Hyperworks and Driveyards (OS Dominion of Rendili)

[member="Camellia Swift"]

The walk to the room was something to behold, the scans would show her standard weapons... lightsaber that was hurling insults from its crystal a blaster and her armors talons plus the spikes at her elbows and knees. What it didn't show was the biots for her tongue, implants for her nails and force abilities. The pheromones from herself remaining low as she never had need to use them with a small smirk at seeing the woman. Oh that was the one who had been in the tower if she was remembering reports... she was eighty percent sure about that. A report saying a woman was somewhere with a vague description was only so useful as she stood there bowing her head. The injector pen between her fingers twirling. "Thank you for having me."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Camellia tried not to stare too much at the female alien's . . . .assets. She didn't recognize her either, having not seen the troublesome Sith on Zeltros personally during the battle. Perhaps there were reports that told her that a Sith bearing such a distinct appearance had been the one to assault her frigate at the time, but it had been a while and there were far more pressing matters on her mind anyway. The Arch-Provost though stood, with Camellia following suit a moment after, and bowed back to the Sith before returning the welcome. "Of course its a pleasure to have the Sith respond so warmly to a negotiation."

"There is a seat over here if you wish to sit down and join us maam."

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Balaya gave a nod to the woman who stood and went to the seat while she snapped her fingers with a small grin on her face. The thought coming to her while she was wondering what they might need and be able to do. "So what is on the agenda for this, I am hoping to make this process as painless as possible. There is no need to waste a resource in Rendili unless it is needed." She sat down and kept the smile on her face for them but the purple eyes were quite nice for watching everything. "Come and lets talk."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Well, the large woman was certainly. . . .eccentric? Camellia wasn't sure, but the Sith Lady definitely seemed to be eager about the negotiations. Maybe there was a decent chance at getting a good deal from the Sith then to keep Rendili mostly intact as it was already. "We're hoping to come to an arrangement with the Sith. Perhaps even keep our world's indepedence. Failing that we would prefer to come to an agreement regarding acceptable terms for our planet's annexation. If such a result can be achieved either way, then we will cease our battle with the Sith. The Arch-Provost will carry Rendili's interests and negotiation." In truth Camellia hardly had any say at this point, but as the person in charge of Rendili's defense she wanted to be able to interject input when she could if possible.

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Balaya looked upon her and had a look on her face now, both blank with nothing and there was everything sinister in the zeltrons features. The eyes cybernetic and not really going to reveal anything but the set of her jaw as she slid the pen between her fingers and twirled it little by little thinking of what to do. She had enough doses for two but more of it would speed up the process as she smiled now showing white teeth and spoke. "Well lets be clear, if you resist the dark lords will I'll bury my saber in your chest and carve out your heart before giving the same deal o your replacement." Yes show off those negotiation skills while she kept the smile but stopped spinning the pen. Then her hand moved while the talon ejected and the pen shot forward extending a small needle to try and catch Camellia in the chest and inject the virus.

The Sith woman became ever more disconcerting the more they sat there in silence, and Camellia wasn't comfortable at all she was accompanied by her own escorts. After all, a single Sith was more deadly than the aevrage person, she would have rathered an even playing field if worse came to worse by only having the Rendili Security Force in the room while the Sith's attache waited outside. The Arch-Provost, however, had wanted to give an air of acceptance by not forcing any conditions outside of leaving behind all weaponry. She couldn't fully blame him, if the Sith were as big a threat as some said then what were four regular soldiers backing them up going to matter. Plus the Rendili commandos all wore Phrik combat armor, so it leveled things out by making the normally lethal lightsaber less effective.

Which they very well would be putting to the test with the declaration the Sith just made about slaughtering them if they didn't give in to the Sith. The guards turned to bring their weapons to bear on the Sith woman and her compatriots just for them to leap upon the Security detail and pin them down as the Alien woman shot something at Rendili Stardrive's CEO. Having moved to stand up and usher the Arch-Provost from the room so the guards could handle the situation, which seemed to not be a likely outcome as they wrestled with the Sith's own escort, Camellia stared in surprise as the dart weapon disguised as a pen struck her chest, just above her heart. Stunned, Camellia blinked, the pain nothing much as it struck her, but the realization everything had failed sinking in.

