We agreed no alt padding. So far the most I've spotted from anyone is me, with two on one side and one on the other, and that's the limit of what I'll be doing.

Since apparently a hard limit is necessary, @[member="Alen Na'Varro"], @[member="Ayden Cater"], as Fringe faction owner I'm requesting that nobody on Fringe's side bring more than three accounts total, and no more than two on any one side.

Also, I really love the list of locations and characters. Anyone feel like including a list of 'tactical assets' for the areas they control? It would help with organizing objectives and keeping people informed of opposition they need to keep in mind.
