Solarii (Camellia Swift)

Balaya was looking at the subject below them on the table as she continued to transform and she squatted down a little speaking. "Sometimes I love transparasteel. One way so we can see them. This is going to be a showroom of sorts able to parade my pets through it for others to see." She held a grin on her face while moving about and displaying the one on the table who was nearly finished. Most of the body formed and they were no longer trying to scream but were nearly passed out. Monitors were displaying on the walls what was happening below as more things were being set up to enjoy their time. "See everything will work out perfectly my pet and soon you'll have another sister and we can see where her degeneration is and seek to understand it."

Well in a way Camellia supposed that actually was fairly cool, to have a one way glass to safely look at the Sithspawn monsters that were made for the Sith war machine. It was also a little. . ..creepy. To take that much gratification from seeing the usually very bestial creatures in appearance just so close. The Rendili never really had much of an intention to be near a leviathon or hydra or teretenak if she ever had the choice. Sure all the Croa were Sithspawn as well, and frightening in their own way, things that became too inhuman were the most nigthmarish to run afoul. The Graug were very alien like, so even despite not being human in appearance they were less unsettling. Maybe it was just the inherent fear of being eaten that made the other monsters so scary.

Of course, on a deeper level, the Croa were more horrifying than most. They were unsuspecting, not incredibly threatening, yet their spread of infection was terrible on a different scale. After all, your entire being would be ripped away, your body remade even if it remained mostly human like, your mind enslaved, sometimes even destroyed to ferality, and Camellia would bet the first victims the Croa were unleashed upon would never see it coming, until they all embraced their transformation. Yes, maybe it was more scary to be not scary, and so very much closer to home. "I hope we get good readings for you then Lady Praelior."

That got a nod of her head while looking down and Balaya continued to move around the room. Her hand becoming a fist while she motioned and brought up a holopad from her palm. The display from the screens showing on her eyes while she was looking over the brain scan activities. "It looks like her brain is showing the mental capacity of a child or an aged one. The processes going dark and not returning which will be dangerous in the long run. If we have a way to fix this it might be helpful but we will need more materials. I need a clearer sample from other sources that aren't just the croa. Without the holocrons or or a focus to use I'll need to gather other supplies to improve you and your sisters... Well at least the virus itself, I do not know if it will be able to share the changes with you."

That was completely understandable, sometimes you just had to go back to square one before you could take a step forward from where you were now. While expected though, it was a little disconcerting to hear how some Croa became defective, though of course some feral members of the batch were useful in many ways. Still, that could also make them harder to control of predict for the Sith even, not to mention they were also limited in their useful in many ways as well. They couldn't carry out complicated tasks perhaps, such as a controlled and methodical infection to take a facility without raising alarm. Feral ones were incredibly capable of spreading infection and chaos though and were likely ideal once primary targets were secured.

Of course everything that happens was up to the Sith, and Camellia had no qualms either way, though one could reason that was due to the Croa's programmed obedience to their Sith maker. "That isn't a problem is it Lady Praelior? Who would have a problem with how you made us. If some of us are flawed and you can make new ones better than it is only good news, and if it makes us more useful then again there isn't a problem as far as I can guess."

"Good then... once the matters are settled we shall go and find the samples we need my pet." Balaya was looking at her while more equipment was brought in displaying holoprojectors of more cells with different sithspawn. The croa on the table working her best now that her transformation was complete and she was laying there still. Balaya leaned in and was watching for signs of movement as she spoke and the scanners seemed to be dead. "Well that is a shame..." Blaya spoke to soon as it twitched and was moving on the table. The other croa around them looking while she reached out and was looking over the screens. Her body was running hotter then average, her heart rate slightly increased and she was looking at amellia. "Well that will make for better notes. Some residual aspects might remain but we'll continue to test her obedience."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Camellia was personally confused as her eyes wandered over the monitors, their displays seemingly showing dormant reports, before they drifted to the subject over the table and back again. Was the Croa they just made dead? Was too concentrated a dose of the virus fatal then? The way the Sith Zeltron was speaking though it sounded like the experiment wasn't quite a dead end yet. "What do you mean Lady Praelior? Is it still alive then to take orders? Are those screens showing she's dead or that she's completely feral and lacking intelligence? You say to test her obedience, but it looks like this subject isn't moving." Perhaps her untrained eye was missing something, if she was then Camellia hoped she would catch on soon. Especially if the Sith wanted her help in acquiring samples and looking back at stage one.

