A light smile overtook Gherron's face as he walked over to Nala, sitting down in front of her. "Well, first thing's first, you have to sit down. That's how I was trained, anyway."

She quicly nodded before sitting down as well. She found it a bit humorus about her height since, even when sitting, she'd still be taller than Gherron. Regardless she kept her compsorue as she was lead by him in how to properly meditate. The more he explained the better she listned, nodding and taking in every peice of advice he said.

"Alright, now close your eyes. To start off, think of something that makes you happy. Something you can always turn to that makes you feel at peace." He gave her a minute to find this feeling before he would continue.

Nala nodded and closed her eyes, trying to find something that made her feel at peace. Afer rifling through her memories for something she found it, or at least something that would work for the time being. The meory of her always swimming in one of the large lakes with her father during the hotter season on the planet she grew up on. She loved swimming. It was always a relaxing feeling of being underwater or skimming through the surface. A deep sigh left Nala's mouth, indicating she'd found it to @[member="Gherron Vael"]

Gherron smiled and nodded his head. "Now, take that feeling, use it, but keep it just at the back of your mind to where you can still reach it. Go outward with your mind. See if you can find the younglings here."

Another deep breath escaped her lips as she used the force like he said. She scanned all about the temple, feeling and "seeing" all whom she reached out to. Those walking through the halls. Others in the middle of training with thier masters. Members of the Council spread about. And finally she found the younglings. "They're.... training with thier sabers." she said. "I can see them. They're learning to defend themselves." She smiled a little as she was getting the technique down.

"Good, very good", Gherron said, chuckling. "That's only one part of meditation. Now, lets try the harder part. Try to actually et a grip into the force. Use it to feed you, to fill you with energy, peace, and patience. Try to communicate with it."

Nala poked one eye open to see if he was serious, since she'd never really heard of anyone doing that with the force, before closing it again and taking another breath. She let her mind go, trying to "communicate" with the force. At first nothing happen but then she began to feel something. A sort of peaceful serenity feeling passing through her. She didn't see as her robe and saber began to levitate behind her along with a few chairs nearby in the room. Her eyes were closed the entire time meaning she likely didn't know what she was doing.

Gherron smiled and whispered to her softly. "Nala... Keep your concentration, but open your eyes." Not only had her lightsaber and a few chairs began to float, but they had as well. Gherron and Nala were now suspended two feet into the air.

Slowley she opened then seeing his eyes first. Then she looked down and saw what had happened, that she and he were in the air. She gasped and looked back to him before, unfortunalty, she lost her concentration from the sudden shock and made everything drop. When she did it was on her back and she groaned a little before sitting up straight. "Sorry!" she said, standing up to help Gherron. "I just got so excited I, sort of lost my thoughts for a second there. Oh, so sorry."

"It's... fine." Gherron groaned as well, taking her hand as he pulled him back up. He had certainty been shocked, but he was glad that she had gotten it down so well. Even he was still working at floating meditation. In short, he was proud of Nala. Smiling, he looked up at her. "Good job, you did really well."

"Thank you." she said smiling back. She was glad he wasn't hurt and that, fortunatly, he wasn't angry about what she'd done. But then she realzed when she helped him up she was holding him closer than usual. In face he was almost right on top of her. She loked back up to him and gave an awkward chukle as she moved away. "Sorry." she said walking back to get her robe and saber.

Gherron blushed a little as he was pulled close to her, then chuckled to himself as she ran off to gather robe and saber. It seemed that the more they did together, the more he began to feel this attraction for the kaminoan. "So... what do you want to do now? We still have at least an hour of light left."

She perked up as she was putting her robe on and said "Uh... I really don't know. I can't think of anything right now.....you?" she asked turning back to him. This was starting to become odd as often they would find themselves in this situaion. One not knowing what to do for the other and often having moments of awkward silence. Was this common when someone or another liked someone else?

He thought for a second, then an idea popped in his head. "Well... If you want, we can go back to my room and watch some holovids. I have this really good one about a guy who's trying to find his lost family after an apocalypse. It's pretty interesting, actually. If you don't like that, I have a few romance ones too." He wasn't trying to really say anything, he just assumed tha most girls liked romance movies, so he threw it out there.

She turned and ask with enthusiasm "Do you have any historical ones? About the Jedi Masters from the older times? Those are my favorite. Or maybe that one with the bounty hunter who has to destory the Hutt crime boss but losses her loved on in the process and vows revenge." she swooned a little and said "That one always gets to me, especially when she blows him out of the airlock and then..." she stopped when she realized how odd she must've looked and sounded before clearing her thraot and saying "Uh, sure. That sounds nice."

"I think I have that one, I gotta check. Come on, lets go." He smiled at Nala and led her once more to his room. When they got there, he began rifling through his collection, eventually pulling one out and showing it to her. "Is this th one you were talking about?"

Seeing it she said "Yes!" very excited. Without wasting anytime she took off her robe and threw it on one of the nearby chairs in the room. She used is as a sort of comforter as she sat donw on it after laying it out to cover the entrie seat. She sat at attention with enthusiam and waited until it started, her eyes glued to the screen the whole time. "Come on!" she said, indicating for him to sit. "It's starting!"

Gherron laughed a little. "One second, I'll be right there." Opening his mini fridge, he pulled out two sodas and candy bars. He then handed her one of each, and sat down next to her.

Nala thanked him for the soad before looking oddly at the candybar. She never really had candy, mainly because she'd never had the chance to try it, but shrugged and just put it on her lap as she watched the holovid instead. Throughout the entrie sitting Nala was so into the movie sometimes she would catch herself quoting it or mimicing actions from the characters on screen. She laughed at the funny bits and teard up at the sad. This had been one of her favorites growing up as a child and it clearly showed.
