Aly glanced over the desert menu while Iturizu was chatting. Looking at the various listening, Aly found one picture of the Chocó Lava Cake alamode.
“I’ll have this”, Aly pointed to the picture of the Chocó Lava Cake alamode in the menu.

“As for the Atrisian Empire”, Aly picked back up on the conversation. “I would not compare it to the current group that calls themselves the Galactic Empire. For many years the Atrisian Empire was isolated from the rest of the galaxy. They quarantined themselves away from the galaxy because of the Gulag Virus. During this time some dynamic things happened within the Atrisian Empire. The deep roots of the rich culture of Atrisia took hold and reshaped the very mindset of those who served not just in the leadership. Honor and tradition took over above personal ambitions. Those who did serve, they did so with the understanding their honor was not their own. It was theirs to hold and belong to future generations. They did this by trying to make a positive difference in the galaxy. Emperor Akio sided with the Republic and the understanding of compassion.”

“The current Galactic Empire in my eyes”, she moved on explaining her opinion. “They just to seem to wish to grab for power and their own personal ambitions, I see no honor in their actions.”

“About my method for opening that door”, Aly giggled. “I went for the quickest most efficient method available. I did not have any proper slicing gear nor did I have any proper tools. If I had a better option, I most likely would have taken it.”

"Now I understand the difference between today's GE and the Atrisian Empire. As for today's GE being honorless, Myrkr, Hapes, Charros are prime examples of their atrocities"

Interesting. I was but a teenage athlete back in the Atrisian Empire's heyday, and Dathomirian teenagers didn't seem to be overly interested in the galactic affairs, except when they came knocking at our doorstep. The old Mando regime mostly left us to our own devices, she thought, while realizing that, to her as a Howling Crag, if the Mandos weren't involved somehow, factions were just names on a newspaper map, and the Atrisian Empire meant next to nothing to her back then. As for the current incarnation of the GE being honorless, she could point at three different atrocities: Myrkr, Hapes and Charros, with the latter two being much more publicized on Dathomir than Myrkr was. The dessert cubes that both Varindar and [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] ordered came back faster than the Choco Lava Cake à la mode [member="Alyisa Mithel"] ordered. She did eat something called a pie à la mode when she first ate at this restaurant, that is, when it actually began to operate as a true five-star restaurant, so she had an idea what the à la mode suffix meant in the context of pastries: one added a scoop of ice cream at the top. Homemade ice cream was the order of the day, too, especially with fresh pastries made to order. The waiter returns with two plates of dessert cubes within the same cloche.

"Your dessert cubes. As for the Choco Lava Cake à la mode, it should arrive within 5-10 minutes" the waiter informed them.

Yuvie did not really know much about the past issue in the core worlds, but from what [member="Alyisa Mithel"] said the Atrisian Galactic Empire was very different to the past empires, how did it fall? There were so many things he needed to learn about the galaxy that was not smothered with propaganda and lies, or just generally not well known, the Atrisian empire was not really talked about back on Kamino, though her assumption on the current Empire was not totally wrong. "You do have some validity to that, though I would like to point out there are many among the current empire that wish to bring stability to the Galaxy, unfortunately those people are vastly overshadowed". Esipally a certain Twi'lek that was constantly having to deal with troublesome people on Tatooine, a planet that could not be tamed, but yet they tried.

As for the atrocities carried out by the empire, [member="Varindar Asyt"] was only just scratching the surface, "do not forget the executions on Rishi, the raid on Kessal, and the attack on Degoba". It was half a joke but also an actual statement, even for a empire dwarfed by most other governments the amount of death the brought was much to vast, if the GE was like this, he dreaded to think what the Sith Empire was like. "But let us forget about those sort of issue, desert has arrive and I must say it looks quite tasty", the desert cubes looking like some sort of candy, a wide arrange of visible flavors among them all. "I think I could get used to eating here".

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Varindar Asyt"]

Aly did not know if she could forget about those sorts of issues. Aly would not be surprised if there was some Imperials in the new Galactic Empire that just wished to bring stability to the galaxy. Food for thought, were they really bringing stability back to the galaxy by bombing a government that is peaceful and does not interfere with other galactic governments?

Upon seeing the Chocó Lava Cake alamode Aly’s eyes widened in delight. Picking up the fork had epiphany. The striking differences between the GE and the Atrisian Empire. It was a final understanding of something Emperor Akio once told her. Aly could not help but feel some warmth from the wisdom of her old friend.

“I did hear a new Emperor has been crowned on Atrisia. He has openly supported the Galactic Alliance. Maybe it would be nice just to stop by. Just to see if the people are doing well.”

Casually sticking the fork into the cake Aly watched the chocolate ooze out. All the while thinking how Atrisia was a beautiful place to visit.