"Oh she is alive my pet, it just took a moment to fully take over. We haven't been recording transformations when hooked up to the monitors just yet." She held a smile and motioned over with her hands while looking down at the bed and clenching her fist as the sithspawn started moving a little more trying to get free of her restraints. Balaya obliged and released them while the other one was standing there looking on and didn't move from her spot. "The first one in there is following my orders to stay still, the new one isn't yet but like any good pet she can be trained." Balaya waited until she was off the bed and looking at herself until she was reaching out to get the girl to freeze in place and look fearful but not able to move her head. "That is better."

Ah, the Rendili woman actually appreciated that tidbit of information. That was something good to know so that hopefully next time she wouldn't make such mistakes if she found herself responsible for running any future tests herself. In a way despite her concerns about a force user's take on a test over scientific means, their ability to detect more than the eye could see was worth more than platnum in many ways. As there was finally movement, Camellia kept her eyes riveted to the room on the other side of the glass, watching as things transpired, the feeling of the Sith Zeltron using the force permeating the air for the Sithspawn. "Then everything is going exactly the way you want it to right Lady Praelior?" By this point Camellia was amazed at what the Sith were accomplishing, and almost exactly the way they intended. It was only furthering the effects of her programmed obedience and loyalty as the belief was fostered in the Sith's absolute ability.

Balaya gave a small nod of her head to that as she grinned now. "Yes just about though there are problems still. The old viruses had the benefit of something within the magics of it. The rakghouls had a talisman, the sickness had a flower and you could get it in a lesser form without but you needed something to be stronger." She continued to focus on the two croa and released them while she spoke into the comlink. "Take them into the lower levels and let them play in the small exercise room... Hopefully they won't hurt themselves." Balaya rose up while looking over the monitors as they were shifting with her hand swiping across the screen. "We still have much work to do to improve them but we will need more supplies and a wider range of things to test the virus on."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

A wider range of subjects to test the virus on? To be truthful, Camellia hadn't expected the Croa to be able to infect anyone other than fellow humans, if the Sith had a long term goal of including near humans then the Rendili woman was highly supportive of the idea. After all, with a greater range of species able to be infected meant that there were more avenues for her fellow Croa to be made from. Although Camellia suspected that such progress was far down the line and not to be possible for a while. Still, at the very least, perhaps some of Lady Praelior's other ideas were more readily obtainable.

Watching the Croa in the other chamber being led away as the Zeltron giantess ordered them to be taken to another section of the base, the Rendili woman turned to the Sith Lady as the other woman rose from her seat and began to move. "Whatever you will Lady Praelior."

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Balaya tapped her chin as she held a small look on her face for it all. "Yes my will but it is not strong enough. Even knowing the magics and alchemy it still isn't enough." That was when more thoughts came to her as she was looking at Camellia with a wide grin on her face. "Oh I know what we shall need to do. The Sisterhood facility will be something needed and worked on as their location provides a chance to study another aspect and possibly incorporate it." Her large grin showed more but with the cybernetic eyes nothing came out of them. "Quickly my pet, we'll head down and see to your sisters and then make haste to Al-Khali there are many things we shall have to do there and I want your engineers to be with us for reinforcements."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Something was up? The Rendili woman wasn't sure what the rush was all of a sudden, but nonetheless she saw that the Sith Zeltron was on the precipice of something. At first it sounded as it Lady Praelior was disillusioned that something was lacking in their ability to move forward, but with the remark about some sisterhood it seemed that the giantess had came upon an idea for progress. What it had to do with the other locations and some place called Al-Khali Camellia had no idea. However, she would follow the Croa's maker as a compliant sithspawn. "Yes Lady Praelior. Shall I wait until we're clear of the planet to make the communication so it isn't traced here? Is there any engineering specifics you desire? Should I be contacting droid works, vehicle construction, or starship design technicians?"