Her mind running through the situation told her it had to be poison, she was done for, maybe the whole station and planet would follow as the Sith took over. The Arch-Provost was backing toward the edge of the room, blocked from escaping, the Sith was still sitting, as was Lady Vantai. As Camellia's hand reached for her comm unit in a daze she wondered if they had been played by the supposed business woman, or if this was just the Sith's work at hand and Silara's desire for negotiation had been sincere. Regardless, Cam felt her body become warm as whatever entered her system began working its way through her, pain starting to fill her senses as she fumbled for the comm unit in her pocket to press an emergency frequency for the fleet. She wouldn't be able to warn everyone, but she at least needed the fleet to join the Republic, to keep the Noblesse in-system out of the Sith's control.

She managed it just in time, clicking the signal that alerted the bridge crews of the Rendili Defense Fleet to turn their ships from their current positions and make exit trajectories to make hyperspace jumps back to Republic territory, before Camellia became dizzy and stumbled a few steps forward as the heat and pain coursed through her. It became so hard to think as she felt her body tremble as waves seemed to pass through her while her breathe became more ragged and short. Trying to stay still waiting for the poison to finish her off, Cam looked to her security forces still struggling with the Sith guards as her vision faded in and out, her left arm holding her right as a spasm ran through it, the heat and pain unbearable but her dulled senses making it seem like a distant problem.

That was, until whatever was in her system struck her spine. The pain broke through the numbing of her dulled senses, making her cry out and gasp as she slipped to the floor, catching herself on her hands, humiliation filling her as she was reduced to all fours as the Sith's substance brought the burning and needle sensations through her body to a peak. Gasping for air, Camellia struggled not wanting to die by something so undignified as a poison, her spine hurt the most right now, feeling as if it were shifting under her skin, growing longer and pressing at the base as if it were going to break free of her body. . . . .and then it did, as a cry, of desperation, shock , pain, pleasure, and even of relief escaped the Rendili woman's lips as she felt something press out of her and tear through the back of her pants, though she did not hear that happen or her own scream as for a brief moment she found herself deaf, not understanding why until her customary hat fell from her head pushed away by the new twitching ears she could feel on top of her head, a part of herself, that had replaced her human ones a moment ago.

Watching the fallen hat also alerted to Camellia that her hands were no longer the same either, the pain creeping into her very fingers as they elongated and her nails became one with the tips of her fingers, became very feline like claws. By this point she began to actively notice her breathe was coming back under her control, and her muddied thoughts were becoming clearer, though they still seemed distant from her as she stood up. As she did though she finally caught sight of what had caused her pain from before, the cat like tail that had formed from the base of her spine, now swaying behind her, a new part of her she could feel and control with a giddy giggle as she flicked it about behind her and watched. At this point as well she realized, by gauging the Sith woman that had caused this to happen to her, she was much taller than before and her clothes tighter on her frame.

Speaking of the Sith woman though, the more Camellia found herself staring at the alien female the more her mind lost the dull sensation that kept her mostly unaware. And the first thought that entered her head as it became free of the clouds within it were that her mistress was rather amazing to make her body the incredible specimen it now was. Deep down the thought sent a shiver of terror through now transformed Rendili woman, the concept of what happened to her now infuriating her and railing against the new feelings and thoughts occupying her. This did not phase what she did next though as she smiled to her creator before turning to the Arch-Provost stunned, silent and motionless, at the back of the room. She knew what she was now, the name came to her as the infection finished taking hold and molding her into the new being she was, Croa.

The first, but not for long.

So with that in mind, the newly transformed Camellia leaped for the one who as considered the leader of her homeworld, tearing at him to clear away the cloth covering his neck as she bit down, her newly shifted and longer canines sinking into his flesh.

