In Blackest Day(PM to join)

Kham was onboard a transport to the surface, alonside him his personal bodyguards, the Nine Nazgul, the Black riders. A name from centuries before Kham was born. Next to the four black cloaked figures were a Chiss and his bodyguard and what seemed to be a child in power armor. Kham still wasn't sure why he had agreeded to take the latter on, he wasn't the most responsible person. Not in the slightest. Kham had arranged to meet a contact one of the Nine had made, but he was prepared for a fight none the less. As was his bodyguard. "We are headed for the planet of Maramere, I have a contact there who owns a mining firm and is willing to sell us some stygium, unfortunently he's only willing to sell in bulk. That's where you come in, he has agreed to split the shipment in three or four, enough for each of us. If you need more, you csn always come back for more. Got it?"

Remember more quality posts equals more/higher production item(s). Let's try and get as much interaction as possible.

Desmond paced the confines of the shuttle. He was a high ranking official now. An important Imperial commander or at least that's what he kept telling himself. He still hadn't gotten used to the title, which was why even now he found himself taking public transportation. His affiliation with the secret service also payed homage to this.

Discretion, anonymity, stealth. These were his weapons. Well in part. His true guns were the weapon toting men that followed him everywhere. A couple of mad men he had hired from his former affiliations. One needn't question their loyalty they were friends, so long as the pay was good. And the pay was good indeed.

That was probably why he was here too. The hooded man before him needed money and Des needed stygium. Something that he did not have the proper contacts for. Hopefully that would change today though. Des regarded the man with a speculative eye

"The Imperial coffers are not endless, but I am willing to fund most of our expedition," He said wairy.

Still Desmond missed the old days when rather then broker a deal he would simply steal the things he wanted. He found himself drumming his fingers on his thigh restlessly. Oh yes, he found this business endeavor quiet droll.

(ooc i cant remember what this was. )

Kal was aboard her Headhunter. one of nine the newly forming GIR had procured.
the ships were old but as hardy as all hell they were a work horse but as outdated as they were hardy thankfully she came across this..mission?
the GIR needed friends and Allies plus deals trade was always a focus.
Stygium was a fairly rare mineral still Kal was also in the look out for another Mineral Nutorium a sensor blocking metal.
this was of more interest to her she had an order to make assassin droids and assassins required stealth.
what better than stealth metals and cloaking tech?
" this is Headhunter Kl3217 requesting docking permission. " she broadcast to the lead ship.
hopefully she could piggyback to the expedition site.

Lark

Saint of the Damned
Lark stood next to [member="Desmond C'artyom"], still as a stone statue. He studied the interior of the shuttle with cold, unblinking eyes. Desmond had brought him along for another job, and temporarily hired him as a bodyguard. The Chiss had made quite a rank for himself, an Imperial Commander. That was good for both of them. Lark would need friends in high places soon, very soon.

He had ditched the black blazer and white undershirt that he normally donned, instead he wore attire more similar to that of a traditional bodyguard, a light armor that still allowed for nimble movement and quick responses in times of danger. He intended to fit the role of a protector, at least for now. It wasn't necessary, but he wanted to practice his acting skills. And working alongside Desmond could give him an idea on how his organization worked, and if he ever found himself in conflict with them, he'd know how they think. Or perhaps he could discover whether or not they had any files concerning him, and if they did he could persuade Desmond to make them disappear.

He heard the broadcasted voice of a young girl over the intercom, requesting to board the ship. Someone so young coming along to buy stygium? He chided his own questioning. You did far worse when you were younger than her. He let out a slight smile, looking down with burning orange eyes. He had tried to get a hold on what kind of man was employing them, and so long as he delivered, Lark would continue to go along with the plan.

( ooc: tap tap this thing on?)

Kal sighed watching[member="Kham Nakgul"] 's ship the Headhunters hyper drive rig could only do so much and it's cargo hold was pretty pathetic.
she definitely should have used that old yt13oo she had.

Still what was done was done no point dwelling on it.

OOC: Thought I responded

__________
Kham recieved the mesage but got lst in thought, he was jolted back to the present by the second message. "Roger that, Follow our flight course." He said into his comm.As the U-Wing shuttle descended. An ancient but sturdy model, the U-Wing would suit their needs just fine. "I am aware of the limitations of the Imperial Coffers. But I believe they are deeper than my own. " Kham told [member="Desmond C'artyom"]. "We are landing now. My contact should be able to meet us at our landing pad, and don't make any sudden moves. The man is very paranoid. Got it?" He said it with the comms open so that [member="Kal Jaii"] could hear it as well.
