, thus reducing the time it would take them to escape.

With a powerful leap, Elpsis had propelled herself on top of the giant spider droid. Her lightsabre struck and she stabbed down into its power core. The droid tottered and lashed out like a dying beast with its claw like mandibles.

Nima was doing a good job restraining the claws with her telekinesis, but a cry of pain escaped Elpsis as a claw cut into her and slashed into her shoulder. Then again, she might have been turned into Kebab without the help.

Blazing, tremendous heat rippled from her, melting through the steel and flooded the beast. Its mutilated metal skull fell to the ground as her blade carved through it. Elpsis rolled off the beheaded mechanical monstrosity, with a claw still embedded inside her.

Thus by the time HK and friends showed up in the hangar bay, the spider droid was already dead. Elpsis breathed in deeply. The clock was ticking because someone had decided to play with the reactor. She looked up to Tegs and Nima. "Let's go." Pain shot through her, but she managed to get aboard the ship. Presumably the three ladies then took off before the station got blown up. Their stay had been extremely brief.

Without a further word, Enyo got up. She spared Anora a look, then she was out of the meeting room and soon in the turbolift. Neda followed her with mechanical precision. The two of them passed the various carcasses that littered the corridor after leaving the lift.

Some were organics that had been terminated earlier, a few were Contingency droids. However, the would-be mechanical conquerors of the galaxy had only deployed a small force to the station. It held no secrets they wanted to uncover. Nor did they want to capture organics for processing.

For now at least.

Enyo had no doubt that the Contingency had not exposed their full agenda to her. She may yet have to betray them...if they did not live up to their promises and screwed her over. But the thoughts that they were about to unleash a war in which countless would perish did not troube her. After all, she'd already seen their handiwork on Rishi.

The pursuit of victory demanded sacrifices. Winners were not judged. In a Galaxy this vast and pitiless, millions died every day. The strong do as they will, and the weak suffer what they must. Jedi, Sith, Alliance, Empire, Corporations, they’re all just spokes on a wheel. This one’s on top and that one’s on top and on and on it spins, crushing those beneath.

"Shoshary, get us into space. We're leaving," Enyo grunted as she boarded the Quasar. Quickly, the stealthy transport shot into the void, departing the station. It dodged and weaved its way through the space battle that was taking place, then slipped into hyperspace.

A flash of red, a burst of green.

The red, of course, was from the low-quality blaster gas she'd been using for her pistol - the green, on the other hand, was the blaster bolts those corpse-like droids were so keenly shooting at her. For someone with rather shoddy aim, sprinting in heels - which, alone, was more of an impressive feat than probably anything that she would ever succeed in doing today - the two potshots that Lily actually managed to make hit their mark were actually, even if only by absolutely sheer luck and no skill at all, able to disable two of the droids where they stood.

On the other hand she was now bleeding profusely from an open wound she got from one of the shots that had been directed at her. Now, she could have kept running - done a marathon sprint in heels, a pretty red stain growing across the left side of her white top, and maybe kept her makeup on her face - but the kinetic force from the blaster bolt alone, which was really what caused much of the damage in most blaster wounds, sent her sprawling across the smooth, cold, metallic floor. Now there were a lot of words that came to mind, none of which were particularly pleasant, but none of them were particularly as frantic and panicked as her expression when the announcement of how long the station had left blared over the communications systems.

A lot of people tended to make the statements, "So there is a god!," or "By the force!", whenever something incredibly lucky happened. If Lily had been inclined to take part in the superstitious ridiculousness that brought forth that line of thought, her moment of epiphany probably would come from how absolutely horrible this week had been to her. Dumped-but-really-not by her boyfriend, prompting her to make an idiot of herself with an absolutely outrageous overreaction that ended up being pointless because she'd misunderstood, cutting her vacation short to do a short meeting about the opening of a new facility and thus ripping her away from the once-every-few-months getaway she got to spend with a boyfriend that she literally wasn't able to see in private, much less in public, because of their respective allegiances to their own people - plus her father would probably have a coronary if he'd heard about who she was seeing - and now she was bleeding on the floor while a space station was set to explode.

"What in the force could I have possibly done to deserve this?!" She shouted to nobody in particular, drawing the attention of another nearby droid - which she promptly fired off a few shaky shots at when it raised a blaster to shoot her - and serving to only add a sharp pain in her ribs. She was, fortunately, close enough to her ship to still limp her way there, but the approaching group of droids were anything but a pleasant sight - and she didn't want to get caught in the blast from a station of this size.

