I think the main difference between Rebels and Terrorists are that Rebels try to get by with no civilian casualties and frown upon them, when Terrorists either aim to do just that or don't care.

Hmm...Not really, although TRA has gotten the label often. We do have a set of rules and friendlies/non-friendlies so members don't attack just anyone for any reason at all.Tegaea Alcori said:
