The details of the contract were received and properly signed by the captain of the Argo. With a smile on his face, he turned on the comm channels again.

"Captain Dundo, this Roche Light Corvette is yours to command. What do you need of us done ?" Agenor muted the transmission to turn to his crew.

"Kan, arm us up. Crew, prepare for battle. Stay sharp and stay calm. The Argo has been made for this."

"Yes, Sir!" The crew's response echoed through the command deck.

"Intern, move us into escort duty to the cruiser. Hay, activate the Angel Eyes temporarily. I don't want no stealth ships to end up outflanking the whole fleet."

"Yes, Cap'n."

"Perfect."

Summary of Actions
The crew awaits orders from GA Command on actions while the Argo moves into escort duty to the ANS Brawl meanwhile.
The Argo has also armed its load out in preparation for the upcoming fight.

"Force user." Jorg told Canal over a private channel, his eyes flickering towards the girl with glasses as he shifted his attention towards a brief flash of something in his HUD. He frowned slightly, his lips thinning. There was a brief message that flashed across his eyes, a scrolling of information about fleet positions that was transmitted back to him through the vessels own comm-system, eventually his eyes stopped on one line. "She's going to take the ships el-"

A curse cut him off as he suddenly switched his channel.

His hand looped around the strap that kept him in place even as the Boarding shuttle popped out of the Hangar bay and shot forward into space. He got report of a fighter screen quickly flying in front of them and then darting into formation. He let out another curse. "Pilot!"

Some of his men shuffled their knees to let him by as he climbed into the cockpits door.

The shuttle shook as they took evasive actions from some turbo-laser fire.

"Change of plans." He told the woman who had taken up the pilots seat. "The Fighters will escort us the FIV Malice. Get us there."

This wasn't what had been planned, this wasn't what they had spent their time training on. The Malice wasn't a frigate, it wasn't some tiny ship in the back of the First Order fleet, it was a flagship, a massive Star Destroyer that was crawling with hundreds of soldiers. His lips thinned slightly as he glanced back towards the cargo compartment of the shuttle. This had just turned into a suicide mission.

But one that would be fulfilled.

"Take evasive action!" Carlyle barked, as he saw turbolaser batteries from two separate areas begin to engage his ships, "Loosen formation, and avoid their fire!" He barked. The Brawl began to shake, and move as it pulled away. The ship shook as a turbolaser hit it, but the shields managed to absorb such damage. The flotilla of ships scrambled to try and avoid fire. Carlyle's heart jumped up his throat when he saw three proton beams crossing the bows of his ships, right in front of him. The admiral glared at the Helmsman, "I want movement!" Carlyle ordered, "We're gonna move to this anomaly, and we shall engage!"

"Understood admiral." The Helmsman replied, moving the Empire-class frigate at top speed, away from fire of the enemy.
Carlyle then turned his attention to the Signals Officer.

"I want all ships firing back at the enemy," Carlyle snapped, before pointing in the distance at the Stoic Reserve. "I want all captains to make sure their missiles hit that thing there." He growled, "No dummy rounds, we're going to drag them in,kicking and screaming. Two volleys, and then we're moving."

"Yes admiral," The Signals Officer replied.

"You heard me," Carlyle roared at the Chief Gunnery Officer, "Return fire." Carlyle turned his derision back to the Helmsman, "I want us to zig, and zag!" Carlyle barked, "No linear movement, I want us unpredictable and hard to target, have I made myself clear?!"

"Crystal." The Helmsman replied.

"Y-yes sir, understood sir." The Gunner stammered. As the fleet unleashed its payload of baradium, concussion and intruder missiles and long range turbolasers began to return fire. While the forty eight missiles of the first volley streaked towards the Stoic Reserve, the other weapons, turbolaser and ion batteries, focused fire on what had been firing upon them. After two volley's of missiles hit, the strike force moved to the lee of the anomaly, readying for Carlyle to prepare his next move. The fleet avoided most fire, through loosening its formation, though some ships did get hit. The admiral looked at the enemy fleet, if he could time himself correctly, he knew he'd be able to use the anomaly to his advantage.

The fleet has moved to the anomaly.
Some ships have had their shields somewhat depleted.

Pilot. Like she was a nameless thing!

