Her attention didn't break when the newcomer arrived on the scene. "My sister used to say rubbish like that to me, it doesn't sound at all the same from your mouth"
She turned around, her grip not leaving her open, it looked like the padawan could handle that guy in the battle suit for now.
She force pulled this punk Sith toward her, bringing them in close (sorta like this: http://shimbukan.se/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/sko-2009/tsubazeriai.jpg)
pressuring downward and forward, Nefertari shoved off of her opponent,(likely leaving her to raise up a bit past her original position) as she moved backward and diagonally, Nefertari went for a wrist strike.

James ran through the city, his black clothes, wet from the waist down, when he felt the presence of Sith, he quickly extinguished his presence, and it's place, opened himself the darkness within. He fed off the chaos of the invasion and allowed the light to be held captive in his heart. He was not ready to be discovered by friend or foe. His dark signature was unknown to all but one and she was. Under the sea, he was not worried about her.
James ensured his belt still included his lightsaber and his person the rest of his hidden blades, including the training saber. James may have been under the study of the OS at one point but he still dispized the Vong, and each chance he'd gotten, he took them out with knives as he ran, to not leave clues of a FU to any Sith nearby.
The Sith replied neither with words nor expression as she focused on her opponent, her posture firm but relaxed. A moment later a sudden rush jerked her across the space between them and Vrag found herself flush against [member="Nefertari Sovint"]. Their blades only made contact for a moment, and then the knight used her whole body to push the firrerreo off-balance. Using the conveyed momentum, Vrag retreated to a dueling distance with a quick sidestep. Now that they were engaged in single combat, Makashi made for a far superior fighting style, and Vrag smiled to herself as she parried with the weightless blade of the lightsaber.
She circled around her adversary, mindful of keeping the Jedi at bay at all times. With her one-handed grip, Vrag had the advantage of reach over the knight at the moment; still, the lightsaber was a highly versatile weapon, and there was no doubt that her adversary could switch at any time. The Sith made a few slashes to gauge her opponent, then launched forward into a lunge, aiming at the Jedi's chest, trading sword sides as she did so.
[The "proper" term would be cavazione, but Italian doesn't exist in SW universe. It's not a disengagement, but rather a circular motion that brings the blade to the outside of your opponent's guard]

Situation in a nutshell: The Kolto refinery in Ahto City has been the site of a couple of furious battles. A misguided Republic member has attempted to deny the facility to the One Sith with explosives, blowing a hole in the facility floor and unknowingly providing access for Nephthys and a small army of swimming Yuuzhan Vong. Although one sideline duel still rages, the facility is entirely overrun. Selka has been 'captured' by the Yuuzhan Vong and the One Sith. Though Nephthys has replaced her taozin amulet, she is hesitant about using the Force to any high degree lest she be revealed as a Darksider. That said, she's been brutalized twice by Republic sabotage in the same facility in the same city. Last time put her in a coma and forced her to spend months and millions repairing Ahto City. This time Nephthys saved her, and Selka Ventus, member of the Silk Holdings Board of Directors, is unutterably irked. So there's a good chance her anger will make sense, even if a Jedi Master senses her surface thoughts.
If she has one consolation, it's that the evacuation is nearly complete. Silk Holdings employees -- both Selkath and offworlder -- along with kolto refining equipment, computers, and high-grade kolto itself have made it out safely. Of course, safe is a relative term. A few of the evac transports have been commandeered by Ticon and other One Sith agents; others will just happen to run into One Sith interdiction, ostensibly for other purposes, maybe a hundred light-years from here. In fact, her top-tier access to Silk's network informs her that the first distress calls have already started coming in. The Sith, it seems, are everywhere.
It's sad, and she's genuinely angry with quite a few within the ranks of the One Sith. The destruction is pointless, and much of it is focused on the company that's been her home for years. In a way, though, this is good for Silk in the long run. The Board controls other kolto sources, and the fall of Manaan will drive up kolto prices across the galaxy. The occupation of Ahto City will force Silk to do business in One Sith space, ever so begrudgingly, while providing an ironclad justification for said business when it comes to outside eyes.
Explosions from Republic weapons keep ringing through the deck plates. There's enough anger in her to kill pretty much everything in sight -- or would be, if the one 'combat Force power' she knew to any high degree even worked on Vong. Not that she'd blow her cover like that. An AgriCorps washout is not supposed to become a Force Drain specialist. So here she remains, distinguished local businessperson with strong Republic ties, rebuilder of Ahto City the last time around, battered, cut-up, bruised, tragic victim and captive of the Yuuzhan Vong, never having fired a shot.
Furious with everyone, and yet taking solace in the indisputable fact that she's already won.