And filling his body with the infection as well.

Throwing him against the wall, done with him until he transformed, Camellia turned back around to her Sith creator and the guards still struggling to break free of the Sith escorts pinning them against the floor and walls. The urge to infect them as well filled her. She would turn into Croa girls just like herself. In fact. . . .she would infect her whole world to be like her.

Balaya waited a moment, the ones who had come with her went to work, the smallest one a trained matukai who took a moment to smile as her skin shifted hardening and the smile never left her face while she held on of the commando's. His hand reaching for the gun but not able to break the grip she held on him before striking the phrik, not enough to break it that was made to be strong but smalling a fist that could lift the amount their training allowed was like being slammed with a speeder. Kinetic force while the other four moved. The tech one backing away and sending out a remote training drone as she ducked under the table taking a pistol but using the datapad on her wrist. The one in full armor sliding a combat knife out as she went for the arm pit of a commando stalling him long enough for her master's work to happen and then punching as the scout rushed forward in her armor ejecting with wet shlicks two blades from her hands that slashed into the table. She had brought weapons in her body with the biots while Elara crouched down low reaching out and grabbing at a vent cover as she rushed to climb up to it. Balaya stood with a smirk on her face speaking to each of them while she could feel and hear the transformation. "Let nothing escape the station, ensure all subjects are recorded and handled." There were nods of their heads as she looked towards Camellia and spoke. "Now you were going to say something yes?"

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Camellia blinked as she was addressed, uncertain at first how to respond, but more and more the infection settled into her thoughts, twisting them to benefiting the goal of infecting the entire world of Rendili to make it like herself. Her mind still becoming accustomed to the thought she needed to heed the particular Sith woman's command right now as well as she struggled to not think of it as necessary. "Ah! Nyes I was. If both lady Siths desire I can contact those in the control room and make up a story about why I sent the fleet away. Then I can take my sister Croa once they finish turning and go infect those there too. Then we can lock down the station and block outgoing communications while we infect everyone else. Then we can start on the orbiting defense stations and then the planet itself!"

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Balaya gave a nod of her head to that as she spoke. "Seems this might be getting a little to good. I'll have to see to that later back in the lab but for now proceed, spread and convert all you can of Rendili and we'll make sure the testing is successful." She looked down and then at the others while she snapped her finger. "Go, spread out and control the situation. The republic might find out what happened but we'll deal with that for now we'll see about getting infected onto the defense fleets and ensure all major information is sent to Titan and the sith fleet. I don't want to pass up a prize such as this worlds knowledge. Have a copy sent to my datapad."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Oh, well she hated to disappoint her Sith creator, something which caused a twinge of rage for a brief moment in the newly created Sithspawn. Still, it was better to tell the Sith Lady about the missing data before she found out for herself. So as she finished biting the last of the downed Rendili Commandos, Camellia licked her lips impatient for them to turn into Croa like herself. "About that Master, as soon as the Sith arrived in system all local data concerning details of the Republic, along with special ship designs such as the Honorable class fighter and Noblesse class heavy destroyer, were purged. The same goes for the files kept at Humbarine on them too as part of my orders before you . . . .made me better." Purring as she clasped her hands behind her back Cam kept her eyes on the prone bodies, which occasionally groaned as they stayed unconscious with the virus working in their system more slowly since her bite contained less of the strain than what she was injected with.

"Many basic ship designs still sit in the databanks though. And all government files are kept hidden, the Arch-Provost can help us retrieve them once he. . . .I mean she, joins us once again." Which didn't take that much longer thankfully, having been close to an hour since she had been infected and called the shipyards control center informing them that the fleet had been sent away as part of the surrender as they were allowed to return to the Republic. The form of the Arch-Provost shifted and groaned, the voice rising higher in pitch as it squirmed uncomfortably on the floor. Eventually it culminated into a much more feminine figure taking the position Camellia herself had as the former male Arch-Provost filled out in a much more feminine fashion and her new scream reflected it as her tail and ears took shape and her body grew in accordance with the virus' direction.

