Ultimatum can comprehend most forms of computer based languages, being a computer direct communication through ports and similar if you have any. Displays work as well.

As for weaknesses you could go with the fact that the sheer size of [member="Negative"] makes it unwieldy and perhaps vulnerable to smaller craft?