The darkness grew closer and she could practically feel it. A smaller beacon of light would take it’s stance against a greater, darker reality than it had ever faced before. It was said that your eyes could decieve you and that you shouldn’t trust them and Kana had never been one to discount it. With her eyes and mind on the surrounding area she found herself in a small opening. She knew it was a dangerous position to be in a when standing in a warzone but it was the only way forward. With one step forward it didn't take long until a few others followed in it's wake. She managed to place herself in the middle of the opening yet to her surprise she found herself untouched and unopposed.
Maybe the enemy was occupied elsewhere? No, that didn’t seem very likely at all. The chances that they simply hadn’t arrived yet was greater. Caution seemed as called for as ever and Kana hunched down as if to sneak ahead. Not that it would matter, she was still in the wide open and the force told her that the dark presence was close, really close, yet she could not see it.
The dust and debris from battles untold around the city danced across what appeared to be a small town square or a park. In the distance shrieks and cries for help could be heard and Kana cursed her own stupidity as the feeling of being observed seemed to grow by the minute. Keeping an eye on her footing she eventually lifted her head up to see something in the distance. A hooded figure, a dark presence, her enemy. ( [member="Reverance"] )
She came to an abrupt halt and set her eyes on the threat. The winds turned her hair into a already disheveled mess and her dirt-ridden fingers reached up to tuck it back behind her ears. There was no need for words and she was yet to draw her saber. Who was this person in front of her? She felt unsafe, uncertain and as slowly as ever her hand eventually reached for the hilt on her belt. She kept her hands by her side as she carefully clasped finger for finger around her weapon of choice.
She would not be making the first move. She never did.

Xhexania had spent enough time in her young life wading through the swamp waters that seem to have cruelly infested most of Dagobah. It was not just the predators that lurked and hunted beneath the water's surfaces that made these swamps cruel, but the various smells of rot and decay that seemed to linger about them as if they needed to stand up and be recognized. Once those smells invaded you, they were just as hard to disperse like a pack of mynocks feasting on power sources. She did not miss those days! And yet, here she was crouching through a vent shaft on another planet that was mainly cursed with miles and miles of what else, water! Perhaps these waters were not as foul as the swamps of Dagobah but they were not without its own personal dangers. She had volunteered to take part in the invasion and despite her researching the planet through one of the Sith academy terminals, she was not prepared to offer any words of kindness to the watery world. And the place reeked of fish!
Moving through the vent shaft toward some place called Ahto North, or some strange name like that, Xhexania could barely contain the sensation of the forthcoming battles. It was no secret she hungered for conflict and the opportunity to face a Jedi in a duel of fates. She had faced, and killed, a handful of her Sith rivals at the academy but to face a Jedi and strike them down, to feel their life essence flow from them was something that all young Sith Acolytes strive for. A chance to prove not only to their Master that they were a true Sith but also to show those among the Order that they were deserving of the title Sith. Dark Jedi called on the forces of the Dark Side but to Xhexania, they were nothing more than confused and misguided Jedi. And a Dark Jedi was no Sith!
Peering through the grated vent she saw a couple of Republic soldiers standing about, perhaps guarding something, someone, or one another. She could see no vantage pointe to this but they were the enemy and the enemy deserved only one reward, death. With a hardy thrust from her Force energy, she blasted out the vent and lept down toward the two soldiers, activating her lightsaber during the descent. She landed gracefully between them catching the soldiers completely unawares and with a slash first to her right then to her left, she dispatched her enemies with ease and quickness. She had achieved her first and second kills against the Republic, a memory she would forever remember. With her "firing her first shots in the war," it was time to add to those memories. She wanted to kill Jedi! And destroy that generator!
She crept through the halls that were littered with the dead while the walls echoed the sounds of both battle and cries of death. She had killed another three soldiers and though this brought her a slight feeling of satisfaction, she still had not seen one single Jedi! Did they all die before she arrived? How disheartening would that truth be if she discovered this was the case? But she knew their were Jedi skulking about. They may be cowards, conflict not in their nature, but they were also to ignorant to recognize defeat. They championed themselves hero's and protectors of the weak. And for that they, their beloved Order, and everything they stood for would be cast down at their feet while they watched as their once great Republic burned!

