Thanks everyone! I was just trying to give my character and everyone else's justice in that thread. I'm just happy everyone had a great time reading and writing it, because thats the entire point of RPing if you ask me.

Well he offered himself up for punishment to begin with in Jack's steady to quell some of the angst and protect as much lashing out against his clan as he could. If someone is calling for blood its better to give them a limb than a life right? Also no reason not to show up right? Too many people avoid trials and all it does it up the IC and OOC drama. I take Ali as an example of this since it took them so long to do a trial and it didn't go anywhere.

Then you deserve more than a new hand. That's one of the more mature choices a writer makes, and while there isn't necessarily a wrong or right choice, you made the harder choice. Some people will never forget that, and most will respect that.