The new Croa girl giggled cheerfully before skipping over and kissing Camellia playfully in thanks for being transformed, soon followed suit by the those who were formally the Rendili Commandos providing security for them as they finished turning into Croa as well. "Shall we begin infecting the station maam? You can keep the Arch-Provost to open up the government files so you know how Rendili's infrastructure works."

Balaya listened and raised an eyebrow at that as she paused turning her head. the clicking of her tongue while she moved. "That is disappointing to hear, but it shall be handled. We have taken worlds once used by the Republic and shall turn them to our benefit, with a little more prodding we will march upon Tython and find whatever else they have left behind." There were a few more things but her hand came up as one of the drones neared her and she was speaking. "Make sure the communications are off, send only a message to the fleet telling them to start sending down the medical supplies from sector five. The special ones that my men are guarding. We'll get them onto the planet and ensure all the cannon fodder is safe." The rest of it she left while going towards one of the area's and taking a seat to look out a viewport. "As for what is here, send it to my datapad, any other special things you want to mention my pet? I am not one to waste a resource but we came here for a purpose after all."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Well there was some more information, but Camellia wasn't sure what it might entail. "Orders were left with the shipyards in the Silver Jedi's territory to maintain their own operation should Rendili fall, so the Republic still has access to them if they ally the Silver Jedi Order. Any orders from me will be ignored as if under duress unless we converted everyone there which would be dangerous and take a while. Humbarine and Rendili's yards themselves can produce for the Sith still maam. Planetside our world also has Tibanna Gas reserves and Phrik Ore, so while buying gas from bespin for arms is still preferable, if the Republic keep the resource from us we can use the stores here. As for the data master I can send it to you once I convert those at the control room? Shall we get going?"

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Well that would prove the most useful to her while she brought the datapad on her wrist up and started typing on it. The talons retracting as she spoke. "Very well then, ensure everything is taken care of... we'll have it be a test of your skills. Then we will begin working on parts for Sector Five. There is a need for a main base of operations with the sector and Rendili can provide some skillful soldiers as it were." She had a smirk now while looking on and motioning. "If that is everything, make sure things are progressing and have your soldiers working to get more soldiers on the planet. I'll have a battle lord dispatched to herd them into their new homes."

Sector Five?

Honestly Camellia wasn't quite sure what the Sith meant by that right now, but if she had to do something later she would. The comment about battle lords and herding her people, once transformed, somewhere made her a bit angry though. Weren't they supposed to be able to still carry out normal operations on Rendili? Well regardless, the new Croa all beamed at the chance to finally go to the command center of the Shipyard station and introduce those on duty there to the wonderful opportunity of being reawakened as a Croa. With this all in mind now, the turned Rendili Commandos all uncomfortably sealed up their armor, it would have to be reshaped to their new bodies, especially the ears, tails, and chest, as Camellia herself tucked her tail into her pants and her ears under her hat as best she could.

The former Arch-Provost would be staying behind not to draw attention. Hopefully working with the Sith to handle planning keeping Rendili's Infrastructure, economics, and society from falling apart. That wasn't Cam's business right now anymore as she called away to the command center to alert them she needed to check on things while negotiations took a short reprieve, flanked by the transformed commandos as she entered the room nervously having passed a few people and hoping they didn't notice her. She had wanted to infect them too, but doing anything on camera before taking out the command center would be bad.

Once in the newly made Croa didn't hold back, throwing aside their helmets and restraint as they leaped upon those at the controls first to keep them from sounding an alarm, biting them once before jumping onto the next person until all eventually slid to the floor as the virus coursed through their body. Then came the tedious task of activating the emergency lockdown, the blast doors in the hanger closing preventing ships from leaving, sections of the ship closed off so their inhabitants wouldn't be able to flee, and communication cut off except for people's short range personal comm units. With that hopefully no one would be getting out as the infected Croa would systematically begin turning everyone on the station.

