* Accessibility: The Imperial Citadel is easy to spot anywhere in Akvase City and surrounding areas. Actual Entrance is VERY limited. The Grand Hall is open to the public, but beyond that is strictly forbidden to those outside of the Jen'ari Imperial Navy, Army and Sith Order and is guarded by various lethal sources.
* Description: The Imperial Citadel is the tallest building in Akvase City, and Jena'tes for that matter standing at 840 meters tall and covering hundreds of acres of land. It is 100% identical on the exterior to the Old Republic's Reconstituted Sith Empire on Dromund Kaas. It was a pure monument of power to The Jen'ari Empire's power.
It housed numerous Sith offices, combat dojos, a massive Sith archives library, the Emperor's black library, The Dark Council Chambers, The Emperor's Throne room, the Emperor's audience chambers, meditation chambers, tactical war planning rooms, galactic map rooms, a classified chamber only known as S4,
POINTS OF INTEREST
\\ Grand Entrance Hall //
The Grand Entrance hall was massive in size. A massive A shaped entrance with red glowing lights around it on the outside with a 50 foot statute of a a shrouded Sith in front of it. The inside was a decorated with tons of sculptures and art. Down the center was a very wide red carpet leading up to a 100 foot Darth Vyrassu statute. Along the red carpet was lined with 60 foot Sith statues of former and current Dark Lords of the Jen'ari Empire each including a plaque with their name and position in the Empire. Among these statutes were [member="Darth Rowe"] and [member="Darth Animus"]. Behind the statutes were various archways and doors that led to various parts of the Citadel, each archway and door being guarded by the Elite Nyeklas Squad. A highly and lethally trained Imperial Military unit that has proven to be the most lethal force of the Imperial Military. The room was built with a very dark fashion, right down to the almost black floors and walls with red lights all around the hall giving it an eerie red glow.
\\ Jen'ari Sith Archives Library //
The Sith Archives was a sight to behold. 3 floors filled to the brim with Holobookshelves. The room was very wide, but even longer than wide. The entire library was black as the night with only red lights glowing to light up the massive library. Down the center of the library was numerous tables with research computer terminals, the path lined with dotted lights just like the edges of each floor. The bookshelves had thousands upon thousands of books regarding everything one would wish to learn about The Jen'ari Empire, every single planet and system in the known galaxy, all eras of the galaxy up to date, hundreds of past Sith, every known species, ancient Sith knowledge, current Sith knowledge, vague details about each major faction among the galaxy, as well as various other topics. Most acolytes and apprentices of the Jen'ari Empire spent a good amount of time within this library. The Sith Archives is guarded by various Sith, Sith scholars, and the ever lethal Sith Marauders.
\\ Sith Offices //
The Sith offices were the location of the many personal offices of the most important members of the Empire such as, the empire ministers, personal Dark Council member offices, and various Lord and Darth's offices. Each was decorated to each lords liking but kept the formal professionalism required as an authority figures office indicating a formal demand for respect.
\\ Tactical Planning Room //
The Tactical planning rooms were used in the time of war, the Dark Council would meet here with the Grand Moff, Grand Admiral as well as the ministers to discuss preparations, and planning for war. The room was massive, with a massive holoprojector in The center of the room which would project whatever needed during discussions, during idle use the projector shows the Jen'ari Empire Insignia.
\\ Galactic Map Rooms //
The Galactic Map rooms were all the same, there was nearly 50 of these rooms. They were very large inside and had about 10 map tables per room. In these rooms is where the Imperial military soldiers and pilots would gather to be briefed on missions. The map tables would show in hologram form whatever needed to discuss strategy and mission details.
\\ Combat Dojos //
Since infighting was against Imperial Law, specialized fights could be set up between two participants who wanted to fight. The Dark Council would set it up and would happen in the combat dojos, the rooms were made of phrik wrapped around tarenktate hide to prevent damage outside of the room. As well acolytes and apprentices came to brush up on their combat skills frequently here.
\\ The Black Library //
The Black Libraries exact location in the citadel was unknown except to the Dark Council and the Emperor. It was rumoured to house the Empire's deepest darkest secrets as well as ancient Sith secrets and magic. Only the Emperor and whomever he allowed was given right to enter. The library is guarded by the Emperor's elite shadow guards. No truth on what exactly is inside the library as the Emperor has never openly discussed the black library nor it's contents, not even to his closest advisors.
\\ The Emperor's Throne Room //
The Emperor's Throne room is a massive massive round room near the top of the citadel. The center of the room has a long deep round black pit. On top of the pit near the back of the pit is a platform with the Emperor's chair. In front of the platform is a wide catwalk leading to the throne entrance. The walkway has a red carpet, and the walk is lined with red lights, Jen'ari Empire banners and Imperial Shadow Guards. Around the room is a ledge circling the room. This ledge led to the Emperor's private quarters, the Emperor's private Throne Room, as well as a door that goes to an unknown location. The entire throne room has a sentient AI computer system known as Legion that would offer the Emperor any information he required. Access to this room is off limits to everyone outside the high officials and the Dark Council. Permission to enter can be gained from the Dark Council and the Imperial Hands.
\\ The Emperor's Private Throne Room //
The Emperor's private throne room was very similar to his normal throne room with some differences. The catwalk is thinner with spike spheres on each side, with 8 electro turbines, 4 on each side of the catwalk, each pair of turbines have lightning going up and down between them. The turbines power the private throne room. The Emperor's private chair was hooked to the computer system legion. From this chair the Emperor could view and control every aspect of the Empire. The chair as well heals the Emperor when he sits in it using Sith alchemy. No one is permitted in this room besides the Imperial Hands and even them hardly go inside.
\\ The Dark Council Chambers //
The Dark Council chambers is where the 12 members of the Dark Council would meet to discuss matters regarding the empire. The Dark Council chambers were massive and designed to be identical to the old republic Sith Empire's Dark Council chambers. 12 chairs, a statute of each member, blueish purple flooding light over the chamber with The Jen'ari Empire banners around the chamber. Non Dark Council members were forbidden to enter without permission. As well if one wanted to challenge a Dark Council member for their sphere, a fair combat duel would take place for the Sphere in front of the Dark Council in the middle of the chamber.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Ever since Darth Vyrassu rebirthed the Reconstituted Sith Empire he wanted to return it to it's former glory from the Great Galactic War. When the Jen'ari Empire took over Jena'tes Vyrassu had Akvase City built as close as he could get to the Original Kaas City. The Citadel was part of that design at least on the exterior. The outside was 100% a carbon identical replica of the Kaas City Imperial Citadel on the outside. The inside was designed to be more beneficial to the Empire's needs including numerous Sith offices, combat dojos, a massive Sith archives library, the Emperor's black library, The Dark Council Chambers, The Emperor's Throne room, the Emperor's audience chambers, meditation chambers, tactical war planning rooms, galactic map rooms, a classified chamber only known as S4. The Citadel was highly secured by numerous forces to keep it on lock down.
The Citadel was the tallest building on Jena'tes standing at 840 meters (2624.6719 feet). It took up hundreds of acres of land making it the biggest and tallest building anywhere in the Jen'ari Empire territories. The front of it up high was imprinted with a glowing red Jen'ari Empire insignia with red lines exactly like the original design. The Citadel proved to be a prominent display of The Jen'ari Empire's power.
