E S S I O N
FORMER SITH IMPERIAL TERRITORY
Tag: Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru |
Tayl walked the rooftops of Ession, Dressed in a hooded cloak over her old armor and weapons. To the dregs of the industrial world that had seen her prior, She was little more than a passerby, But little did they know that this street urchin planned to make history today. First however, She needed to reach the home of this "Queen" sheltering her target.
The labyrinthine city below her made this difficult; Thousands of neon lights, Floating traffic and urban walkways lay between her and the target, Nevermind whatever security awaited her. And then there was the target herself; Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru , An ex-sith lord who once fought for the Sith Empire. Tayl once considered them untouchable, But now the empire had been reduced the very state they'd forced upon all mandalorians; Rats, Hiding in the ruins of their own empire.

She'd be lying if she said it didn't make her feel just a little smug...

This target though? Not so much. "Darth Sanguis" was a Tier II bounty on the Enclave's "Crimson hunt" hit list, Which meant she wasn't some pushover legionary or acolyte, Which was new to Tayl. She'd fought special forces of the New Imperial Order and sent gangs back into the depths of obscurity before, But a sith knight was entirely new.
She might even be nervous if not for the bio inhibitor chip in her skull, Keeping her calm as always.
As far as the upstart hunter was concerned, This would just be another practice run. But, That didn't mean she'd succeed in capturing the target. Even in the youth's overconfidence, A small part of her was still aware that the sith knight may escape, And that worried her.

Not because of the slash in her pay check, But for the loss of information the target may have had. She wasn't doing this for herself, After all.

Being inside wasn't something Alina really enjoyed. After an encounter with the Mandalorian Jenn Kryze Jenn Kryze , the ex-Sith was more.. Stuck indoors. For her safety of course, and she agreed. Wandering around the town like she had would only get her shot one day by those with their own grudges and long memories. It didn't matter what the Empire had taken from the Vampiress. It didn't matter that she betrayed them to live a life of peace.

She was still Darth Sanguis. A powerful Sith Lord that claimed the lives of hundreds on the battlefield.

A heavy sigh escaped the woman as she took a seat by a large fountain. In the middle of the hedge maze was one of the few places for her to truly be alone. Guards were still there, and she didn't exactly have the trust of Noelle Varanin Noelle Varanin . Alina was why Quinn Varanin Quinn Varanin came back to the Empire. Nearly died on several occasions. Not to mention the bite. Briefly the Vampiress grimaced as she stared down in the waters at her reflection.

"I really need to get out and do something. Being alone with my thoughts is terrible." She spoke to the reflection, forcing a brief smile as if she was talking to another. Maybe she should plan a trip? Yeah, somewhere even farther away from all the death the Empire had brought to the Galaxy. A vacation.

Vacation sounded nice.

Equipment: In bio

A small light began to flicker on the young mandalorian's vambrace, Prompting her to raise it up and inspect the device. This light in particular was designed to inform her that she was nearing a location input to her nav-map prior.
With a quick button tap on the side of her helm, Her HUD began to display the waypoint ahead of her, Quickly identifying which complex she was after. Sure enough, There was a sizable estate up ahead and below the maze of larger industrial buildings.

Expensive arches, Big windows, A hedge garden, Typically rich people stuff that she didn't particularly care for. Probably some security that would either prove deadly, Fun, Or maybe even both.

Kneeling at the edge of the rooftop, Tayl would pull a set of macro-binoculars from her belt and begin scanning the area. Unfortunately, She didn't see a good way in except maybe the hedge maze, And even then, Who knew if the target was even inside the building right now. If her timing was even remotely off, She may be scouring the estate for leads or even a place to wait it out and ambush them later, Neither of which sat well with the Twi'lek.

To make matters worse, She didn't have a lot of options when "preparing" for this little excursion of hers, And her stealth capabilities were limited in terms of equipment.

Think Tayl, Think...!

A jetpack would make too much noise and she didn't exactly carry silenced weaponry, So she'd have to do this the old fashioned way and use some of her gear in more unconventional ways. Just like
that time on Batuu.

With no more time to waste, She stood up and walked right over the edge, Enjoying the free fall through the city for a time before activating her gravity belt, Landing juuuuust barely on both her feet with a stumble that slowly morhped into a low jog towards the fence.

Not my best landing, But it stuck right? Lunch though, Not so much.

Once at the fence, She'd use her whipcord thrower to grapple on and begin scaling it as quickly as she could, Heart beginning to race at the mere thought of actually doing this until her bio-inhibitor chip activated again, Allowing her to focus on the present.