Still, there was a few calls to make now. Turning on the system comm first, Cam put out a message to the defense station array around the planet, to keep the Firestar Station personnel from reacting. "Everyone please deactivate all communications and initiate local lock downs on your stations. Negotiations with the Sith are going fine, but we believe one may be attempting to infiltrate somewhere. If they are we'll need everyone to keep their personnel from leaving and keep comms off so the Sith cannot access them to send any data they may pull from the network. Security details will be sent around to take care of the personnel soon."

And then one more to the Sith who was the source of the newly made Croa, just as the wails of those in the final stages of shifting into Croa made Camellia purr with satisfaction at all the new sisters joining their ranks. "Maam, the command center has been secured and the station locked down. Comms have been cut off and we'll be directing efforts to turn everyone on the station now. We can also link you up to see the data we do have on hand if you want."

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Oh there were many things to teach her but as Balaya listened to the news she looked at the four who stood in the room with her while Elara returned. "Very good, proceed and continue as needed. We'll look through the data you send for things of interest and tell you when you return." She turned her head looking at them. "Anything to report?" The energy vampire smirked remaining there for a moment or two before she spoke bringing up the remote. "Infection rates of the croa through generations is being recorded, we have enough data to refine the virus and pace the infection. If it converts and infects to quickly then species will learn and adapt to it. Masking it as another virus should work with more manipulation."

There was a nod to that, while she enjoyed the idea of converting en mass within hours or days it would becme something the galaxy would learn about quickly... they needed it to be subtle. "Master, we have secured the hanger and your ship. A Savan is incoming with sithspawn to be kept on Rendili and create another breeding ground for the leviathans." That had her interest now while rubbing her hands together. "We should to build a fort." They all turned to the matukai who stood there in the beanie with a box of candies. "And reason for this?" Her head turned to look up at them as she spoke. "Because it is a fort.... forts are cool." Okay that got a chuckle from Balaya while her final one stood there brooding a little. "and what do you have to report?"

She turned and the fighting claws retracted into her hands with a wet sound. "That their commando's are skilled and we should ensure a unit of them are preserved for now at least. Adopt some of them into the riders to increase their combat capabilities. Maybe use their resources on planet to work towards newer equipment for the different units within Sector Five." There was some silence as Balaya bowed her head to that trusting her assessment while turning back to look. "We shall do just that and more, first though we'll have to see what this Rendili woman can really do, her infection while the beginning may have impaired her abilities to lead a fleet. We must be certain."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Well then first things first, with almost triple the number of Croa as there had been since leaving the conference room, their first target would be the security armories before anyone caught on to what was happening. After reassuring everyone that everything wasn't as bad as the emergency lockdown seemed, it would only be a matter of time before someone on board noticed something was amiss. They needed to move quickly and infect more people into Croa so that they wouldn't be overwhelmed, plus it would be easier so long as they held the element of surprise. So with that in mind, Camellia sent the rest of the infected to the nearest security station on the shipyard and locked down the command center so no one could sneak up on her inside.

And that was how it went, Camellia watched the camera system from the control room, those that were accessible from there, as the Croa entered the room and wasted no time in picking out security officers sitting around nervous in case of deployment. Blasters were fired, but those who were Rendili Commandos were in the forefront and their armor absorbed the shots with ease, allowing the group to close the gap to those defending themselves and infecting them without losing anyone. From there Camellia sent them directions to the next security station, those they bit would join them later once finished transforming. Along the way she watched as they infected all they came across in the halls and corridors, bringing a smile to her face as she thought through the plan.

First they would convert all nearby security armories into Croa to remove the danger of retaliation and resistance, then they would work their way around the outer hangers and docks until the entire outer ring of the shipyards had been infected. Once that was out of the way they would work their way inside the station, creating a wall that would enclose around the shipyards inhabitants until they had turned everyone into Croa.