"All I know about the political situation on Atrisia is that installing the emperor in question was the result of a bloody engagement"

It made headlines galaxy-wide when it occurred. True, Varindar no longer wished to talk about the GE's atrocities, and neither did [member="Alyisa Mithel"] or even [member="Iturizu Yuvie"]. When all the desserts arrived, they understandably all began to dig into their respective meals, and maybe the Choco Lava Cake would be in use for the next meal. That was going to be one expensive bill, she thought, while three people eating at the same table for ca. 80 credits apiece, and that was 240 credits to bill the Order for. But Iturizu had to realize that, for most people, eating at five-star restaurants was for the special occasions, and maybe they could go for a swim. That's, of course, if the other two wanted to go for swims, too. She often seemed to be going for swims when on such social outings, but would they be amenable to such swims? She wouldn't want to take them on to swim if they didn't want to. Just that the meal is almost over, feeling that a new reservation was going to be using this table as soon as they paid the restaurant bill. Now that the meal was over...

"Included with your meal here is free access to the hotel's pool for the day of the meal. I could go for a swim if you want to but I'm not forcing you to. If you intend to eat here on a regular basis, you may as well ask for your loyalty cards along with the bill. Speaking of the bill... the bill, please"

"Hmm I may be looking into that soon, with tension rising between the First Order and other internal issue I would not be surprised if the Galactic Alliance has a mountain of for stacked up for me upon returning". After all how often did a skilled Sith like himself wind up willingly helping such a usually Jedi only government. With talk of politics out of the way it was time to dig into the deserts, Yuvie going for the strawberry flavored ones first, such possibly being a little ironic when thinking about it more about it. taking a bit it's jelly like texture flowed all through his mouth, the strawberry flavor being sweet and rich, more so then anything he had tasted before.

Taking another bite he turned attention back to [member="Varindar Asyt"] as she continued to elaborate on the hotels facilities, the pool being something that had been quite big with the pool along with the current owner being a professional swimmer. In the invitation to said pool was a nice thought, even if he did not get to do so often. "I do not see why not, a nice relaxing day in the pool that has become well known enough to be in a book, in addition I heard this place has some nice spar baths in the suites right? seems like a good way to end off the day".

[member="Alyisa Mithel"]

[member="Varindar Asyt"] [member="Iturizu Yuvie"]

Aly already had a couple of bites of the cake. She was defiantly not disappointed.

“I personally have not had any interaction with the First Order. So I could not comment on any of their politics. Yes we could go for a swim.”

"Since you mentioned the hotel's pool being in a book: the book in question is a book about moneylaundering. The hotel's previous owners used the pool to hold swim races and gambled dirty money on swimming races much like one would wager on podraces or other races of that nature. So I wrote several chapters of that book, and all the various methods used by the Ta'jar Blood Gang to launder money in that pool"

It's not the first time Varindar heard about the moneylaundering book from others that read it. She would probably have to guess [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] has read it at some point, in which case he would probably have known about how this hotel before visiting it in the first place. But even [member="Alyisa Mithel"] knew about how the hotel was used for moneylaundering in the past since she told both of them before they were eating anything in the first place. With their restaurant loyalty cards in hand, they could now go for the swim, yet, knowing how exhibitionistic pool guests could get, she decided not to wear what she called the speedy suit, instead settling for the training bikini that she used while racing for the hotel team back in the old days. Poodoo: when you operate a pool packed with guests, it's very easy for some of the guests to be looked at, and for other guests to come mostly to look at the pretty bodies of the day, but unlike Baroonda, here Alyisa and me will probably both get some attention, she thought, while she was waiting for the other two before the swim proper would begin.

The first order... they where strange, they where not per say bad, but their fanatic force order lead to many 'accidents' as they say, but the closest he had come to the First Order was basic scouting mission around Lothal. "Yes I have read the book, though would not making a book on money laundering methods potentially help criminal gang? Then again it could also help law enforcement too seeing as they would have an idea on what to look for, a double edged blade". Never the less it was an interesting read, the front cover being a little humors with the washing machine and all.

Finishing off the desert cubes the trio departed for the change rooms outside the pool, Yuvie never being one to have swam much in the past just bringing basic swimming shorts, nothing fancy or over the top. His frame being a little thinner then other guys, but when you where a spy/agent strength was more a back up thing, besides the force worked well as a substitute. The only problem was what [member="Alyisa Mithel"] and [member="Varindar Asyt"] would be wearing, Yuvie having a history with the opposite sex and being easily flustered, Varindar's bikini doing just that, causing the Mirialans cheeks to turn a darker shade of green then usual.

