Matsu looked at the box and gave a nod of her head to that it was a big thing but it was her companions so as she put it in the bag Matsu was moving with a small grin on her face as she moved brushing herself off and going forward. stopping in a room while she produced a glow rod and illminated rotted and mold covered wood, mounds of dirt and a lot of vines. The next couple of rooms were much the same but soon that were at the base of the statue from above and the pillars holding it up were covered in runes with small opened compartments.

"Do you think putting my hands in the compartment is a bad idea? There could be like a scorpion or something in there. I know that sounds silly but I'm not too keen on the idea of putting my hand in a dark place like that."

Crouching down a little she peeked into one of the compartments in hopes of seeing something useful in there but found nothing. Well, really she couldn't see anything.

Ana had already hit the jackpot with the hidden box she had and was eager to see what else was within the temple. She may just have to press her luck and stick her hand inside.

"That is why you should always have gloves and anti venom kits." Matsu was still looking and going through into one of the chambers she tossed a glow rod on the floor. She illuminated the circle and designs that were carved into the stone for older rituals and other things. She couldn't see any torch sconces but she could see Anastasia in the dark and held up a few glow rods. "For the dark."

"Do you see anything?" She grinned trying to look into the dark holes but saw nothing. It was best she try not to pull anything out and let [member="Matsu Ike"] see if there was anything to be found. "Are they empty?"

She wanted to know if she put her hands in the hole if something would bite her or worse. Ana just wanted to be prepared was all.

Matsu couldn't see anything on the surface, she was looking upon it all and she looked at the girl then the area. "I don't see anythign on the surface but there is much always buried below." Matsu brought her hand up as she was feeling around on the wall and came away from a darkened area. "That is why I would recommend gloves and some good exploration gear. Never know what you can do with it when the time comes."

"I'll need to invest in some of that but for right now this ought to work." She grinned as she picked up a stick and put it in one of the holes. There was definitely something in there but what she didn't know.

Moving the stick around a bit she tried to pry whatever was in there out of the little hole it seemed to be stuck in.

Matsu gave a nod of her head to that and was moving about now as she searched and found another hole. Her hands going in as she looked over it all and held a small smile on her face reaching in to see what she could find. There was something in there but she wasn't certain while she pulled at it with the force. She was grasping it now and pulling but it was resisting and wedged in there almost.

"It seems to be stuck." She stated as she tilted her head down to try to look in the hole again but again saw nothing. Ana knew putting her hand in it was a risk but she had to know what was in the silly hole.

Taking a deep breath she put her hand in the hole only to feel it was wet and sticky. Instead of pulling her hand out she dug around deeper taking a deep breath trying to keep herself calm. Ana could feel something hard in there but it was stuck in there quite nicely. "Arg, it's not budging."

"Calm your mind and focus, the force and the magics of the witches can make you stronger... just enough to." Matsu pulled getting a solid grip and bringing it out as she forced it... A small painted ornate bow with arubesh lettering. A small smile curling her lips as she slid it into her back and put her hand back in feeling around for where it had been wedged and looking to see what was there. SHe wasn't feeling anything but you never knew while she reached in further letting the force vibrate in her hand to search and find anything that seemed out of place. "Have you had any luck?"

Using the Force she worked the object to try and turn it around so she could tug it out. It at first still wouldn't budge but as she kept pulling Ana found it did budge and she was able to pull what looked to be a rock with some carving on it. It certainly wasn't as cool as the treasure chest that she had previously found.

Matsu looked over at the rock Ana had found and spoke. "An interesting find, when I found the eye of the sun... it looked just like that. Ordinary until I needed it and then it sent the power of the force into my hands." She had a small smirk on her face while she motioned to the wall and leaned against it. Digging in her belt and getting a food cube with a small smile. "Never know what there is to find and the smallest thing, the most mundane could prove strong and powerful."

She was finding that it was possible to find just about anything with a little bit of digging. Ana wasn't sure yet what she planned to do with her finds. She may set them side for her personal collection or try to sell them for big bucks on the black market. It would be nice to be able to give those credits to a nice charity or something long those lines.

"Are they artifacts? I'm not sure what to do with it? It looks really like a good conversation starter." She shrugged a little as it didn't matter. Ana planned to do some research on these objects before making her decision.

Matsu was looking at what she had and held small grin on her face now while she checked her pack with the small things in it. Nothing too special just a few things and she was looking over at more things. Her hands going over the stone as she examined it and spoke. "Artifacts are always good conversation starters you never know what will draw ones eyes or what you might find. It is why I like this newfound freedom and an go exploring wherever I want... it is liberating as it were and besides never know what someone wants to sell you their loot for cashy credits."

"Freedom is a wonderful thing and there is a part of me that wishes to just travel the galaxy. When I have seen everything maybe settle down somewhere have a family of my own. I don't know, it's just a thought."

She would for now hold on to her treasures and keep them as decorations in her home. If they turned out to be valuable or something maybe sell them down the line.

"Why hasn't anybody found these things until now?"

Matsu looked at her and spoke. "This place hasn't been searched in a long time because the fire breathers are... dangerous.. very dangerous. So much so that when the jedi cleared the area and worked on the planet they fought the creatures and didn't tell others that they had tried to safely exterminate them to save and protect the locals. A small oversight but there have been far worse in time." She was moving now going a little deeper and rolling her shoulders while searching. "As for seeing the galaxy there are enough mysteries within it to last a lifetime, several even if you really wanted to find all the mysteries and secrets."

"I bet more than what could be seen in a lifetime. It's nice to see a little though. It's better than sitting at home on a ranch or something." She grinned as she kept walking. Peaking out of the ground in front of her she saw the beginning of what looking like a chain beaming out of the dirt.

"Hey, I think I found something." She stated running ahead a bit to grab a hold of the chain. She wasn't very worried about the fire breathers that were around here. She was having fun finding these different relics.

Matsu was curious now, this one seemed to have a foresight for finding things and she let her amusement show on her face while she held a light to see the chain. "Be careful, it might be a booby trap. Or worse... or it could be another treasure, need to be careful." She didn't hide her excitement with it though and liked the idea while she was moving now looking over things. One hand on the wall and the other on the ground touching the chain to pull and tug at it.

Ana heard what was said but didn't really process the information as she was quite excited about finding something else. The young woman was on a roll when it came to finding artifacts.

Kneeling to the ground she gently pulled to find a pendant of some sort come out of the ground. It looked to her as if it was nothing more than just a pretty necklace. What Ana didn't know was that it held some sort of powers "what do you think?" She questioned holding the object up.

Matsu squinted bringing her eyes up to look at what the girl was holding. A curious look on her face as she took it in and was reaching with her mind to sense anything dangerous about it. The piece seemed fine as she spoke. It is old but not from this era, someone else who was here searching must have dropped it. A good find for your own use."

"Any idea what it is?" Ana questioned as she plopped down on the ground and messed with the clasp on the chain. She didn't know what it was but the young woman planned to wear it all the same. It was pretty and it kind of called to her.

Ana knew this sounded kind of stupid but she felt drawn to it in a way. She thought that it may have Force abilities but Ana couldn't be sure. She liked it either way and planned to wear it.

Standing up she brushed the dirt off of her pants as she picked up her bag again. She sure was getting a lot of things. "I have not come across one fire breathing thing yet."