She was looking into the reports and enjoying the sight of it, there was a great deal she could say but Camellia was proving as needed. Very effective at her job and skilled for it. She would prove the valuable asset that was needed and that only brought a few more ideas to the voices mind. She did need something to augment her fleet they had spent time and effort working on creating the pit and seen nothing come from it. Some breeding grounds and who knew she might find somethign else that was special to use. There were a few things in sector five people didn't think to use. Camellia might find use for them.

On board her shuttle, heading away from the planet, the pale red-haired woman smiled. She had given one woman what she wanted, and subjugated another at the same time. It was not the first time she acted the part of a maternal figure with the hulking Zeltron, though it was not a common occurrence, not yet at least. She'd not let Belaya forget her forced kneeling on Coruscant, and the permission she'd been given to carry out the test on the Rendili forces was like building bricks on a foundation at this point. One woman was effectively hers, the Dark Lord's voice of the fifth sector, and the other had given in to her verbal warfare. It was all well and done, as it meant now that Rendili was hampered by their sudden changes and confused outlook. She would be on her way to Empress Teta in months to come, to attend a 'meeting' of sorts, one that would shape the very way Rendili would see itself being allowed to operate, much like many other groups that now belonged to the inflated empire the One Sith was fast approaching.

While she was blind for the moment, she was most certainly not blind to a future of opportunities, and not simply one of greed and fortune.

She saw power on the horizon, and she sought for it.

Camellia chuckled watching the screens as more and more people became infected. Targeting the security offices had definitely been the best choice, with the armories under their control the remaining workers had no access to weapons and that meant no casualties. Still, with a station as big as Rendili Stardrive's shipyard, and with as many employees as it employed, even with the transformation of infected into Croa only taking a little over an hour it was still going to take a while, probably a few days to catch all the stragglers that found places to hide. Still, Camellia couldn't help but purr happily as she watched the net close in ever deeper on seemingly unsuspecting dock workers and station staff.

There just was one worrisome thing that bothered her, and that was someone in the hall just outside the command center where she was. Someone who wasn't a Croa yet. It looked like one of the executive dock chiefs and he seemed to have managed to evade the infected to get here. Smiling though, Camellia hid behind the side of the door waiting for him to enter. When he did though, the Croa woman realized she didn't have to do a thing. He was already infected, she could feel it, maybe smell it(?), and would turn any second. His rasping breathe, high in octave, and uneasy steps gave him away as well. It was impressive though, for him to fight through the pain and side effects that normally put those not infected like herself with an overdose into an unconscious state.

She stayed silent though, tail swaying giddily as she watched him get a few steps closer to one of the consoles. "H-have to. . . .disable the lockdown. . . let everyone escape. . .break through the communication jamming. . . .and warn everyone. . ." Well Camellia wasn't surprised that was his objective, but he would fall just short and that made her smile wickedly. The dock chief got two steps away from the console before falling to his knees, screaming as his body changed in a sudden burst, shifting and growing, quickly becoming a Croa's before she stood up and jumped about excitedly having finally transformed. Her eyes widened seeing Camellia at last before she smiled. "Oh! Sorry! I almost did a bad thing and robbed everyone of feeling this amazing! Oh. . . .we're going to need new spacesuits for the workers in vacuum operations maam!"

Beaming at the new Croa, Camellia nodded in agreement at that, tails and all needed to be factored into their combat armor and equipment now. Checking the cameras again she noted just how few places left needed to be covered before calling back to the Sith Lady who propagated all of this. "The shipyard's population has been ninety seven percent infected milady. We can begin sending teams to the defense stations in the planetary array now if you want, and then after that we can begin planet fall operations."

Balaya heard the news and she gave a nod of her head while tapping a finger as she spoke. "Very good, continue with your progress and insure everything goes as planned. Each adds to the information for the refinement of the virus." There was a small smirk on her face while she stood up and started to head for the ship in the hanger. There were other ships arriving with the Savan that contained large numbers of soldiers and sithspawn, some vongspawn for forming and creating more breeding pits.