"Sir, your walker is ready."
Sometimes, a commander had to take matters into his own hands.
The battlefield was chaotic. As his Blackblades continued to engage [member="Patricia Susan Garter"]'s forces and work on capturing city blocks, Ludolf heard the rumbles of [member="Dralshy'a"] from afar.
"Make sure our forces give that thing a wide berth," He told a subordinate officer as he hoisted himself into the driver's cockpit of an H-MAT, along with another gunner. He wouldn't bother inquiring as to which belligerent had brought the behemoth. A beast was never on anyone's side.
Engaging the controls of his walker, Overlord Vaas moved towards the Republic defense lines around the hyperbuoyancy generator. He would do his best to keep out of range of small arms fire, due to his H-MAT's long range capabilities. His first order of business was to take out the rest of the defense turrets and emplacements around the generator. Unbeknownst to Ludolf, [member="Darth Kentarch"] had just cut the generator facility's main power line. Perhaps this had also turned off generator's turrets as well. At the very least, the Republic's comms would be down for a few minutes, which might hamper their defenses. In any case, Vaas zeroed in on a turret with his walker's mass driver cannon, and blasted away.
Starfighters swarmed around the Adamant, belonging to the Republic. Their aim on the boarding shuttles that had decloaked and begun cutting away at the hull of the cruiser. Shots impacted the shuttle of the shuttles, buckling them. Injuries ensued for the unfortunate Vong on board, but they were a sturdy race and would get past it. If something wasn't done about it soon, then they might end up dead, alongside the shuttles on board.
The Immortal deployed another squadron of Coralskippers to compensate with the starfighters swarming around the Adamant. A duel between the Vong and Republic pilots ensued, in an effort to establish supremacy on the battle. The Vong were outnumbered, but their task was to distract the Republic pilots and their starfighters away from the shuttles, so that they could do their job.
The hull of the Adamant gave way as the plasma cutters did their work. The ion cannon on the stern of the Annihilator shuttles locked onto the exposed area. As power was diverted by the Adamant to the exposed sections, in an effort to raise an internal shield so the crew and on board security would not be exposed to space; and to stop the invaders from board, the cannon fired. The ion energy impacted the inside of the Adamant, ionizing on board security systems and knocking out the shield itself. Now the breached sections were exposed to space and nothing could be done about it.
The vacuum of space claimed the crew and security in those sections. Presumably, the Adamant activated their blast doors to stop the rest of the ship from venting atmosphere. This suited the invaders. Crewmen and soldiers were flung out into space, those unfortunate enough to escape the breach section before the blast doors lowered. Now the Vong had two access points to the Adamant. Equipped with the zero gravity gear found on every Annihilator-class boarding shuttle, the Vong ventured forth from the shuttle and onto the breached section.
Phase two of the Katarn Maneuver for the Adamant was done. Phase three was now underway.
~
Captain Gates force moved forward to sandwich the Immortal and the rest of the One Sith forces against the Galactic Republic's reinforcements. This was a sound strategy on the Republic's side, but had an unknown cost against them. Now the Metellos Frigate and other Corvettes would join the Redoubt cruiser Adamant in the same predicament that they faced.
Annihilator-class board shuttles, ten left underneath the hull of the Immortal, moved to intercept the ships that moved forward. Under the guide of their cloak, the interception worked and phase one began. Coralskippers from the Immortal was deployed, with a squadron moving to intercept the Starfighters swarming the Adamant until the Vong boarding parties were on board to do what they did best: destroy.
The remaining Coralskippers formed a screen around the Immortal, buzzing around the beast as it finished turning to the Republic reinforcements.
~
The squadron of Coralskippers accompanied by another squadron of Neutralizer II-class bombers intercepted the Cornet and began their bombing runs along the Corvette. Coraskiippers flanked each bomber as proton torpedoes were dropped upon the heavily damaged ship. The Vong pilots focused their fire on enemy armaments, such as point-defense lasers or cannons to what they could see and reacted to enemy starfighters that attempted to defend the Cornet.
The reality was that, for the Cornet and her crew, things looked grim and their destruction was not now a possibility, but was assured.
~
Darth Ayra lifted her hands to the cowl of her robe and lowered it slowly as the Republic reinforcements came into view on the Immortal's screen. This was the danger she had felt in the Force, the one that had made her decide to stop pressing her advantage on the Adamant and turn the Immortal around to face the enemy armada. If she had not, then the Star Dreadnaught's weaknesses would have been exposed to the Republic's much larger and powerful war ships.
The long range bursts that were fired by the Republic impacted shields and the reinforced hull of the Immortal. Head to head, it would take a lot of fire power on the Republic's side to breach the Immortal and even then, their combined strength might fail. No, to defeat the Immortal and to continue pressing the advantage that they now had against the One Sith, they would need to expose the Star Dreadnaught's weaknesses. If they could figure them out.
"Power the Proton Beam Cannon and maintain course with the enemies Battlecruiser." The first ship that Darth Ayra would destroy would be the Remembrance-class Battlecruiser that was up ahead. Power began to divert to the Immortal's main weapon. When it reached full charge, she would fire.
"Gunners are to intercept the enemy long ranged shots with their point-defense lasers and should work in conjunction with our starfighter screen to pick off enemy starfighters and bombers. Maintain shields and patch me through to Lord Zambrano and the rest of the fleet."
When she was patched through, she began to speak. "My strategy has been implemented across the original Manaan force and boarding procedures have begun. Vong now found themselves on board the Adamant, and so shall the others when they begin their boarding procedures on the enemies Corvettes and Frigate."
"A squadron of Coralskippers and bombers have begun bombing runs on the enemies Corvette, which attempted to flee the main battle. I am awaiting confirmation for the Cornet's destruction."
"The Immortal will now be targeting the enemies Battlecruisers. All forces are to turn and intercept the enemies reinforcements before they move into a position to pin us. The boarding parties that have reached the Corvettes, Frigate and Cruiser will be enough to deter and affect their ability to attack us, whilst we deal with the enemy reinforcements."
Darth Ayra's transmissions were done along a secure connection, so the Republic would not intercept them.
~
Summary:
The two Annihilator-class boarding shuttles that began boarding procedures on the Adamant have now successfully delivered their Vong onto the Redoubt cruiser. The sections that were breached have been ionized and the crew and security teams that were found there have been claimed by the vacuum of space, as part of the Katarn Maneuver strategy.
Yuuzhan Vong will now begin to attack the Adamant and it's crew next turn.
The other ten shuttles beneath the Immortal have begun moving towards the rest of Gate's force. Each Corvette and the Metellos Frigate is now being targeted. Each shuttle remained cloaked as they approach.
The Immortal is now facing the Republic reinforcements. It has begun charging it's Proton Beam Cannon. It will take one turn for the cannon to charge.
The Immortal will be targeting the Remembrance Battlecruiser. It has deployed it's remaining Coralskippers as a star fighter screen.
One squadron of Coralskippers and Neutralizer II bombers have reached the Cornet and have begun destroying it. One more squadron of Coralskippers has moved to intercept the Adamant and protect the boarding shuttles there by intercepting the enemy starfighters. That leaves eight more squadrons of Coralskippers that are now performing a starfighter screen around the Immortal.