Shortly after desert they had made their way out to the pool. In the process of finding out what to wear Aly came to the conclusion she did not wished to use a rented swimsuit. She had the credits and did not mind just buying a suit. Most pools had shops for various swim gear and it was no big deal.
Going through into the changing room she changed into the black two piece bikini, took a quick shower to comply to pool rules….then she made her way out of the woman’s locker room.

“Are you ok Iturizu”, Aly had no idea he was blushing. From her species point of view when someone turns green they’re sick. Well he turned greener anyways and she did not know better.

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Varindar Asyt"]

"Funny you mention the book being a double-edged blade. Sting operations can be just as double-edged"

Sure, some of the pool's regulars knew that Varindar was to return at some point, but, since [member="Alyisa Mithel"] was new, she was the one getting most of attention, however short-lived it might be. Here it was impractical to race for any length, even a single lap, because most guests weren't there to swim laps. And yet [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] turning a darker shade of green? She may have seen it once or twice in Mirialans, but going from one, then two ladies that looked great in bikinis, and then to dozens of ladies in swimsuits, a cause of that? Here on Trandosha, I'm an old-timer, known for my prowess as a swimmer, but except on those planets where I ran sting operations with me as an athlete, I'm still better-known as a moneylaundering expert, she thought, before actually getting her body into the pool proper, and swimming in a pool where guests are everywhere at once was not that simple: she had to make tons of detours, which made her swimming a lot slower than she normally would in the early morning swims, where there was a designated lane for lap swimming because of the lower number of guests. Which, when the pool was actually used for swimming meets, was a gutter lane.

Things did not get much different, in fact he dare say things just got twice as awkward once [member="Alyisa Mithel"] came out of the changing rooms, dressing in a bikini far more revealing then the one [member="Varindar Asyt"] had on. The black colour contrasting with the woman's fair skin and seeming to be tight around certain areas, his face staying the flustered green that it was as the two women walked around. Alyisa actually approaching him, Yuvie fighting to keep his eye from looking at the woman's body to much.

"Ah no no, I am fine, just not use to type of situation it all", he tried to play off, but his voice was stuttery, that of someone who was embarrassed. He tried to look away from the blonde, girl and to the pool water, only to catch wind of Varindar's swimming style, her body gliding through the water with ease even with the place fully of other patrons. 'I wish my master prepared me for this during inquisitor training, if I was human my face would be red as a Sith light saber'.

Wasting no time Aly had sat down on the edge of the pool and sticks her feet into the pool. “The sting operation is a clear reason for a chain of command. Had a man that respected the situation and his orders many would have not needed to die. Sorry if I sound really opinionated upon that. Innocent slave lives did not have to die. It just saddens me is all?”

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Varindar Asyt"]

And yet Varindar feels uneasy when she returns back to [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] and [member="Alyisa Mithel"]. She could feel the Mirialan was more than just a little embarrassed, especially with the cold hard truth about that sting operation coming out of the blonde girl. And also, to a lesser extent, an equally cold, hard truth about her involvement in swimming, a live demonstration of just what sort of skill she possessed as far as aquatics are concerned. The Jakku sting operation was wrecked by one Jedi's insubordination, and the casualties they caused. Then again Iturizu may have had no opportunity to swim whatsoever, or at the very best, very limited opportunities, she thought. By now both people must have realized what sort of swimmer, or swimming champion even, Varindar is. Perhaps the Mirialan suffered an unhealthy level of embarrassment. Then again, perhaps he never went to train in Scarif's or Kamino's waters: these were perhaps the only two places in GE space that she knew where one could readily train in swimming at the sort of position he held within the GE.

"Did you even go to Scarif or Kamino? If so, what did you do there?"

Yuvie tried to calm herself down approaching the water, slowly dipping his body into the crystal clear liquid as [member="Alyisa Mithel"] kept talking about the sting operation. In all honesty he had not really been filled in on the plan, going for separate reasons and just so happening to meet up with the Silver Jedi, but she did have a point, and it was a little confusing why the Jedi allowed such a gun-ho person to partake in a hostage situation. Yes send them onto the battle field or something similar, but a delicate situation did not seem like their specialty, unless the person came on their own free will like himself.

It was not something Yuive wanted to talk about, and was kind of glad when [member="Varindar Asyt"] change discussion, probably catching wind of his awkward behavior around the water, and possible women in the process. "I have been to Kamino many times but the water there is not suitable for swimming, and often my time there is spent training, not really for R&R, as for Scarif, no I have never been there, I hear the beaches are quite nice, but if you where wondering I have not really swam much unless it was for military purposes". Let alone be in close proximity to scantly dressed girls.

Aly’s feet weaved through the water. She still had not jumped in. Instead she was just enjoying the little bit of interaction for the moment. “Spria is one of the better places to go swimming. You have the beaches and there are lakes and streams. There are pools you can just kick back in. The weather is normally blissfully warm. Then in the evening you can go out for a drink and a dance. There is plenty of opportunities to find trouble there.”