And limp her way there she did, leaving behind a steady trail of bright red blood that made her hair jealous by how copious it was. It was a good thing this thing had weapons - the moment she was in the pilot's seat she was firing all four of the twin blaster cannons positioned on the ship, effectively eliminating the vast majority of the nearby droids, and upon her immediate vacating of the station she was firing the quad laser cannons on anything that got too close - she shot off a few concussion missiles for good measure.

One of the wonderful things of owning a ship she had made and designed, for her, was that she could trust the navigation systems and the autopilot to get her back home without needing her full attention - as her attention was now on stumbling to the first aid kit to apply some heavy gauze and bandages.

And then promptly passing out for the next several hours while the ship flew back to Teta.

Unfortunate. Maybe a bit more than unfortunate. Abyss had overplayed his hand, and as a result the spell had went completely haywire. As the words of arcane might did their best to remove the reactor from existence, he could feel as reality itself shattered around him. The reactor shortly flickered in and out of sight, as a firework of crimson red and ghostly green blasted through the room. He could see as black smoke emerged from his own body, pure dark side energy freed from his current form in a desperate attempt by reality to reclaim what he had stolen from it.

Then darkness.

From one moment to another the firework was gone, replaced by the inside of the reactor. At first Abyss had no idea what just happened. It had not been like the normal version of his spell, instead the laws that kept the physical world together simply had stopped working for a few seconds, and moved him from where he stood into the reactor he had tried to move.

Then fire.

For the first time in ages Abyss could feel his own weakness. The spell had left his form in state of disruption, the eldritch alchemy that kept him together painfully close to falling apart. He was lucky that the armor was still holding together, at this point it would've been entirely possible that it simply disassembled itself completely.

Then Light. Red and Purple.

Two saber jumped to live inside the reactor, one in each of his hands. With violent, uncontrolled rage the metal monstrosity began to cut his way out of the failing reactor, even less man the normally. Cut by cut he forged himself a part out of his fire prison, empowered by nothing more but raw survival instinct.

He knew little about where his path lead him, and only when the cold embrace of the emptiness of space found him noticed that would live. For now.

Aboard Aeshi's ship there was a sense of security that was deceptive. They were not even close to being out of the danger just yet. Regardless of the ease of her actions, the agent calling herself Sybil had to defiantly work to survive in the last minute to board this temporary safehaven. It had been easy to follow along, but the swarm of droids in the hanger bay required intense gunslinging. Sweat rolled down her face and smeared against her glasses. Somebody's blood had splashed unto her neck, and her now well picked outfit -for it's utilitarianism- was scorched in spots where blaster shots had been near misses, along with being stained in multiple places on account on all the scolding hot oil flying about.

Others had also made it, and no doubt they would be moving to assist. However, in a bout of adrenaline, the Major found an empty anti-ship cannon near the rear of the vessel. Taking over it, the officer began to track and fire at anything unfriendly in range. With any luck, the star destroyer tanking about nearby would serve as the largest distraction.

[member="Kainan Wolfe"] [member="The Major"]

Aeshi flung herself away from the hatch as the last of their group hurried inside, Sybil burnt and spattered from the run. Aeshi gave her a nod and a smile before sprinting to the cockpit and flinging herself into her captain's chair. She slammed the engines and the freighter burst out of the hangar, punching through the shield. Droid fighters began to hone in on them, but she ignored them.

A deep breath and she punched the SLAM system. The hull shuddered and whined as it hurtled the ship forward faster than it was originally designed for. The first barrage of droid weapons fell short as the freighter sped away. TIE fighters swooped alongside.

"Feth," she hissed, preparing to dodge, but then realized they were the escorts. Who was this man that she had met? But the fighters helped hold off the droids as her passengers went to the guns. Aeshi twisted the controls, sending the freighter into a tight spiral, rocking back and forth until they were safely in the protection of the Star Destroyer. She stood and strode from the cockpit, hand resting on her holster.

"Never willingly land on a ship like this," she added, inspecting her cargo. "But I'll make an exception for this."

Everyone on made a break from cover, bolting in the direction of the freighter, Kio using her targeting system to avoid and block incoming fire, she may not have the force but cybernetics made up for that in the aspect of speed strength and reaction time. She along with the others dived into the ship at the last second, managing to miss the onslaught of blaster fire from the droids outback.

They managed to get past the screen if fighters, and headed for the shroud flag ship, [member="Aeshi Tillian"] making a comment on not really likeing them. That made sense, star destroyers didn't have the best reputation, but they we hella good at their job. "Do you think our flag ship can take on the enemy capital, we may have more fire power but I think that the enemy ship will be able to outlast it". The star destoryer was still failry new, I'd be a shame to lose it due to this strange new enemy.

