I'm still not sold that the figure kneeling before the chamber with the Crimson Guards is Vader...he seems to be wearing a hood, and Vader has never worn a hood, has he?

[member="Connor Harrison"] I was actually just about to question that... was the imperial guy in the white suit supposed to be a younger Tarkin? Cuz I thought he was supposed to be in this movie (which would be awkward considering the original actor is no longer among us).

It actual strikes a resemblance to thrawn's suit at least, though, obviously, he is human rather than chiss.

Ben Mendelsohn's a Grand Admiral? Sick. I love this dude, he totally deserves a big budget lead.

Royal Guards? Vader? Inquisitor? Sick Imperial vibe.

All I really want is an after-credits reveal of Ewan McGregor's Obi Wan brief appearance. That would be so rad.

Ewan is being linked more and more to the future SW projects in various ways. He HAS to be involved somehow, especially the 'TFA' cameo. But this is RO - everything about the trailer is just wonderful and, as discussed, this Admiral looks to be something very imposing indeed and great to see another actual Imperial figure who could be a great character, not a dude with a crimson lightsaber in the shadows as I as worried about (not Vader).

I'm not convinced that guy is Vader either, it can't be. He also looks slimmer and Vaders suit is very bulky.

I like the Japanese martial artist look alike guy. This movie looks insane. A true war movie hopefully that is realistic in terms of well...... What a war movie should be like.

As for the cloaked figure, it honestly can't be vader, as the head part looks far too hood like, which we all know our favorite baddie doesn't wear.

And it can't be the Emperor, because he wouldn't be an emperor if he Bowed to something.

The Grand Admiral looks awesome.

Remember, this takes place very close to A New Hope so they're contemporary with the Original film.

Nice to see another side to the galaxy so it isn't just Jedi and Sith and mystical destinies.

Yeah the trailer looks wicked..........don't now anything about the events surrounding Rogue One but it looks cool.

I didn't think it was Vader also for two reasons -

1) He looks to be wearing a hood, and Vader never did.

2) He seems to bend on two knees, and Vader only did one. With his mechanical leg I doubt it'd be easy for him to do that.

Looks like he's kneeling in front of a large bacta tank!

Gareth does scale really well in the movies he directs so I'm more inclined to think this is a meeting between badies; I would be surprised if it were Sith though. Definitely not Vader, maybe an inquisitor?
