sounds like a good plan, a tier 3 dominion with chance of rebellion is a big thing so we could be amped up for an invasion or ready for it. See how it feels to push and look review it afterwards.

Having actually found the time to look over the new rules for invasions, I'd like to alter my opinion slightly.

For already established reasonings above, I'm going to stay adamant about continuing with dominions, but that was never really in question.

Due to actually reading the rules and having an informed opinion, I see no qualms with going forward with a planned invasion of the OS. If not at Togoria, then some other planet within their influence with strategic value.

I love the idea of invading the OS. The last invasion I participated in with the SSC was my favorite invasion to date both writing and reading.

My Sith Knight has captured and is holding an SSC Jedi right now. Let me check if the writer is interested in having this storyline play out to be a skirmish. Could be one of the IC reasons for an invasion too.
