Okay, so, long and short, I'm stepping down as Faction Leader of the Republic. With work running me ragged and live generally picking up, I don't have the time or energy to dedicate to running the faction anymore. Now, I'm not up and bailing on y'all. I'll stick around until the new FL is elected. So, without further ado, here's what we're doing.

Anyone who has someone they feel is up to the task, nominate them here. Simple as that. The top three with the most nominations (I'll flip a coin for ties) will be voted on in the next thread. This thread will be up for one week and then will be closed. Oh, and you can't nominate yourself and one off nominations don't count. Others have to step up and nominate you and second that nomination.

Make sure who you nominate has the resolve, ability, and dedication to making this faction great!

If you're not a traitor to the republic, your good. After all, the faction leader will be in control of the republic mostly so of course you vote.

Don't get me wrong, Kiskla is great but should the grandmaste-... Wait the order got rid of the council right?

If not then I'd have to say [member="Aaralyn Rekali"] but the same rule applies. I don't want anyone to feel forced into being FL.

Faction Leader is, for the most part, an OOC responsibility given to a specific writer. It includes general forum responsibilities such as taking care of the Faction Boards, Mod duties, Armory Manifesting, filling leadership slots, and interacting with other faction leaders to facilitate events. IC, (and sometimes OOC too,) responsibilities are often delegated to another character or writer, NPC'd, or just simple Handwavium via a PM or faction announcement.

For example: Kiskla Grayson, the character, need not assume the mantle of Supreme Chancellor and Grandest Republic Pumba IC alongside her title of Jedi Grandmaster. Only the writer needs to be able to facilitate the role. If that makes sense.