With an expression somewhere between ‘miffed’ and ‘about to tell the Captain to take a hike’, Adder yanked the stick to the side. Evasive action was good. Evasive action helped her burn the aggression she was feeling right now.

“The Malice?”

Coming up behind the safety of the fighter screen, Adder had just enough time to turn incredulously in her seat. “Are you frakking nuts? That thing will blast us into last year!”

Wide-eyed, the redhead veered and dodged and looped between FO and Alliance craft. She was holding on with an unbreakable focus, jaw set, spine straight. So this was how it would go? Cold sweat, iron determination?

Strangely enough, Adder wasn’t surprised. She was slowly looking towards forties now. Every other morning she woke up with aches in places that didn’t exist a month ago. Her possessions in life were few, her friends fewer. Sulon was nice enough to her, in that dustbowl sort of way. Would anyone really miss her if they didn’t make it out today?

Frak if she knew.

Adder ground her teeth and pushed forward into the shadow of the Malice.

I frown, confused at her sudden panic, then realization hits me like a magrail.

"Oh, stang." Reaching around, I disengage the mechamiri pack and hand it to a nearby marine. "Pass this down to the LT."

I look back toward the girl and grimace from behind my helmet. "Voidstone. Sorry, ma'am."

X <-- Sticking with the 80's theme

The "Long Deaths" of Hellburner fleet move into position unopposed and zero in on their target. Adjusting for range, movement and the anomaly the three of them fire as one, each sending long bright green proton beams into the lightly armored Charger corvette but not before it fires its' first salvo at the alliance fleet. Overloading the lightly armed ships shields quickly the deadly beams rack the ship with burning proton radiation liquefying armor and substructure on contact. As the beams continue to cut into the missile corvette they slide to the ship port missile store and ignite it in spectacular fashion. The explosion covers the rest of the damage as Bryce turns his attention to another target.

Ah life. Could it be considered life? Most certainly, droids were nearly considered sentient themselves - or at least by most scientific standards, but then again M-33P wasn't exactly what one would picture when they thought of a droid. The small MSE-Series droid was anything but ordinary, though by all appearances it was just another one of the various maintenance models commonly employed across the First Order's Navy. With a quick set of three beeps M-33P's 360 degree optical track flashed a quick red hue before returning to its normal clouded black. Then, with a small screech of its small wheels it took off, zooming down the corridor as it shot out of a small droid shaped hole in the interior bulkhead. Most First Order vessels equipped with such MSE-series droids contained several recharge stations around the ship, each droid assigned a home base of sorts. As M-33P prepared to go about its daily routine, a sudden WHOOP. WHOOOP. WHOOOOP. sounded over the intercoms, a brief flash of lights before the Red Alert message had been relayed. While M-33P had been en route to main engineering, he quickly received a priority dispatch to one of the ship's boarding shuttle launch pads.
:: Message. Priority: HIGH. MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. HANGAR 1. SHUTTLE LOCK. ::
With little more than a loud audible chirp, M-33P reversed course and sped down the corridor the way he'd come. Programmed as a maintenance droid, M-33P had been given the layout of each First Order vessel and was able to traverse them without error, at least until the floorplan got an update - but generally speaking the droids would be updated the same time the floor plans were and as such rarely ran into navigational errors. Today was no exception to the accuracy that had become commonplace among the droids operated by the First Order. As the MSE-Series Droid cruised through the long and winding corridors, it nimbly avoided being overrun by passing technicians and members of the First Order Stormtrooper Corps, curt beeps and its agile steering keeping it from getting in the way. Zooming ever quicker, the droid would soon arrive in Hangar 1, once there it would receive additional details as to better serve its purpose.

Jorg would find the gangly-blonde in his seat if he came wandering back. She unstrapped and restrapped in just to put one more seat space between herself and that voidstone. Bony-shoulders began to relax inch by inch as the blanket that was muting the force slowly peeled away with each pass of the stone.

#maamagain?!?!

Thin lips pursed as she gave a pale nod to Raph #mansplainnumbertwo. Blue-eyes sharpened with interest as she suddenly sensed exactly WHAT he was. The shuttle lurched again. Attention shifted.