While waiting for [member="Kainan Wolfe"] answer she spied Sukai down the back of the ship, now was probably the best time to talk with her before they parted ways. "If you will excuse me sir". She walked to the back looking the young woman in they eyes, "Perhaps new we can talk, would you care to answer my questions now"?

[member="The Major"]

Deactivating his lightsabers he slid them into their respective homes before diving through the narrow hole made in the durasteel door. Rolling to his feet he heard the countdown accelerate to just a hair under eight minutes until the reactor would overload. Sighing he felt his shoulders sag for a second.

"Sithspit."

Then he was off. The Mad Knight ran as if his life depended on it. And indeed, it did. Using his connection to the force he urged his body to speeds that no normal being were capable of. But that was a byproduct of being force sensitive and training.

Leaping over bodies still strewn across the way he quickly circumvented the obstacles, hurling toward where his starfighter was resting in a hanger. Activating his com located in his right gauntlet as he ran, he shouted at the Droid aboard the E-25.

"Dizzy!!! Start pre-flight checklist. When I get there we have to go!"

Turning a corner he ran into three droids in his way. Barreling into them he fell onto the ground face to face to an attractive young twilek who lay paralysed upon the steel floor. Glowing, blue eyes met frightened green and Muad winked before leaping to his feet. The Mad Knight regained his feet the same time as the droids did. Reacting simultaneously Muad activated the repulsors within the Sith gauntlets sending two of the droids flying down the hall. However the third droid got off a shot before an explosion rocked the station sending both combatants crashing to the ground once more.

Snarling, Muad looked at the Droid, tackling it back to the ground and straddling the machine. Raining armored fists down the man beat the head of the Droid in. Then another explosion sent him flying onto his back. Shaking his head lightly he heard the countdown and scrambled to his feet back up and running once more.

Running through a body littered corridor rocking with explosions was no easy feat. But Muad knew to fail would mean death. And he wasn't prepared to go into the manda, or the force, or wherever he was destined to head just yet.

Rounding another corner he hit the straightaway, the corridor leading to his fighter, and put on another burst of speed. As he flew down the hall one of the rivets on a bulkhead popped driving into his back, just between the beskar plates, knocking him off his feet and driving the wind from his lungs. Before the thought of how unlucky this day was going could cross his mind a bulkhead blew, the explosion sending shrapnel down the hall right where he had previously been standing.

At the same moment flames erupted out, they reversed direction and were sucked out into the void of space. Feeling his body begin to slide back down the hall and towards the breech he pulled the imbued kal from his belt and drove it into the floor, stalling his slide. A laugh escaped his lips just as the first body slammed into his face blooding both nose and lips from the impact.

Barely able to retain his grip on the blade he was assaulted by the bodies of the afflicted careening by. Letting out a string of curses the last body flew by to be sucked into the void. Snarling from the effort of holding on he listened to the countdown near the sixty second mark.

Then a protocol droid slammed into him grabbing his shoulders. "I am a protocol droid, I am not programmed for this situation", it shrieked at Muad. Down the corridor between the breach and Muad a barrier slammed down sealing the breech. Climbing to his feet he sheathed his knife as the droid continued to talk. "Thank the makers you saved-"

Muad backhanded the droid, running the last several meters to the hangar. Seeing the E-25 with engines glowing was the most beautiful thing he had seen all day. Running forward he let the force fuel his muscles and force leapt up into the cockpit, closing the canopy and grabbing the controls.

Shoving the throttle forward he blasted from the hanger as the small detonations began a chain reaction throughout the station. Angling around the space station he hugged the surface until the station was between him and the aerial combat occurring in space. A few toggles and he diverted all power going to weapons systems into the engines giving her all she had. He put the aft shields at maximum and rocketed away.

The station didn't explode in a single detonation. All across it's surface smaller explosions were seen for several seconds until it seemed as if the fire erupting around the hull seemed to pull in. As if the station had inhaled for what was about to come. Then a blinding flash of light as if the station imbedded into the shattered planet had gone supernova.

Muad jumped blindly into hyperspace hoping that he had used all his bad luck and he wasn't making a micro jump into a sun, a black hole, or a moon. The Force was with him for once this day.

As the deals were thrown around, I just stood there in silence. Unable to control myself. These beings? Knew about my mother... but that did not make sense. I never shared that information with anyone. The only other person who could know would have been my father. My father is back on Eshan living out the last of his days as an old man and drinking. I left because it was my time to explore the galaxy. Darren, my father, didn't want to go anywhere anymore. Any friends he had were long gone, or dead.

Unless he shared this information with these people, then I had no clue why they knew. Just standing there. Not saying a word as Enyo and her friend spoke to those who were offering me this position. I took a second to look at her. She gave me a look. One that I will remember for a long time. Why was she giving me this look. Shaking my head. I looked over to these new bosses of mine.

