Is this supposed to spark?

"You really should, at least until the babies come. I don't want you putting too much stress on yourself, even if it is driving you insane." As she spoke, he tilted his head to the side, taking a moment to understand her words. "Now, I never said that. I just meant with having me do the lifting when you have some perfectly good droids to do that while we catch up with each other." He grinned, his head straightening to incline towards hers despite her work to keep them form sharing another kiss.

"Now now, behave fox brain and i wont have to shock you again..." Even as she said that though her eyes closed and she remained like that for a few moments, simply enjoying the moment before the droids or someone else interrupted them... like a Certain white Ashlan that pushed its head between theres. "No fair Daeda..."

He grinned and moved his head to kiss her, only to find himself stopped by a furry white head. The lowest of growls rumbled through him as he gave the wolf an annoyed look. "Hello Daeda..." Sure he liked Alexandra's companion, especially since he was often Ace's only ashlan friend when he was with Vulpesen and away from home. Still, times like this, he found himself tempted to make a shiny handkerchief from the wolf's pelt, a though that caused Ace to shuffle in his pocket, his own form of laughter coming from the cloth.

Daeda seemed to try and make it look he had done nothing wrong, a clear sign of a smile on the Ashlan's face though as Alex sighed and sat back a bit and spoke. "Stop acting like and over protective father you white hairball." She smiled and scooped up the Ashlan before it had a chance to get away, scratching it behind the ear as she held him. "Oh stop complaining, i know you like this."

Vulpesen let out a laugh as he watched the Ashlan's protest, but living day in and day out with Ace, he had learned long ago to spot the signs that Alexandra was right about his enjoyment. Seeing the chance caused by the distracting pets and scratches, he grinned and pressed his lips to hers, stealing another kiss while Daeda was unable to stop him.

Alexandra smiled and then looked at Vulpesen as he kissed her again. "You know, hes going to kick your butt if you keep doing that Vulps, after all, Daeda is one scary ball of fur wouldn't you agree." She grinned as the Ashlan growled but was quickly silenced as she began to scratch him behind the ear again.

He poked the ashlan's nose and moved to Alexandra's side. "Absolutely terrifying." He aided Alexandra a bit in petting the wolf before taking another look around his ship and heading towards the ramp to get off. "So, any place we can go while we enjoy our break and the droids finish whatever they need to prepare it for the next stages?"

"Trying to get out of doing anything else mister?" She smiled as she nodded though and looking up at the roof. "We could go back to the roof, though i do suggest you not call me honey again, or you might be flying before your ship does."

"For now, yes. Besides, I wouldn't want my touch when it comes to fixing her up. Something would likely blow up before we even got off the ground." He started to the building to make their way up to its roof. "As for calling you honey, you act like I called you a schutta or some similar term." His tail pulled her towards him, wrapping further around her before laying over her belly.

"Now now, i do hope you would be smart enough not to do that either." She laughed and shrugged as she considered it. Why she didn't like the term she wasn't sure, though she supposed if she would call him foxbrain he would be allowed to give her what ever... well almost what ever nickname he thought of. She did have some reservations on what he would call her so she had to keep that in mind for the fox that walked beside her.

He let out a small laugh. "I assure you, I'm not. Last thing I need to for you to rig my ship with some sort of self destruct while I'm not watching. Thena gain, you could probably do it with me looking on and I won't even notice." He grinned at her and continued their walk up the building. "So, what else have you done while I was gone?"

"Oh you know, the usual. Teaching people healing, running into battles, doing shots with Krest." She laughed to herself as she looked at him and continued to speak after a few more moments of making her way up to the roof with him. "In all seriousness though, not much as i tend to find myself a bit out of shape right now so duels and physical training are a no go... which is kind of annoying how useless i am in that aspect at the moment."

It took him a moment to figure out that she was joking with him, but once that was clear, he sat back and relaxed. "I'm sure it is, but it doesn't look like you have too much longer. Just remember to try and ease back into all the action instead of running in." He could understand her frustration, and to be honest, he was fairly sure that in her shoes, he'd have gone insane long ago. Still, that didn't mean he wanted her rushing into danger as soon as she was physically able.

"You are no fun Vulpesen, and too think that this is coming from the man that thought joining the Sith was a stellar idea." She smiled at him as he made the mention of her heading right back into the thick of battle... she was going to have to hold off on doing that like he suggested, after all her children would need her at first before someone would on the battlefield... she would ease back into it though, not stand idle while people died uselessly. "You know, you are going to be a dad, probably should take some leave from the sith."

"I know, but at least the sith pay me for my services. As for me having to stick around you know that anything the sith my want me for, will always be second to any time you want me to come over. Also, I'll be staying around as often as I can, cut down on my days in space." He grinned at her as they finally reached the roof of the building. "Besides, I hate flying."

"Again, if you had thought about it before it happened, you wouldn't have tried to kill yourself back on Myrkr with the help of that cliff you nitwit." She smiled at him and turned her eyes to look around the rooftop garden. "You know, i wish that it was possible to just exist here, there really is nothing more that i need past you and you could always come visit so no harm there."

He rolled his eyes at the mention of his small incident on Myrkr. "Hey, I managed to save myself." He smiled a bit wider and watched her look over the garden, his tail wagging slowly behind him. "I think that's something we both wish could happen. But again, I promise that I'll come home as often as I can. Unless the sith or the force itself calls me elsewhere, you'll find me close by."

"Good, plus im sure that Ace will spy on you for me just incase and keep you in line, right little guy." She smiled at vulps even as she spoke to his companion, completely joking past one point that she had Daeda relay to Ace and only Ace. 'If he is ever in trouble, or hurt, find or contact me through Daeda immediately Ace...' She still didn't like him being with the Sith, and she sure as hell wasn't going to just let him fight for them without a bit of insurance he wasn't going to die.

Ace gave an affirmative back, crawling up to Vulpesen's shoulder as soon as he heard that he was mentioned. Once he reached his usual perch on his bond-mate, he gave a wolfish grin to Alexandra. As for her second point, he nodded to that as well. Vulpesen was his charge and even if he couldn't rip the neck out of those that would hurt him, he at least knew he had someone on speed-dial who both could and would. "He's saved me before. I ever tell you about the time he had Daella rescue me from the sith sisters?"

"You did, though i must say that must have been entertaining to watch him try and connect with miss Apparine, i suppose you are much better at charades than i gave you credit for Ace." She stopped with her eyes raised to look up at the branches of the tree that stood at the center of the garden, stroking her chin for a few moments before smiling. "You know, this is going to be a projecct of my own when i am done with all this war, a garden of pure white light in the force, a beacon that will be a place of peace for anyone... imagine it."