Lips parted and this time the technopath had a direct comm line to Adder #girlpowerpilot. "I can cloak our shuttle. Not even sensors will pick us up. Course that means our people won't see us either. Just give me the word."

Circuits buzzed along pleasantly as BB-10R2 plugged into the data station for the last TIE fighter on his task list. His head whirled back and forth for a moment, taking in his surroundings, before he aimed his optical sensor towards the screen readout, ensuring that it matched up with what data was feeding back through his plug-in interface. The droid chittered to himself, a habit he had picked by mimicking his master, Pierce Fortan III, who had a habit of murmuring to himself. It wasn't nearly as debonair or dashing when BB-10R2 did it, but it reminded him of his friend and master who was not present at this time.

Bartoo withdrew his input arm and wheeled back from the stand for a moment, his optical sensor sweeping first this way, then that, before deciding that he had accomplished all he could for the moment. His next task was to run last-minute diagnostics on the boarding shuttles that were lined up in Hangar 1. He beeped with satisfaction and then raced out of the room, speeding between groups of walking soldiers and pilots and hurtling over the threshold into Hangar 1 with almost enough speed and velocity to catch air. He was finished with the first shuttle in two minutes, and soon entered shuttle number two. He plugged in and waited, sensors studying the screen between sweeps of the cramped maintenance cabin.

"Ma'am, the proton beam is charging again. Vector unchanged, aiming for the Resolute again." The sensor officer reported.

"Have them put all power to shields, fleet down bu..."

"The Defiant is breaking formation..." The officer interupted. The Defiant crawled up to indertict the proton beam with its body. Its shields held for a brief moment, before failing spectacularly. "Defiant has taken a direct hit, she is dead in the water..." There was a tense moment as the command center was quiet. "We have some life boat launches, heading for the station."

Lexi nodded, then turned fully back to the situation at hand. "All ships, focus long range fire on that ship." She ordered coldly. The Resolute still took some damage from long range fire, though some of that also hit the Defiant in its suicide mission. Lexi glared at the Imperial Remnant icons on her screen. "Vile betrayers...they abandon us at Kaeshana, and now they aid the First Order in attacking us..." She spoke mostly to herself, then shook her head to clear it. "In formation, thirteen degrees down bubble, twenty degrees to starboard." She ordered, having her fleet shift and move to use the anomaly to block view of her ships from a significant portion of the First Order fleet. She was aiming to come around it and attack them.

At the same time, her first squadron of K-Wings flew out of their sensor shroud and commenced their attack run on FIV Brawl. 36 plasma torpedoes, 24 proton bombs, and 48 proton rockets were released aimed at the single ship from visual range, then they pulled up and away from the ships aiming to exit engagement and get shrouded with minimal casualties, depending on how many fighters aim to pursue them and their To-Vhin escorts.

The other fighters from Lexi's complement would begin hitting FIV Riot and FIV Storm using standard fighter tactics, space superiority fighters blocking for the D-Wing bombers while the interceptors swarmed against any heavier elements and the bombers themselves assaulted the ship.

Actions
1) The first wave of To-Vhin covered K-Wings should be hitting FIV Brawl
2) The rest of Lexi's fighters should begin hitting FIV Riot and FIV Storm
3) ANS Defiant is crippled by proton beam

Gromm snorted in arrogant laughter when Lieutenant Praxon gave the report "These idiots, they're concentrating all of their protectile weapons on the Firebrand. They don't realize that they're just getting distracted from the larger and more powerful threat. Move us into the anomaly, that'll disrupt their weapons and deter the fighters that they've sent against us. Tell gunnery to start the flak cannon barrages, also inform Captain Keikodi to keep firing at will." Rear Admiral Cardan barked from his command chair, confident in his strategies.

The small Imperial fleet moved from the edge of the anomaly into the cloud itself, entering the vortex. As missiles, torpedos, and ion bombs raced towards the Firebrand, the Relic swooped in front of it. Inside, gunners raced between large flak guns as they fired different variants of canisters at the incoming enemy fire. These canisters raced until they were inbetween the ship and the incoming threats, they then proceeded to detonate; some releasing shrapnel and others releasing anti-laser aerosol. Much of the incoming turbolaser fire and projectiles were either destroyed or absorbed. The remainders impacted on the shields of the Relic and the Firebrand, causing both to shake from the shockwaves.

