Story ideas / what comes next

So, we need to move on after the event.

One thing we need to do is get some new admins on the team.

However, we'll worry about that in due course. What do people want to see in terms of stories and threads?

Should we try and pull members in with a new invasion?

I'd love to get to work on the ObKnights.

Make it an event, bring in sort elements, and maybe go something that hasn't been done. We keep tossing the cyberpunk idea around. What if we went and capitalized on that. ACA /IS/ a megacorporation in and of itself, sort of.

Maybe we should see the fallout of the return of the Rapture. We just lost and regained half our population in a few weeks. What will that do to us?

We're a government made from companies. Perhaps we go through a market crash?

Market crash, unemployment rates skyrocket as droids fill in for the lost people?

It would be really interesting, especially if we kind of like NPC smaller companies as well as the larger ones. Like, we have engineering firms that hired out droids but those jobs almost NEED an organic.

But jobs like McYoda or something, that can easily be replaced by a machine? Trickle down effect creates disaster as some of the tech firms are hiring but the blue collar isn't.

As people come back, they've lost jobs, lost loved ones in the chaos. Some companies were hit harder, and shut down. Others have less of a need for the organic workers, and are automating all systems. All the jobs left require an education the poor folk can't afford.

As unemployment skyrockets and the government reals from the disaster, whispers of dissension spread throughout the systems. There's trouble in the winds, and the fate of the Alliance is in the balance. Will it fail?

Only time will tell.

Do you wanna take the reigns on this? Start something up, post it in the faction discussion, Might even be wise to make a note to 'all business owners.' If I understand things, the entire galaxy would be dealing with this.
