I'm looking for a rebel faction that works for freedom and justice and is sorta similar in purpose to the canon Rebel Alliance.

The BFG (Until Angered)
Seems like you're looking for the Outer Rim Coalition. It isn't exactly a rebellion as you're looking for since there isn't some sort of galaxy-wide entire, but it's one of the closer factions to a rebellion that you'll find. To be fair, I am a bit biased considering I'm apart of the faction, but that doesn't matter.
While being more on the neutral side than you would consider the Rebel Alliance to be, it is definitely a lot more leaning towards justice and against the ways of Sith. Albeit, we do have a few Dark Jedi. Even as the description says, the faction is all about liberation with smugglers and species from all around the galaxy.
I can assure you that this isn't paid advertising.

I'll be honest, a Rebellion with its purpose can be engaging and full of hype... but currently there is absolutely nothing to ...rebel against.
The Empire controlled most, if not, the entirety of the galaxy, forcing the... Rebels, to fight back. Small caches, groups and stockpiles of people and weapons and ships to band together to fight.... within the Empires control. But there's none of that currently going on. Here is the map.
For Major Factions, you could look at...

For Minor Factions...

And cheers for the Mention, I suppose you could sort of include us in Rebellion-like Factions, considering Atrisia and what not. We're trying to account for an environment suitable for all kinds (Dark Side/Light Sided characters etc). By all means you're welcome to check it out though compared to the Rebel Alliance, I'm not sure if it will fall in the same category you're expecting.

The Galactic Alliance has a very rebellion mixed with Old Republic theme. Lots of rebellion themed ships and tech going on
It started as a rag tag Alliance to fight the Sith faction that held the entire galactic core last year, but now owns a swathe of territory on the map.