[member="Camellia Swift"]

"We will need discreet construction supplies and droids. This is for a base on the ground but we do want to hide it from being seen normally. From the looks of what they are doing once we are finished here and the base is fully operational." She was looking at her and transferring information to her datapad on her wrist while the hologram in her palm flicked through several things. Balaya was in the lift while showing it and heading down to the feeding zone of the zoo facility. They had the data on the transformation but now they were observing the feeding habits of the creatures. "We'll feed them and as the rest of the zoo is finished we'll begin to prepare to head out. Communications will be from orbit."

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Camellia nodded as the Sith Zeltron spoke about them exercising caution and acting discretely. Nonetheless, she made notes to herself on who to contact once they broke Tatooine's orbit. From the sounds of it what Lady Praelior wanted were experts on building bases similar to this one for another location, and droids and equipment to do it. "Rendili has some effective diggers produced by our vehicle corporation that we can use to clear the foundation for a new facility wherever you need it Lady Praelior. I can have some of our top technicians sent out after we get off the planet and I can freely send them a message. There is no concern of them fibbing on anything since all my employees have become Croa, their loyalty will prevent security leaks."

Following the giantess down so they could go feed the subjects from all the tests, the Rendili woman kept her thoughts toward success and the future.

[member="Camellia Swift"]

"The foundation already exists, the sith took the world thousands of years ago and it has been there waiting like a frozen tomb for us to return. The sickness on the world is dangerous and something that can be held back for a time. We are looking to build and secure it by each sections. Advanced bioscanners, reinforced doors that will seal like airlocks each room and an air filter system that can protect each area." The lift opened in the room as the Croa were there milling around and some were playing. Balaya was observing what they did when alone and social structure had them all the same. Some were in groups sitting together, other were in piles sleeping and some were trying to catch each other.

The world in question sounded. . . . very dangerous indeed. Which left the Rendili woman wondering, considering just how many worlds there were around the galaxy that were so dangerous to even set foot on. Where toxins and the very air was a threat. While also being largely uninhabited and having some ties to the Sith. Hopefully it wasn't as obvious as it sounded, because while Camellia couldn't think of one such a planet maybe some others could with more knowledge. "Sounds like it will be dangerous work then. So a foundation is prepared makes it easier I suppose. We could begin with construction droids and once a sealed structure is up we can vent its bad air and install the filters with teams in full suits."

That will work, its location within the quarantine zone will create privacy and allow it to be secret." Balaya continued as she motioned and her soldiers were bringing in food that brought the attention of the croa and she started tossing some of it to them. The croa started to move towards it as Balaya held her fist up pressing power on them to make them stay for the moment before she walked to the edge of the containment area. The sounds of other creatures in their small paddocks at the lowest levels came while they were getting fed and Balaya released them. She turned around and snapped allowing them to go from adorable and unassuming to violent and frenzied at the scent of hssiss meat. The darkside tainted creatures providing them with what they needed.

[member="Darth Praelior"]

Quarantine zone? Now the Rendili woman was becoming more and more curious and it was practically painful that the Sith Zeltron was keeping her in the dark on the planet still. Was the world inhabited then? Seemed a tad strange to put a Sith research facility there then, what if the quarantine ended? Although that was put out of Camellia's mind the moment the Sith opened up the area to throw in food for the subjects they were keeping around. In honesty Camellia felt the treatment was a bit inhumane, but it was hard to think or voice such concerns smelling the hssis meat herself considering her own infection drawing her to the darkside aura.

Nonetheless she stayed in place beside the giantess Sith and kept composed. "Will the quarantine last? Are we certain the facility won't be found Lady Praelior?"

[member="Camellia Swift"]

Balaya was walking and looked down at her. "It has lasted for over five thousand years my pet, there is no cure, there is no known way to resist it, it doesn't stop in the cold, it doesn't need to do more then enter your pores and it is very very resilient to even a lightsaber." The lift was open and ready heading up while she overlooked everything now. They had the facility here being finished, there was the one on Rendili, the one over Fallow, Anaxas, Coruscant, Al-Khali and other secret facilities that the Sisterhood were working to create. Experiments at some, the zoo here with others and her hands clasped behind her back. "I doubt it will be found or put in danger so long as we keep the beacons going and stay careful."