The concave dish on the Firebrand was slightly damaged, scorch marks were now visible on the otherwise pristine piece of technology. It fired without a hitch, the bright green proton beams once again appearing on the dish; converging into a single beam that began racing towards the ANS Resolute, Keikodi was stubborn and he was going to keep firing until it was destroyed or the Alliance ran out of ships to sacrifice.

Summary of Actions:
  • IRV Relic destroyed most of the long-range missiles, disruptor torpedos, turbolaser fire, and bombs; Its shields have lost most of their integrity, faltering.
  • Fired Full Power Blast from Conqueror-class Star Destroyer IRV Firebrand -------> Trimiran-class Star Defender ANS Resolute ([member="Alexandra Morrow"])

No mortal blows in that initial exchange as far as she could tell, but that was to be expected shooting right out of reversion. Firing solutions were adjusted as Suravi and her gunnery officers analyzed the effects of the gravitational sinkhole upon the flight of fast-moving projectiles. These observations would be instrumental in ensuring more accurate fire as the battle proceeded.

She felt something faint through the Force, emanating from the Mateus carrier. The former Jedi had experienced similar sensations before in wars long past. That of Battle Meditation, though the aura was much weaker than that she had experienced from masters of the art. She found it a strange time to be employing such a taxing technique at a time where each side was still fresh to the fight, rendering the psychological effects negligible. Much better to use it later in the battle when each side was worn down to provide that extra boost to friendly forces, or to erode the will of the opposition. Perhaps the GA had a whole line of Force Adepts in waiting to take a turn at employing Battle Meditation as another began to tire? The Alliance had no shortage of Jedi to throw at their misguided crusades. Yet another reason for her to focus on neutralizing Therapy Command.

As targeting sensors from the vessels of Therapy Command became trained on them, Suravi shifted her task force for more defensive fire after they rattled off a few more volleys from hypervelocity cannons and heavy plasma energy torpedoes in tandem at the tower and engine sections of the Mateus carrier. Her quartet of Delphins would continue beaming the Mateus carrier and its pair of noble class cruisers with their Erebus jammers to continue to degrade their communications and targeting performance.

Several batteries Rhongomyniads between White Base and the Delphins would shift to firing hollow shots filled with canisters of anti-laser aerosols, creating large cascades of aerosol clouds to dissipate incoming turbolaser fire, somewhat already diminished as the bolts of like charged particles gradually diffused over range. What few shots did connect with her vessels were very weak, barely lighting up their shields.

Other Rhongomyniad batteries continued firing their original load of vibro-flechettes and ion charges, now aiming for the incoming waves of missiles. Several flights of Fencer Kai in the outer layers of Suravi's main body would also hit the missiles with their Phantom jammers to cripple their tracking and comms with their motherships, while also unloading on the missiles with their rapid fire positron cannons. Between the jamming and fire from both her capital ships and drones, the missiles would be either shredded, fried, or just outright annihilated.

Her formation continued chugging right along toward Therapy Command while still employing the above defensive tactics as she closed in, intending to get nice and close where she could wreck havoc with her superior warships and fighter complement.

Along the way, she would find herself joined by a First Order formation under the command of Commander Cyone. She directed the flotilla of corvettes and frigates to nestle themselves between her layers of Delphins and Coronas, giving her ships a nice increase in coverage against attack craft. Quickly she began the process of integrating them into her command program for her formation as she hailed Cyone directly.

"Nice to have you aboard, Commander." she greeted the woman over holovid through the Huginn Network. "For the time being, I'd like you to focus the efforts toward defense against incoming attack craft and projectiles that breach the outer envelopes of my formation and assist me in jamming efforts against Therapy Command. Meanwhile, I'll keep your ships covered from capital weapons as we drive forward."

The Delphins and the White Base started firing their hypervelocity cannons again, updated algorithms now in effect to ensure much greater accuracy, also at much closer range than before. Fire was once again focused on the bridge and engine sections of the Mateus carrier - still under heavy jamming by her Delphins - steadily wailing away with vibro-flechettes to bust the carrier's shields and finally punch through those vulnerable areas to leave the Mateus dead in space. Once that happened, the rest of Therapy Command would suffer for it.