"Bring me to you leader won't work here will it?"

Following these people into their ship, I just... I shook my head. if this was the best chance to find out all the information I could to strengthen myself, to create a base for me to find her, then I would do it.

As the ramp began to close on the ship, my gut was wanting to throw me back out and rather face the bomb as it exploded. However, I stayed. I knew I was making the decision I needed. Even if it made my stomach churn.

Ultimatum

Unfortunately for the Metal Lord, HK had said everything there was to be said at this point. Nor would there likely be enough time to take him prisoner before the station blew up.
How he escaped therefore is perhaps glossed over.

Elpsis and Nima

Tegaea helped Elpsis aboard the ship and helped her to the infirmary. Long dormant medical training took over, and she prepared some bacta and dressings until the doctor could arrive. Tegaea also did not wrench out the metal claw, knowing that’d be more harmful if done wrong.

Whilst the doctor worked she stayed by Elpsis’ side, holding her good hand whilst the treatment went on.
“You can say it again, Elpsis…you were right. I’m sorry. I had reassurances this was a clean venue, nevermind about Sith. I just wanted to do something, rather than sit around. If I had done this properly I would have sent you here.”
She sighed, trailing off. She knew Siobhan would be furious. She understood that, but it frustrated her too. If she was a great Force wizard able to throw ships with her minds and boil armies it wouldn’t have been a problem. It was the helplessness and the fragility of it all which made it a problem.
“Still, thank you, Elpsis, and you too, Nima,” she said to the Twi’lek Jedi who was presumably helping.

Enyo

The Quasar was not fired on, though to maintain the illusion some of the fighters whirled around firing past it or around it, until it jumped to hyperspace.
The meeting point was a place Enyo would know only too well; Elysium.

Kiso

Engaging the enemy ships would not be practical. Their destroyer was superior in guns and defence, and the hanger of the carrier was far above what the Valiant could endure. It was best they slipped away.

Anora

Garnet looked at her as she headed to the escape pod. “Come with me if you wish, or you can meet up with us later. Either way…it’s time to go.”

As the number ticked down, those aboard managed to escape, though many were not so lucky.

Finally, the reactor flared and Outsider Station erupted into a brilliant fireball, scattering fragments and breaking the fragment of Far Harbor even further.

The Contingency had struck, what would be their next move?

"Where to, boss?" the Quasar's bearded Corellian pilot, a grizzled veteran with an android leg, grunted as the stealthy transport left the station behind it. Outsider Station exploded beautifully as a massive fireball consumed it.

"These are the coordinates," Enyo informed him, passing them over. "Be ready for combat."

"Elysium," Neda transmitted, resorting to electronic communication rather than verbal one. She was trusted enough to know more about Enyo's grudge against Archangel than most...but only to a degree.

"Yes. I'm accelerating the timetable. It's time to go home. It's time for revenge." There was a feral gleam in her cold, lifeless eyes when she stared out into the emptiness of the dark void. The blue tunnel of hyperspace opened and swallowed the transport.

It had been fraught with close calls, but most importantly of all they had lived to fight another day. Behind them, Outsider Station bloomed like the overpriced, fried onion it truly was. Who could determine the number of lives and staff lost as a flame consumed all too slow to escape. Irony abounds as pieces of the station add to the ruins and debris from the planet's destruction long ago.

One for thing was for certain: the Major would not be going to any more auctions for a long time. Who exactly were these invaders? Why attack now? What was there to gain in announcing their intentions like that? Each question and possible answer was further complicated by even more things to consider. Luckily, her data-glasses had recorded most of the actions of the day. Would it provide clarification? She would have to examine it when time permitted.

As for her temporary comrades: Sybil could not be more happy with the results. Most of the group worked together and managed to cut through the worst of the battle on the station.

She returned the blaster to Aeshi as graciously as possible, praising her flying ability and exchanging contact information. The captain deserved some sort of compensation, and maybe a fair warning if there was ever a First Order picket patrol intending to confiscate her ship. Someone of her caliber would definitely come in useful for certain plans in the future. It would be worth the contracting fees, for sure. Mr. Wolfe was an interesting character, but the Major couldn't be sure if it was safe to trust someone like him right off the bat. His sphere of influence was far too wide to not warrant caution. As for the rest, the agent continued to be polite and cheery, seemingly happy about surviving.

In all her interactions she was always vague and never gave out personal details besides introducing herself as Sybil.

Eventually the First Order agent and a number of the survivors book a shuttle to another sector of space, and after some hasty goodbyes, they depart.