Xilo was running directly for the jedi the room cast in the area around him lit from the lightsaber he wielded. There were two things that allowed him to know somethign bad was about to happen the first was the beep that he heard though that was cast to the back of his mind. What he did notice was the silver orb rolling torwards him thanks to the light cast by his lightsaber and reacting as quickly as he could he jumped backwards curling in upon himself like a ball. The explosion destroyed the floor it was on and the force from the explosion sent Xilo tumbling through the air like a athlete. Though his landing was nowhere near graceful as he hit the ground the sound of his shoulder popping out of place echoing around the room.
"Now that one actually does sting." Xilo mumbled looking down at his now limp arm. Well that just won't do. But first Xilo reached into his bandolier releasing a few Glow bugs that began to spread across the room and lighting the area. "Come on jedi. Do you think something like this is equal to four years of torture?" Xilo asked as he popped the shoulder back into place but the numbness in his pinky finger and the one next to it remained and the arm was still unusable for the moment. He had been stabbed by weapons by Nick Gamaster so he could more then handle a shoulder being popped out of place and being slammed around. "Come you wanted your saber fight. Come get it. Once and for all? Kiskla's brows rose at the lord's monologue, watching him excitedly pace. This focus might have been well to satiate his desires for triumph, but having her focus on a single individual felt wrong. She knew the havoc he could cause, and the devastation he was responsible for, but there was so much else that needed attention. She'd have to decapitate him quickly, then.
"Just like a Sith." Kiskla shook her head, seconds before his charge. When his powerful strike, which felt like a dropping anvil, connected with her ignited ‘x’ crossed blades, she completed her sentence; "Dealing in absolutes.”
Then he was in motion, moving meticulously with a dangerous intent to slice and dice her like a green onion. Parry after parry was matched, crimson and cerulean angrily barking at each other in fierce competition for blood. Compared to his intimidating armour, Kiskla was severely underdressed. Though she always had an element of preparedness about her, this had been a celebration. She’d only worn the gauntlets from her Veil V1 armour. Teeth grit, The Force bolstered her strength so she could maintain a chance against the monster of a man.
But there was something more sinister, more advantageous about his presence. And what was usually a cake walk for her, was beginning to feel oddly strained.