For a Force User, she really is immature.

Was all that Canal could think of the lightly armored blonde that was with the boarding task force. Not only that, but he was calling it now that she was going to be the first casualty of the entire squad if they managed to board on a different ship that was not assigned to them. Would he argue back that they were given orders by high command and were supposed to carry them out to the last letter? No, he wouldn't. While orders did kept him alive, they would do no good for him in the abyss of space.

Not to mention he sometimes broke his own orders to bring efficiency and more survivability to himself and to his men.

As long as I'm able to kill at least one Stormtrooper, I'll be happy.

If they could manage past all the laser cannons and enemy starfighters.

Jacen walked over to the comm station at a hail from a junior officer. The bridge of a Trimiran was comprised of several levels of station. The vertical prow blade of the ship afforded a truly marvellous view of the anomaly. Spoiled by the ugly wedges of the First Order’s xenos slaying military machine.

“This is Marshal Voidstalker to Barkhesh base. We’re facing off with a significant First Order presence in the Asmeru system. We’re unable to provide any further assistance at this time. I suggest we move any reinforcements up from Eriadu and the Belsavis outpost.” The message would reach [member="Aeron Kreelan"].

Warning alarms blared out across the bridge. “I am tracking multiple inbound missiles from several vectors. Force Kresh has separated into a loose formation and discharged ordnance. Several classifications,” called out a young human office in a calm tone.

“Preparing firing solutions!” called an officer in a dark brown uniform who stood behind two seated gunnery commanders. Before they was a holographic display tracking the incoming missiles.

“This is a joint effort, coordinate with the Brawl and Absolution,” Captain Dundo called out. The gunnery officers tapped away to send key information to their escort cruisers. Having been placed ahead of the Stoic in a pincer formation they were well placed to turn in and unless their Borstal Laser Cannons to try and cut off the ordnance. There were several flashes as torpedoes were cut off.

“Opening fire.”

The room rattled as the anti-missile octets opened up, firing shrapnel into the path of oncoming missiles. There was a mighty flare as an assault concussion missile was taken out.

“Brace!”

Jacen realised he hadn't stood close to anything. Several impacts reverberated through the Stoic. Fortunately Jedi reflexes and balance kept him upright.

“Damage report!”

“Shields holding sir but we've lost several forward batteries. Minor breach on deck seven but it's been sealed.”

“Order attack squadrons to split off and move into the gaps in that formation. Strike hard and fast. Keep us skirting the anomaly and slowly closing, we can handle this fire. Let's make them come uphill at us.”

The Storm and Chase in particular would be targeted by X-Wings and Y-Wings. The heavier escorts becoming more vulnerable with limited defensive weapons and in a spread out formation. X-Wings took to the fore, darting and weaving and striking openings with powerful laser cannons and torpedoes. The Y-Wings kept tighter formations as they made their runs with ion torpedoes. The capital ships held their fire for now for the most part, but unleashed another volley of disruptor torpedoes towards the proton cannon. The carrier frigates kept tight, ready to ward off fighters with their defensive batteries.

Looking out from the bridge of the Subjugator, the lights from the two fleets weapons fire looked beautiful. The shield lighting up as turbo laser strikes hit them. Aran's fleet was still at long range so there wasn't much for him to do besides long range cover fire. Though he keep thinking what he could possibly do to assist besides defend Grand Admiral Tregessar.
"Commander Halsey, send the FIV Arrestor to assist Admiral Rausgeber's forces, task Commander Ryan to fall into the Admiral's command."
"Aye Captain."
Maree went to the comms panel, picked up the microphone and relayed the order.
"Commander Ryan report to Admiral Rausgeber's command and position."
"Aye FIV Arrestor moving to position."
The Stormcloud Assault Cruiser started at full speed to head to Admiral Rausgeber's position to assist his forces and fall into his command. Not knowing if this was a good move or not, Aran wanted to give some pay back for the beating he took over Kaeshanna, so this would be a start for it. Meanwhile the rest of his forces would continue as ordered either firing at long range or protecting the Malice from missiles and starfighters.
All three Anti Starfighter Corvettes still formed around the Malice to support it. The Subjugator is still firing at long range at [member="Alexandra Morrow"] and her picket ships. The FIV Arrestor is moving to form up with Carlyle Rausgeber's forces and command of it has been transfered to him

"Admiral! We have oncoming fighters!" The Sensors Officer barked, "They're closing on the Storm and Riot!" Carlyle turned to the holographic display, and watched as squadrons of bombers came streaming towards him. He snarled at it. It wasn't neccessarily surprising, the Galactic Alliance did like to carelessly throw away pilots lives in these sorts of suicide runs. But it was still something of an irritant.

