Alright, this is my standpoint. If we don't hear back from an RPJ/Admin about the issue tonight then I'll drop it. As I don't want to put the invasion on hold over this.

I'll leave that up to the staff, and whilst I don't personally see anything wrong with Enigma reselling her own products I will say this:

Once upon a time a member of my faction attempted to use -- by permission of the manufacturer -- a starship that had tags to another faction. The ruling was that they only had the blueprints of the product and not the product itself because it was made for that faction, not their company. Company's can't own ships over 1,000m as far as I'm aware.

Edit: this goes for individuals as well.

Hmmmm, this all looks very awfully suspicious to me. Almost smells like a foul play over the spirit of the game. Does the Shadow Dynasty just not have any of it's own ships, and relies on nothing but pirated ships? If so, I suppose it could be fair game, but I don't particularly like it without official IC references

I've been informed there is still some issue over some of the ships, and while I haven't really had time to thoroughly look through the discussion, I will say this now;

Any ship or vehicle made on this list is at the disposal of the Shadow Dynasty, some of which has been on IC contract since as far back as the Shadow Empire and the rest pending a renewed, fuller one. My character's company owns all rights to design and production of said ships as per these auctions and thus has free rein to do as it pleases with them. Enigma is the co-owner of said company and a close real-life friend of mine, and can confirm everything I'm saying.

Keep it all in good fun guys, let's not succumb to Invasionrage before it even begins. Let's just get everything smoothed out, confront every issue as legitimate and curb our urge to be defense or offended on both parties.
