How do you feel about the Rebellion rules?

I like the idea, personally. It's a good way to shake things up, give folks a chance to be a fly in the ointment, the piss in the cornflakes, the boil on the buttocks, of major factions. It's the sort of shakeup that can do some good for the place.

Is it going to lead to some hurt feelings? Almost certainly.

And that's a good thing.

People need their jimmies rustled from time to time. A little humility is good for the soul.

What I'm not liking is the fact that a smaller faction is allowed to call in unlimited numbers from larger factions. That's not a rebellion so much as just a regular invasion and/or skirmish. Instead of allowing major factions to dog pile on top of a smaller one, have so many ally slots available. A rebellion is a smaller group standing up to a larger one, is it not?
