The Sith woman became ever more disconcerting the more they sat there in silence, and Camellia wasn't comfortable at all she was accompanied by her own escorts. After all, a single Sith was more deadly than the aevrage person, she would have rathered an even playing field if worse came to worse by only having the Rendili Security Force in the room while the Sith's attache waited outside. The Arch-Provost, however, had wanted to give an air of acceptance by not forcing any conditions outside of leaving behind all weaponry. She couldn't fully blame him, if the Sith were as big a threat as some said then what were four regular soldiers backing them up going to matter. Plus the Rendili commandos all wore Phrik combat armor, so it leveled things out by making the normally lethal lightsaber less effective.
Which they very well would be putting to the test with the declaration the Sith just made about slaughtering them if they didn't give in to the Sith. The guards turned to bring their weapons to bear on the Sith woman and her compatriots just for them to leap upon the Security detail and pin them down as the Alien woman shot something at Rendili Stardrive's CEO. Having moved to stand up and usher the Arch-Provost from the room so the guards could handle the situation, which seemed to not be a likely outcome as they wrestled with the Sith's own escort, Camellia stared in surprise as the dart weapon disguised as a pen struck her chest, just above her heart. Stunned, Camellia blinked, the pain nothing much as it struck her, but the realization everything had failed sinking in.
Her mind running through the situation told her it had to be poison, she was done for, maybe the whole station and planet would follow as the Sith took over. The Arch-Provost was backing toward the edge of the room, blocked from escaping, the Sith was still sitting, as was Lady Vantai. As Camellia's hand reached for her comm unit in a daze she wondered if they had been played by the supposed business woman, or if this was just the Sith's work at hand and Silara's desire for negotiation had been sincere. Regardless, Cam felt her body become warm as whatever entered her system began working its way through her, pain starting to fill her senses as she fumbled for the comm unit in her pocket to press an emergency frequency for the fleet. She wouldn't be able to warn everyone, but she at least needed the fleet to join the Republic, to keep the Noblesse in-system out of the Sith's control.
She managed it just in time, clicking the signal that alerted the bridge crews of the Rendili Defense Fleet to turn their ships from their current positions and make exit trajectories to make hyperspace jumps back to Republic territory, before Camellia became dizzy and stumbled a few steps forward as the heat and pain coursed through her. It became so hard to think as she felt her body tremble as waves seemed to pass through her while her breathe became more ragged and short. Trying to stay still waiting for the poison to finish her off, Cam looked to her security forces still struggling with the Sith guards as her vision faded in and out, her left arm holding her right as a spasm ran through it, the heat and pain unbearable but her dulled senses making it seem like a distant problem.
That was, until whatever was in her system struck her spine. The pain broke through the numbing of her dulled senses, making her cry out and gasp as she slipped to the floor, catching herself on her hands, humiliation filling her as she was reduced to all fours as the Sith's substance brought the burning and needle sensations through her body to a peak. Gasping for air, Camellia struggled not wanting to die by something so undignified as a poison, her spine hurt the most right now, feeling as if it were shifting under her skin, growing longer and pressing at the base as if it were going to break free of her body. . . . .and then it did, as a cry, of desperation, shock , pain, pleasure, and even of relief escaped the Rendili woman's lips as she felt something press out of her and tear through the back of her pants, though she did not hear that happen or her own scream as for a brief moment she found herself deaf, not understanding why until her customary hat fell from her head pushed away by the new twitching ears she could feel on top of her head, a part of herself, that had replaced her human ones a moment ago.
Watching the fallen hat also alerted to Camellia that her hands were no longer the same either, the pain creeping into her very fingers as they elongated and her nails became one with the tips of her fingers, became very feline like claws. By this point she began to actively notice her breathe was coming back under her control, and her muddied thoughts were becoming clearer, though they still seemed distant from her as she stood up. As she did though she finally caught sight of what had caused her pain from before, the cat like tail that had formed from the base of her spine, now swaying behind her, a new part of her she could feel and control with a giddy giggle as she flicked it about behind her and watched. At this point as well she realized, by gauging the Sith woman that had caused this to happen to her, she was much taller than before and her clothes tighter on her frame.
Speaking of the Sith woman though, the more Camellia found herself staring at the alien female the more her mind lost the dull sensation that kept her mostly unaware. And the first thought that entered her head as it became free of the clouds within it were that her mistress was rather amazing to make her body the incredible specimen it now was. Deep down the thought sent a shiver of terror through now transformed Rendili woman, the concept of what happened to her now infuriating her and railing against the new feelings and thoughts occupying her. This did not phase what she did next though as she smiled to her creator before turning to the Arch-Provost stunned, silent and motionless, at the back of the room. She knew what she was now, the name came to her as the infection finished taking hold and molding her into the new being she was, Croa.
The first, but not for long.
So with that in mind, the newly transformed Camellia leaped for the one who as considered the leader of her homeworld, tearing at him to clear away the cloth covering his neck as she bit down, her newly shifted and longer canines sinking into his flesh.
And filling his body with the infection as well.
Throwing him against the wall, done with him until he transformed, Camellia turned back around to her Sith creator and the guards still struggling to break free of the Sith escorts pinning them against the floor and walls. The urge to infect them as well filled her. She would turn into Croa girls just like herself. In fact. . . .she would infect her whole world to be like her.
