Looking In All The Wrong Places (Hanna/Kamon)

“Yes, of course I’ll be your bridesmaid. If you need any other wedding help I would be more than happy.”

Kalia was going to ignore the Empress bit for now as she wasn’t even sure what to say about it. Really she had nothing nice to say so she decided to keep her comments to herself. Her going to the wedding was just going to cause trouble though not by Kalia she knew how to behave herself but she would have to be on her guard. The Empress at her brother’s wedding.. ugg just another headache. The children were so not going as a safety percausions of course.

She rarely if ever kept things from John. He didn’t know the going ons of the council but that was understandable just like she wouldn’t know military secrets. Everything else was fair game. She enjoyed their pillow talk.

“When is this wedding exactly again?”

Hanna smiled, as she moved and embraced both of them. " Yay! you said yes! and I would love some help... its sort of at the end of the week.. but our location sort of got invaded so I don't know where to have it... I was thinking maybe Kamon had someplace... in mind " She said sort of realizing it, All of her plans had been ruined by the omni situation... and she was almost back to square one.. at least she had the dress still. She had been hiding with the jedi in the chaos. " and Kamon tell me whatever is bothering whenever... I will try to tell you things more too" She said squeezing them both. She loved the both of them. "So heres the thing.. all of my plans were on courscaunt and well its not really an option now... so we need an emergency plan.. it will probalby just be the family at this point... or we can delay it but I don't want to, I want to be your wife already..."

 

[Kamon's OOC]

Kamon rubbed at his eyes briefly with a hand. So much going on. He honestly felt like he was going to go crazy. At least these two understood that he was going through some mental issues and weren't trying to kill him for it. Guys had mental problems too. Kamon was normally good at dealing with these things, but for some reason he couldn't do a damn thing.

"Here. Let's have it here. Same day, but here. I'll send word to Spencer and we can get the others here too. I'm tired of waiting. We've put it off long enough."

He looked at Kalia and then at Hanna.

"If that's alright."

"That would be fine it's your guys wedding after all. Whatever you need I'll be there." She was getting used to this being a bridesmaid thing. She was pretty good at it too and since the kids were not coming it would give her something to do there. She didn't want to end up causing trouble. She didn't know if John would be able to come or not but she really hoped he could so that he could meet her brother and frankly she just missed him and wanted to see him again.

" you guys are the best, Well we will be busy.. I am so glad you will help, I am glad you will be my sister Kalia, " she loved the two of them, she had plans though.. and to make sure her dress was delivered. " since your possibly the only bridesmaid, you can pick out the dress kalia, just make sure it goes well with the rest of the wedding!" She said so glad that she had help. It was still a lot of stress, she looked to her stomach, and sighed... " and I will need some help, with some alterations.. I have a feeling my dress won't quite fit..."

 

[Kamon's OOC]

"I think you two should get to work from the sounds of it."

Yes, he knew they were going to have a very busy couple of days, but that was the way things went. Hanna needed a dress. Kalia needed a bridesmaid dress. Kamon needed to get himself something a bit more proper to wear. Some nice Echani clothes, probably. Maybe a mixture of something with his Corellian clothing. That way he'd represent both of his peoples.

"I'll get to work on where to have the ceremony, and my own clothing. And send word to everyone else."

"Well, ok I'll pick out my own dress but I would like it to match with the color scheme of the wedding just a little bit. I can't really sow but I have stitched people up before so it really can't be that hard of a thing to do." She too was glad to have a sister as she had always wanted to have one. It was just her and the boys most of the time so she had nobody to go shopping with or talk about girly things with. You can't exactly tell your brother about that cute boy in the corner without him threatening him. Kalia hoped that Kamon didn't try that little trick on John as it would never work and it was far too late for that type of thing.

"It's been years since I have actually planned a wedding but it can't really be that hard. I'm not opposed to hard work ever. I maybe could get the kids to make party favors or something." She would do the catering but there was no time for that.