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Varindar Asyt"]

"If Kamino's waters are not suitable for you swimming, it's likely that planet is not suitable for me either"

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] was probably thinking that Kamino's waters were turbulent. The sort of turbulence that not even her own amount of skill as a swimmer could overcome. But Spira? That was right next door to Coruscant and hence in Alliance space; was [member="Alyisa Mithel"] thinking that Spira was the main Alliance's hotspot for swimming? She could also talk about beach locations that were in other factions' territories, but Bandomeer was to be avoided for the time being: the water was much more polluted than was the case on Spira, much less Scarif or Dulvoyinn. But the revelation she is about to make on how she came to know so much about the various beaches and swimming venues of the galaxy is probably going to be more troubling to her than to the others. What happened with the Howling Crag girl that used her status as a champion to act as a money mule for the Dathomirian underworld? she thought, while memories of training with her, and even being in the same heats of a meet, sometimes beating her, especially when it comes to frees and backs, and sometimes being beaten by her, in breast and fly.

"Spira is so very crowded: with that level of crowding, one would very easily expect a poodoo-load of onlookers looking at you, or me. I know it because one of my former Howling Crag teammates when I was still a junior athlete was, thanks to her talent, used as a money mule that went to off-world meets with suitcases loaded with nova crystals and other precious materials, laundering money for the Dathomirian underworld. That money mule had a different personality. That said, if you want a less crowded beach, Dulvoyinn, Baroonda are probably better fits: Ceraluen is more crowded than Baroonda, but less than Spira"

"Kamino is quite turbulent, almost 100 percent ocean with little land, always raining or storming, if you do think you can handle it I may be able to sneak you past the GE defenses, but i am not sure it is a place you want to do right now". As for Scariff, if information was still current the planet was mainly used as a military outpost and had it's defenses beefed up since the failed rebellion a few years back, clear open ocean waters, but always the present threat of a sniper keeping watch.

"Spira is indeed quite the tourist spot, as much of the core worlds planets are, more so for one that is a paradise as many have stated, okay for just relaxing and casual fun, but not always a good long term stay". Or if you where looking for a quite get away, in that case you where out of luck, unless you where rich enough to reserve an entire area of the beach for yourself. "I honestly would prefer your orders new home world, tropical with many open beaches with no one around if you wanted to hold a private swimming day, race or anything similar". If the entire planet was not really blocked off to business he could definitely see the Jedi or some other company building a water tropical theme park of some sort. Though the native inhabitants may not been fully cooperative with such. "But [member="Varindar Asyt"] does raise another point about Spira, if either of you went looking like you currently are many people would give you very observant stares", the same ones he was trying to avoid at the moment

[member="Alyisa Mithel"]

Aly was spacing out a little think of the last time she had gone to Spira. It had been a long time since she had taken a vacation. Then she started to smirk thinking of all the trouble she had gotten on Spira over the years!

Sneaking past GE’s defenses? That had got Aly’s attention. She had missed part of the conversation as well. “I personally would use stealth technology like the one the Tengue uses. Fit it to several submersible I.S.Ds with a nav computer slave drive. “

“Slip on in Kamino’s system. Take the Star Destroyers under the water on the far side of the planet. Creep in slowly then take out GE’s cloning faculties. While they try to figure what is going on slip out of the sea and make a beeline to clear the atmosphere. There might be some fighting on the way out but when you hit space far enough away from the gravity well you can slip into hyperspace. Ok there would have to be some technical aspects of that plan that would have to be worked out. It was a quick thought.”

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Varindar Asyt"]

"Come to think of it, that swimmer in question retired because the Mandos arrested the gangsters using her as a money mule and hence cut her athletic support, and I believe she is undergoing some retraining to regain some functionality in society, similar to what clone soldiers typically undergo when the faction they originally served goes belly-up"

The gangsters were charged with moneylaundering, extortion, blackmailing and other charges related to the activities that athlete was laundering the proceeds of. What happened afterward is another matter altogether. Probably one of those saddening cases where they realize they have a mountain of work to do to get their lives back on track if their life up to that point was geared towards one activity that is discontinued. [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] would probably find that sort of items a little saddening. She heard tales from more primitive societies (the vast majority being pre-space societies) where people were trained in athletics from a young age and, typically, a pyramidal structure, where the longer they are allowed to stay in it, the higher their athletic level, is in place, and the longer they stay in the system without making it to the professional level, the less prepared they are for life after sport. But the same logic can be applied to clone soldiers serving one faction's armies and that faction goes under; even conscripts don't have as much trouble adapting to civilian life. With that said, she had a question for [member="Alyisa Mithel"] regarding the AE's forces:

"Did the AE use clone armies or not?"