Khallesh and her team of elite Hunters came to a halt and watched from cover as Vornskr and Kiskla clashed. Jeedai! Finally she had found the one of the warrior-priests who filled the Yuuzhan Vong history. The stoic defenders of the Galaxy who had held firm against the Yuuzhan Vong as they had torn it asunder. Many were named in their books and revered for their fighting skill and bravery. Khallesh' heart raced at the opportunity to engage with one in personal combat. Glorious. She sent out a silent prayer to the god of war for giving her this opportunity.
This one had already been engaged by one of the Sith, and it was not her place to interrupt such a duel. Her keen eyes scanned their surroundings, looking for a worthy target so that she too could fight a battle worth fighting.
Despite the plate armor covering his muscular frame, the Sith Lord moved as if it hardly troubled him in the slightest, all while the Grandmaster was starting to feel oddly strained with each block and parry. This was due in part to the specialized pair of gauntlets the Sith Lord was wearing over each of his hands, made of the indestructable metal beskar and imbued with the power to drain the Force around the wearer for roughly five meters or so. A gift from the eccentric alchemist, Warren [member="Valik"], in return for letting the man analyze some of his alchemized creations many, many moons ago. Now Vornskr was using both of these gifts to their fullest potential in his duel against the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order, and to his endless delight he could visually see the effect it was having on her. While she began to tire, Vornskr's energy was being replenished by the Force he was stealing from around him.
"What is the matter, Grayson? Are you finally realizing the hopelessness of your futile cause?"
Vornskr unleashed a barrage of swipes and cleaves against the Grandmaster's cerulean blades, his strength mounting a formidable assault on her defenses, pushing his advance further. The sound of war, death, destruction, and the death throes of city was background to their opposing wills clashing endless on the battlefield of eternity. At every moment he attempted to smother her with his oppressiveness, the darkness that seeped through every vein, and the fanaticism that empowered him to butcher an entire world for a dark, hungering God. Even now the eldritch whispers of the Dark Lord was gnawing at the edges of their consciousness, and while Vornskr had long ago welcomed the fervent words of the being that he served with such zealousness, it might not be the same for the Grandmaster.
"E̷҉m̷͘͜b͢͟r҉҉à̸͢c̶͝e y͘͞ǫ̵͜u̶͟r̨ ̶ŕa͢g̀͜e.͝"
The intensity of Vornskr's assault increased double-fold, his blade a blur as it endlessly clashed with her twin blades. He attacked with a ferocity that was more of a monster's than an actual man's, and the snarls that leaked continuously from behind the leering visage of his mask were a testament to his animalistic nature.
C͡àr̷e̶ss̢͢ ͘͜y͢҉òu͢r̴ ̡͞f̸́e̢̛a͜r̕.͢
Should Vornskr prevail, then all worlds would burn under the duress of his wrath, and even now he conjured forth images of ruin and devastation towards all that the Jedi stood for. He conjured forth these images in an attempt to thrust them into the Grandmaster's mind to weaken her resolve, and perhaps finally break her down as he had dreamed of. His mind was dead-set on shattering her into innumerable shards, so that she could never be rebuilt.

"You have already lost, Grayson. The light is failing you as the darkness surrounds you. Give into your hatred, and fight with darkness, and not against it. It is the only way you can even hope to defeat me now."
Now they were getting somewhere. Once they had formed up, they would be able to move as a unit rather than engaging enemies alone. Concentrated battery fire was the only way to seriously do things nowadays. If you broke formation and launched yourself at an entire fleet, it wasn't even expected that your friends would even be able to distinguish your body amongst many.

Varus sat, his back against the edge of the control panel he had taken cover behind, listening to Xilo as he continued to spew out insults and slander. It seemed like something the young Sith relied on fairly often, though he had to imagine that it worked much better with men who cared what he had to say. People more easily taunted and manipulated. People like the other Sith taking part in the attack on Manaan who he'd very likely sparred and trained with.
Still, Varus decided to humor the young Sith despite his taunting, knowing that he'd have an upper hand in saber combat. He knew this because, from the looks of it, Xilo had skill with precision weapons, training with gadgets and a storied past with an assortment of ranged weapons that made him closer to an assassin. At the same time, Varus was also sure that Xilo had worked with those sabers he'd brandished before, so he'd be good at sword play, or perhaps it would be more appropriate to refer to it as saber play.
Either way, Varus had the distinct advantage of a focused skill set. He'd trained day in and day out in the art of saber combat. He'd already learned all there was to learn about many of the basic forms like Shii-Cho, Makashi, Soresu and Niman. He'd even been working on Ataru as of late, and when he wasn't getting stronger as a duelist, he was pushing himself in strength and force training. He focused on these things, and only these things, so his strength as well as knowledge of the forms would likely be much more profound in him than in Xilo.
"I wasn't the one who traded my saber for a blaster at the beginning of this fight.", Varus said, pushing against the control panel and standing up straight. He then turned out from behind the control panel and folded his hands over his lap, a saber dangling from either of his hips as he watched Xilo across the room.

The blocky form of an M47 Protectorate Dropship screeched through the cloud cover, and now that Sarge was firmly within atmosphere he popped the canopy open and then broke a hinge with a crushgaunt so that it would get torn off by the high speeds he was moving at. That was, actually, entirely necessary for this plan to work. Setting the dropship to autopilot for the moment, he went back into the rear of the dropship and hefted a drop pack.
It was experimental, and not exactly reliable, but in essence it was an oversized jetpack to cushion his fall. Not much else.
Strapping it on as best he could manage, he went back to the cockpit and took controls again, screeching in towards the City.
The Sith never resisted a chance to throw their large monsters around, and even though it hadn't been confirmed to him that one was here... 60% of the time one was present 100% of the time.
Good enough odds for him. Sure nuff... he saw a massive form scaling the outside of the city and he gave a smirk under his helmet, angling the dropship in towards it from high altitude. He'd be on top of it in a few minutes more.

