That's just so boring to me. Boba wasn't even that impressive in the first movie, and the blatant fan service of bringing him back is just lame. Lamer than the idea of Darth Maul coming back ever, which at least that played out in AMAZING fashion. I suppose if they could do something good with him on that level then it'd be okay (and honestly character salvaging to me because as far as I'm concerned he kind of sucks). I just don't see that as plausible in these movies, plus I think it'd ultimately be a huge distraction.

I also think it is silly to think that there is some huge rivalry between Boba and Han. Do we really see any evidence of that in the movies? Not really. Also, I see little reason why Boba would necessarily blame Han for falling into the Sarlaac pit anyways. And if he got out as easily as we presume he did, then he definitely would care less that Han happened to hit him into a pit. He seems like more of the individual to blame himself.

Boba was awesome!! Theres so much going on in the background you never notice because you arnt paying attention.

Boba Fett was obviously well respected by the villains in the movie. That little bit showed something about Boba. Boba didnt need awesome fight scenes to show how awesome he was.

Nah. I'm with the no Fett party on this.
I love Fett, he's my main man but he does not need to be in these movies. Yes make mention to him being alive if you want, but I don't feel it would add anything to the story to have him there.

"Oh hey kid, I froze you're dad in carbonite once and sold him to a slug...he accidentally pushed me into a giant bum hole in the dessert though, so all square I guess."

Well he'll be in the 'Battlefront' game again, but as much as he's a respected character, I don't want them bringing back fan favorites across this new trilogy. Be brave enough to introduce new characters like Kylo and Hux etc as we need a new generation of heroes and villains without recycling.

Han, Leia and Luke aside OBVS. :)

Boba Fett is almost as overblown as Revan is.

I think Boba Fett is cool. You don't have to have amazing fight scenes or be constantly blowing everything up to be cool.

Boba Fett didn't really do shit, yes, but that's not why people like him. He got a cult following precisely because of what he didn't do and what we don't know about him. He clearly cultivated a great deal of respect from a few powerful characters in the movie, and it would appear he was something of a ladies' man on top of that, but exactly why he is all of these things is never explained, instead left to the imagination. People like mysterious characters and being able to fill in the blanks themselves. Therefore Boba became popular due to the imaginations of Star Wars fans.

Boba Fett was my character cause he had a jetpack. I mean a freaking Jetpack. When I was kid that cooler then shit.

Plus I got to meet Jeremy Bulloch in London, and yes the signed autograph is made to me personally. With the words "You're Next."