"Close up ranks." Carlyle dictated, the Signals Officer visibly scrambling to send the message across the Strike Force. "We'll let their attack fall upon our defences." He added with a smirk, "They shall not pass."

The Admiral wasn't wrong, the bolt-class picket corvettes sped up, and projected a wide arc of fire. It was withering, there was no way for a full squadron to make the run, let alone return for another attack run. That was their primary purpose, wither down enemy fighters till their attack was negligible. What Carlyle however did not anticipate was the stealth attack. The Brawl was caught unawares, and the ship shook violently from the bombing runs.

"What was that?!" Carlyle bellowed, holding onto the holotable and glaring around the bridge. The officers and technicians aboard looked just as confused as he did.

"Nothing came up on our scanners sir," The Sensors Officer reported, "That didn't appear on any of our-"

"Look!" The Gunnery Officer exclaimed, pointing out the viewport. In the distance, the glow of engines could be seen, flying away from the ship.

Carlyle silently cursed the fighters, how had they been so fortuitous? "Damage report." Carlyle barked.

"Negligible sir, the run depleted our shields further," The Chief Engineering Officer reported, "But we're reporting damage to the crews quarters, and septic tank."

Carlyle growled, "Alright, prepare for movement into the anomaly." He ordered, "Their fighters will be less effective there," Carlyle barked, "Prime engines and prepare for movement, we're not going to-" Carlyle was stopped by the Brawl again rocking. "What was that?!"

"The Discipline sir, she was just smashed by something sir, part of her dorsal, it's gone." The Sensors Officer replied.

The Signals Officer raised her hand, "The Discipline sir, Commander Donahue wishes to open a line."

"Confirm it," Carlyle barked, turning to the holotable. Commander Hernan Donahue appeared, he was a younger man, fresh out of his probationary period as an officer. The man had a reputation for his dedication to his uniform. Though by the look of him now, it wasn't there. He was ragged, and had a bloody gash on his forehead that was pouring blood out. His usually clean, and neat uniform now sooty, with patches of on it. In the background, alarm klaxons sounded in the backgroud.

"Admiral, sir," The Commander began, "My ship, the Discipline, sir she's been..been nearly destroyed. The enemy has hit us hard, we don't know what with, but it's... it's...." He paused to collect himself. Carlyle stifled his inner authoritarian and the kneejerk reaction to force the man to hurry. "Sir, we need to retreat, we need to get out of here."

Carlyle considered the request, "Consider your-" The Admiral was interupted.

"Sir, we've performed a preliminary scan. The enemy ship that blast came from, it's firing again!" The Sensors Officer informed him.

Carlyle turned to the Signals Officer, "Loosen position, don't let anything get in our way!" Carlyle ordered, "We're not losing anyone else to that."

"Admiral, she's primed and aimed right at the Storm sir." The Sensor Officer reported, "We have an estimated ten seconds to impact."

Commander Donahue spoke up, "Helmsman!" He barked to his crew, "Move to angle four-five-seven!"

Carlyle turned back to the table aghast, "Commander, you can't withstand firepower of that magnitude!" Carlyle exclaimed, "Your ship, she's already damaged, you'll-"

"You said it yourself admiral," Donahue gravely reminded him, "We're not going to lose anyone else to this scum." The Commander turned to his crew, "Brace for impa-" The Discipline stood no chance. The missile escort had caught two proton blasts and was obliterated. The concussion ordinance caught in the blast exploded in a brilliant orange hue. Chunks of its dispersed immediately, catching both Alliance fighters and First Imperial ships in its blast. Shields absorbed most of the damage, but it still some light scrapping was caused.

"Full speed," Carlyle venomously snarled, "We're not letting Commander Donahue die in vain." The crew of the Brawl needed no reminders, and rushed to the giant anomaly.