NPC Portion - For Patricia Susan Garter - Vong Army (resting at end of post at 170, soon to be 270 (including 8 commanders total) which will leave 60 un-engaged warriors and 2 or so commanders left)
The Vong felt the heat of the blasters crash against their crab armor, splintering from the material and sending sparks and fire to the ground beneath them, rendering scorch marks of varying size. The solid 90 left were joined by the harem of 100, their mass growing in exponential fervor towards their endeavors and the attack against the center of the city. Another 100 would soon join the ranks, after washing over the city in their conquest. The commander gave a fleeting yell, in the tongue of his people, as the charging soldiers slowed their pace and spread out to form a moving matrix. It may have even given the impression that they had practiced this before, as each found themselves at enough distance to prevent the collateral explosions of multiples should one be struck by the power of a tank. With arms crossed over their bodies, a performance done in unison, they dropped their heads. A turtle retracting partially into their shell, they became a nearly impenetrable wall as they protected their vulnerable flesh with armored parts. The helmeted visor performing the part of the bevor, the forearms performing the part of the rondel. Such were the tactics of the soldiers now charging. From their distance, the Vong at the front line formed a blockade to their counterparts, soaking up blaster fire in their defensive tactic. From behind, Vong warriors pulled insect carapaces from their suits and launched a volley of Blast Bugs and Razor Bugs towards the brave 300 republic before resuming their run in defensive form. Each warrior was trained in this skill of launching, capable of causing such a disarray as to mimic a pestilence. In their efforts, 20 Vong felt the cruel sting of death from misplaced fire. The back lines fired above the heads of those in their defensive stances, hurling Nang Hul (thud bugs) from shoulder high Chitin Carbines towards the republic forces.
PC - For Kana Truden - Reverance
Crimson eye locked upon his query, an approaching female Jedi who stunk of worry and sadness and regret. His gaze followed her as a predator follows a wounded prey, beginning a slow circle, though ever mindful of the changing scenery around him. With deft fingers, the left handed saber found itself extinguished and back against the back plate hidden beneath armorweave robe. His hand traced across the robe, unclasping the cloth, as he removed the fabric and flung it towards the ground. Beneath, he revealed a body marred in scars and tattoos that favored a black hue with the slightest hint of green sheen. Even beyond his torso armor, forearm armor, and shin armor, composed of a mixture of armorweave and phrik and dallorian alloy, there wasn't a part of his body that didn't show signs of wear and tear and ink in tribal swirls. Except his face, a haggard expression beneath the missing right eye and twist of flesh, partially hidden in a dark shadow from the bridge of the nose.
As he removed the armor, he tossed away the shotgun and holster and the remaining thermal grenades, merely ornaments for his efforts to hang upon the burning tree that was Manaan. Cracking his neck, he spun the rancor tooth lightsaber within right hand, continuing to pace, as his eye trailed to the sky. "You have a rather beautiful planet. It's a shame it will be your funeral pyre." Upon his person now, in terms of weapons, were merely the two sabers and the sith dagger.
His was a cold fission of anger, starting at one and growing in natural entropy through the export of energy. A conduit sharpened, for this moment, into something sharp and something fatal. It would have appeared that he removed the choice items in a show of honor, a testament to his desires for brutal battle. And while that may have been true, the fact of the matter was that they were all things that changed the proportions of his body. He needed to streamline himself, to bring to a point his physique with a sort of crispness that only the removal of unneeded things could bring.
"Your bravery is commendable...but it cant help you now." He spoke as he called the force to him in a blast of speed, closing the distance between he and [member="Kana Truden"] in the blink of the eye. His right handed saber snapped out, still bolstered by speed, as it looked to clip the left shoulder of the Jedi. However, he didn't commit to the attack, as his next action was to rotate the wrist, bringing the saber up and around in a flick, looking to tag the Jedi on her right shoulder. His left hand remained fixed to his torso, jumping out to balance himself as he set the center of his weight in his core. His right leg was the post on which he formed the attack, sitting two feet in front of the left in a lunging fashion.

Nulgaths sense of Danger was blurred and suddenly he felt the heat of a blade cut through his back armor in a upper cut like motion, his skin was untouched but only by some inches. In the distance reinforcements had arrived and another Sith Acolyte named [member="Vrag"] had come to help. Turning to counter attack Nulgath jumped to preform a spinnign heel kick aim to hit the padawans face.

(OOC note: my previous strike against you is properly known as "hiki-kote" japanese doesn't exist in SW either.)
I easily disarmed her slashes, it was clear what my opponent was trying to do.
As this Sith went into her lunge, I sidestepped and went for a full circle spin attack; causing her to pass me, leaving her back open. my strike would make contact there if it did. In addition to my swordplay, I kicked some debris (rocks) into the air and used the force to hurl them at my opponent.
