Once More with Feeling (Need Master)

@[member="Crystal"]

That she could hear somewhat.... the pat of shoes on the ground while she moved and went after her master more with her hands in swipes. The moment and time bringing her hands around to be fists. No need for tricks just yet and she kept working towards fighting and learning. She would have to adapt but all her instincts were telling her to fight back and break things.

Crystal spoke again in her mind ~Relax, I won't attack you. It is not the point of the exercise. Take your time and adjust. You can see and feel where I am with the Force. Just as you can see everything around you. I chose this spot to make it easier, as there is nothing of significance to distract you.~

If she continued to flail around, the Sith Princess would have to restrain her until she adjusted. It did her no good to hurt herself in the process.

Azlyn stopped moving and gave a nod of her head while she stood there. She knew where her master was but that wasn't the point now it was finding her with the force instead of her gut... Or sometimes people said the gut instinct could be latent force sensitivity... No matter while she stood there and then was focusing on the force... on her senses within it while she sifted into the sensations coming to her... wanting to find her master and she could feel the sith princess there faintly while focusing on her.

Crystal watched her. The Zeltron woman could follow instructions at least. That was a plus. Time was of no consequence to the Sith Princess. She would wait for as long as it took for Azlyn to complete her assigned task. It was important for her to grasp the concept. Without it, there was little more that she could teach the woman. Certainly not combat, or spells, or anything physical. But she saw potential. That was enough, for now.

it was becoming more difficult though... mostly because perception and sensing wasn't something she was good at but she could feel her master now. That inky feeling in her mind that was the presence of her master was all she could feel around her until she moved a little bit towards the woman. The moments turning into minutes and then stretching into longer periods as her mind was acclimating to the sensation of feeling. "I can feel.... this must be what the others feel, it is an odd sensation."

Crystal moved silently backwards before lifting the spell affecting Azlyn's hearing. She wouldn't move, but instead find out how strong her senses are.

Then she answered out loud "What you feel will differ from person to person. Everyone has a unique signature. As we train together, mine will become familiar and you'll be able to sense my presence from greater distances."

Her ears would still deceive her, as Crystal's voice would appear to come from all around her. And she was still blind.

Azlyn could hear her master now and feel her. It was still a strange sensation but with her masters presence clearer in her mind she could feel around and search for her. Though she still couldn't see and was only hoping while she moved that there wouldn't be something to trip her up or fall into. That would not make her look any better then flailing around her arms or feet trying to find her master. "It is a strange thing, the others of my species would be able to do this easily but my senses have always been limited."

Crystal tilted her head curiously as she listened to her Zeltron apprentice. "Perhaps that is because you've ignored them. They are like muscles, like anything else, they need exercise." She paused and moved again silently.

"There are many different senses. I trust that you'll develop a danger sense, which will be your greatest ally along side command of the Force."

"I tried long ago but my empathy is almost non existent.... A side effect of being like this." Azlyn pointed it out with the white skin instead of pink. "Albino zeltrons are not as pleasing." She did though like the idea of having her senses strengthened it might just be that trying to use empathy only had been her problem there was a wealth of other senses one could find... danger was just the tip of the ice berg as it were. "Ready whenever you are my master."

@[member="Azlyn Ike"]

"I don't think that is necessarily true. You are just as capable as others of your kind. And you can train everything, including empathy."

She paused. "Your task is the same. Hit me."

@[member="Crystal"]

Azlyn gave a nod as she thought about it, perhaps there was a way she could train her empathy that to this point was... non existent. Maybe she could and maybe she couldn't but for now while she stood there and had an internal smirk her senses slipped into that place... That gloves she had been taught somewhat until she could feel her master. Her muscles tensed as the muscles remembered how to fight and she clenched her fist until the knuckles were white. Her hand coming out to try and strike her master while trailing and feeling the force presence.

Crystal had promised not to hit Azlyn while she was blind, but she had not promised to stand still and let Azlyn hit her. As she neared, and Crystal got that tingle on the back of her neck, she concealed her presence in the Force, and moved to behind Azlyn before revealing it once more. Staying ever silent as she moved swiftly.

~Keep trying~ she encouraged her apprentice telepathically.

Azlyn briefly and quickly snapped her head back and forth trying to find her master until reappeared behind her and her fighting senses swung her arm around with a quick snap on instinct. She didn't expect her master to just stand still but this was now feeling like the battle circle in her youth when she ducked a little so her left hand in an upper cut.

Crystal smiled to herself. It was working. Azlyn was adapting well and so Crystal relieved her blindness. Still, she had not completed her task. The Sith Princess kept moving, circling, in both directions, her speed aided by the Force.

"Try to anticipate where I will be, then strike," she instructed.

She could see now but was still relying on the force to feel her master who was moving. The speed of the woman was impressive to see while Azlyn swung again dipping lower to stretch her foot out to trip if her master was within range. She was enjoying this now and had a grin on her face.

Crystal was not in range, but Azlyn was close. Definitely improving. Her pattern of movement changed, becoming more erratic and not at all predictable. And she was fast. Her presence was everywhere seemingly at the same time.

Azlyn kept focused on her goal to catch her master and remained moving switching up and moving in somewhat random movements and jerks to move with it. She was going to try and catch her but the experiences of fighting under mandalorians had tempered her to dealing with only a few force users. Her foot movement bringing her about while she tried pulling with the force to bring in all around her closer.

Crystal chuckled. "That's the way. But I think you'll need more practice before you can pull me."

And all of a sudden, she stopped moving. The lesson was over. Azlyn had got the point of the exercise, which was to use what she had available to her to achieve her goals.

Now, she'd let her hit her as instructed. Then, they'd move on.

Azlyn understood and gave a nod of her head while she still swung at her now standing still master. Making the strike aim for her shoulder and to not be a full blow. Glancing was good enough since with the speed, force and some training she on first looks believed she could break a bone possibly.

Crystal took the blow, then used the Force to repulse her away. It had enough force to send her flying back a few feet at least.

"Are you feeling drained? Don't try to be tough about it. If you are, we'll resume tomorrow." It was likely that she was. After all, these were not natural actions for the Zeltron woman.