"Admiral, Commander Piett is transferring a ship to our command, stormcloud class cruiser. The Arrestor." Signals informed him.

The crew of the Brawl felt themselves jolt forward as they were pulled into the vortex. The ships accelerated upon entering the void. "Order them to fall into line," Carlyle replied, "Have them follow us." He commanded. "Power to engines, we're going to keep as close to the edge as possible." Carlyle ordered, now it was time to lament his next move.

((OOC: Jaina Ventor Theme))

Agent Totallex
FIV Malice, Bridge.

Jaina's black armour glows a glossy black beneath the light as she walks with a swaggering confident step with Targeting Blaster hauled over her right pauldron, flanked by the other members of Skull-unit; Mairon, Tek and Gallows all standing in an extended file with their ominous blackhole coloured "Stormtrooper" Armour. But these troopers were anything but mere Stormtroopers, oh no. Carlyle Rausgeber's very own Praetorian Guard although on this occasion they'd been given the very special charge of Grand Admiral Tregessar by Admiral Rausgeber. The carnivorous-sized doors of the Malice's bridge slide open steadily for the Troops who had been hastily redeployed to protect the esteemed Grand Admiral and so Skull Unit would. Carlyle Rausgeber would be proud to know that his Praetorian Guard was becoming increasingly receptive to his orders even when they violated their FOSB mandate to protect the Admiral's person at all times. Although they were also mandated to follow his orders and it is Agent Totallex's doing in part that they'd arrived here. Manipulation had become one of her reputed qualities but as in all things it served the First Order no matter how dishonest. "Grand Admiral Tregessar, Admiral Rausgeber sends his kind regards. Where and Who do you want dead, Sir?" Agent Totallex's voice oozes from her lips; Carrion Venom sheathed in a rather pleasant sounding corulag inflexion, disguising the wolf in sheep's clothing as it were. For Agent Totallex was the single-most dangerous member of skull unit albeit not the leader, that distinct order laid on "Mairon Ordo" A veteran Stormtrooper who harboured a burning hatred for the Galactic Alliance. Amongst the Shadowtroopers was a giant named "Gallows"; More monster than man, weighing two hundred and sixty-five pounds and standing at one inch over six feet and clasping a repeating blaster in broad hands. Making it appear as a mere child's toy and finally an athletic looking Trooper whose face like his peers is completely concealed. There was no boasting required, no bravado uttered from the obviously dangerous, professional and elite troopers. Their body count would do the talking for them. Jaina's head cocks to the right slightly each of the troopers with the exception of her vanish into thin air; Completely undetectable on any of the Electromagnetic magnetic spectrum bands and nigh invisible under visible light. All that could practically detect their spectre-like presence is tread marks left behind in the pools of crimson after the Shadowtroopers have sweeped over their victims' broken bodies.

Jorg's lips thinned.

He could see The Malice beginning to appear within the distance, the viewport quickly filling up with the massive ship. He checked the scanners besides Adder real quick then glanced out the viewport again. A squadron of fighters was pulling in behind them, escorting them towards the massive Flagship. The Major's lips thinned again, his fingers curled around the edges of the doorway, and then he let out a deep breath inside of his helmet. His head shook.

This was it.

"TAKE US IN!" Jorg had no idea why he shouted, but the idea of what they were about to do was insane enough that he didn't really want to do it. The shuttle immediately bucked as Adder pointed them 'down' in space, the fighters flowing after them as they picked off anything that came nearby. "You cloak us as soon as the first fighter around us explodes."

He pointed to Spark. "We want to use that as cover."

The idea of it was...well at best rather dark, but it would work.

The Malice had a massive amount of point defense system, it would be able to wipe out the entire fighter squadron without much of a blink, but if they cloaked themselves in the middle of all those explosions their sensors would simply read the shuttle had been destroyed, thus making their boarding all the easier. "Go."

He said as they dragged closer, The Malice pulling into full view and its defensive cannons beginning to fire.

Her mind was screaming stop. It had been screaming stop for the past five minutes as she watched their fighter screen get smaller and smaller. Vessel after vessel went down in smoke and flames, explosions gracing the darkness of space like miniature supernovas. And instead of doing a one eighty and frakking away in the opposite direction, they were heading straight at the Star Destroyer.

Gallatic Frakking Alliance.

Sweat on her palms, sweat on her back, sweat in her eyes. When was the last time she’d done something so batshet crazy? Fifteen years, now, back when she was doing an undercover gig with a swoop gang. Got her taste for riding bikes then; Adder had beat some of their best racers, too. Ended up standing on the back of one for some mad stunt – shet, those were the days.

Compared to what they were doing now, though, that seemed little more than youthful shenanigans. Still. Had to be done.

Adder let out a nervous little laugh. “I'm taking us in,” she breathed her warning, then plunged them forward into the fray of fire and debris.

"Sir, the enemy forces are moving into the anomaly!" One his officers shouted.

"Understood, tell the long deaths to keep up, full burn if they have to but do not enter themselves, they need to be able to maneuverability, do not play their game, we play ours... Speaking of our game time to get more ships on the field, navigators do we have the correction data for and astromechs due to the vortex gravity. I can't afford to have a repeat of fodder one ending up so far off course?"

"Yes, we have the way for the metal minds to swim, they will not be pulled off again but the currents of gravity."

"Excellent,.." Bryce said has he walked over to holo-table.

The projection above was a faded blue representation of the battle as it was unfolding. Most of the enemy forces had gathered around the whirl pool in space. He was still beneath the main fleet seeming to not be a big enough target to be worth the enemies time. The was what he was hoping for a chance to operate unencumbered by full engagement. He had a fleet built on speed and maneuverability the worse that that could happen to him was a head on conflict.

Sir attack wing is reporting in. Attack was in effectual though losses were light as the Remnant forces have little in the way of righter protection. Though they are also entering the anomaly and will be harder for our attack craft to target..."

"Blast we can leave that super weapon a free pass. Do we have their jump coordinates?

"Yes sir."

Bryce paused for a moment while he pondered his next move. With an earnest expression he decided now was the time to in act phase two of his plan. Keying in the orders he gave the commands for the fire ships to join the fight.

Fodder two jumped in fifteen KM above the IRV Relic. With engines to full, hyper-drive set to overload and all 3000 ion mines armed it was on a collision course with the Munificent-class Star Frigate. As it began its' dive it actived all counter measures which would make tractor beams have a very difficult time locking on if they could, much less divert it. It was also attacking from and angle that put the IVR Relic in between it and the Firebrand making any assistance from the mighty beam weapon destroyer difficult as well. If it connected, the blast of so many mines and a critical hyper-drive would be a sight to see for sure, well to all those not in the blast radius.

As for his primary target Bryce decided to lunch a multi pronged attack. Fodder seven, eight, and nine, jumped into system at the edge of the vortex some one thousand KM away and behind the main First order force. With hyper-drives set to overload and all 3000 ion mines armed they entered the anomaly and began to feel the pull of the vortex as it accelerated far past there max speed. Using it as a sling shot they rocked with the speed of corvettes toward the pickets of the enemy protecting the main battlecruiser. Using a combination of their counter measures, and speed boost from the vortex to avoid tractor beam deflection and attack to damage their exposed flanks.

"Hewy lewis attack force pull back to re-arm and re-fuel. As for all Alliance forces, please pull back any fighters attacking First Order ships. Our attack runs are beginning and I do not want any of your fighter crews caught in the Ion backwash."
Actions
All ships not in system are in reserve as noted place after condition

"Power of love" "Back in Time" "New Drug" are continuing to target the Empire Class Heavy Frigates In Carlyle's command - They are 90 degrees below the main FO, IR fleet, still have 1 turns before they can fire again)

"Hewy Lewis" is far behind beyond extreme long range acting as a carrier. - and all "Hewy Lewis" attack craft have been recalled to re arm and re-fuel

Fodder one has caught up with "Hewy Lewis" and taking screen out in front.

Fodder two is making a kamikaze run at the IRV Relic in an attempt to disable it and allow other forces to make better use of their attacks.

Fodder 7,8 and 9 are now rocketing toward the heavy pickets in Carlyle's command attacking from behind and using a combination of their counter measures, and speed boost from the vortex to attack and damage their exposed flanks.

(All ships are have hyper-drives read to jump put again if need)
