Tatooine Meeting with Unexpected People

Salis suspicions grew as the entire station of droids left the deck. Her eyes naturally darted towards the barrier keeping them from the space outside, instinct telling her that was the biggest threat. The force telling her they were under someones sight. She could stand it if they did open the ship, but she wasn't so sure Mike could, unlike her he wasn't wearing a mask.

She felt herself groan as he came right up to her hiding spot, presumably sensing her presence, and saying hi, "What the crap is wrong with you?" she asked, the question had a few meanings. One being why he had gone directly to her though she was hiding, another being what exactly he thought he was doing on this ship.

Mike did not really want to give a answer, He knew that it might kill him, so he thought of a way to get past it. Mike finally knew what to say and he looked upset.

"I am just trying to get some info," said Mike. "Why are you here? Trying to find me?"

Sat in what was his temporary office, Ballen-Ist could not help but shake his head in disappointment. Through the security camera within the hangar, he watched [member="Mike V'Trechen"] depart from the shuttle, almost immediately giving away the presence of what could be his only ally, [member="Salis'] . The boy was not destined to live long, if he kept up with his incredible naivety.

It was time to test them. The Pureblood hadn't had the chance to observe the totality of their fighting skill back on the desert planet, and so now was as good a time as ever. Dropping from the ceiling, a pair of droids nearly two meters in height landed with resounding thuds, standing to their full stature as they approached the two Sith. One of the MagnaGuard's lifted an arm, aligning their wrist with the stacks of crates that their targets currently hid behind. A miniature concussion rocket was ejected, flying forward in an attempt to blast away their cover.

The force projected by [member="Mike V'Trechen"] grasped the missile, altering it's course downward into the ground. It exploded, buffeting the stacked crates with heat and shrapnel.

Just as the smoke began to clear, the two MagnaGuards shrouded, a second missile came surging through the veil. It was much faster this time, still aimed in order to blow away the cover that [member="Salis"] had secured for herself, now along with Mike.

Salis groaned as the droids exited, "Good job." she said sarcastically moving along near the wall, Mike repelled their first missile but they sent another soon after. She moved quickly, lifting lifted her hand to catch the missile and turn it back towards them, and then she moved. Aided by the force she sent herself flying across the dock and overhead sending force lightning ripping towards the two Magnaguards in an attempt to fry them while trying to land on the opposite side, nearer to the blast doors. The lightning was strong, but not her strongest, it was against droids and was meant more for a precision attack then a pure sign of power.

She didn't want to leave Mike behind, yet again she ended up trying to protect him, reaching out to attempt to send the droids flying if they were still standing and adding with a shout, "Either steal a ship or come this way choose NOW." she ordered, attempting to sense as much as she could around them.

The MagnaGuards were fast. Once [member="Salis"] had sent the missile back at them through the smoke, the two burst through it, advancing on their prey. With their sensors and advanced servomotors, evading the projectile was easy for them. The concussive force impacted with the interior wall of the hangar, taking only a small inconsequential chunk out of it.

One target was already on the move, a burst of lightning surging forth to collide with the two robotic combatants. Equipped with electrical capacitance shielding, they were able to endure the Sith's light show, absorbing most of the energy before the shields overheated. This left them vulnerable for a moment, allowing the force throw to successful send the droids tumbling, towards the docked shuttle and [member="Mike V'Trechen"]. They were damaged, struggling to their feet in preparation to attack once more.

Both Salis and Mike would find, if they reached out with their senses, that there were no living crew members in their immediate area. Outside of the blast-doors led towards the turbolift, with only a few corridors that were being patrolled by resounding metallic footfalls.

Mike followed Salis. He respected Salis. Salis and him were good friends that trusted each other. Mike decided that it was time to ignite his red double-bladed lightsaber. He got out his lightsaber, but ignited one end and followed Salis. Mike knew that everyone was about to burn.

This was troublesome, the lack of living beings, they had clearly already been found out, she still had her cloak on her. But her high agility fighting style was rather easy to recognize. She rushed towards the blast doors and reached out, focusing intently, forcing the anger inside her into the locks on the doors. She would clench her fist and shove it to the side attempting to break or release the locks within and shove the doors open so they could start moving through, before she'd do that, she'd turn once more towards the two Magnaguards and sweep her hand to the side attempting to slam the cover she'd had when she was near them into them and crush them, or at least delay them. They seemed particularly durable so she doubted it'd weigh enough to be rid of them. But it might let them get deeper into the ship.

She knew they could only take on so many, but if they could take this battle to their leader, they could try and force them to cease the assault. "Keep on guard, this feels ever so much like a trap to me." she warned.

The blast-doors groaned painfully under the pressure of the force, its lock disengaging after the telekinetic energy had run its course. The energy field did not stop there though, as it was utilized again by [member="Salis"] to sweep the stacked crates across the hangar floor. The large boxes went flying towards the MagnaGuards, successfully hitting one, the weight of the pile pinning it down.

The other MagnaGuard had instead utilized it's repulsor wave emitter, releasing a burst of energy similar to a force push, that had knocked the crates off of their trajectory. It didn't hesitate after that, breaking into a sprint with magnetized feet active, a precaution against being lifted into the air. These droids were designed to fight force-users, learning and adapting the enemy's fighting style as they went.

With a lifted arm, the droid shot forth a grappling line, one that would attempt to slink around the legs of [member="Mike V'Trechen"], in hopes of pulling him in to striking distance. If Salis were to open the blast-doors, she would find an intersecting hallway, with three different paths to choose from. To the left, an empty crew barracks that had been hastily deserted. The middle corridor led towards the opposite hangar, while the right led to the frigate's main turbolift, accompanied by the footfalls of patrolling droids.

Mike went to the droids and tried to kick a head off of one, but he could not destroy it. Mike had a choice. It was either fight them or follow Salis. He saw a grenade on a wall hanger, so Mike used the force to grab the grenade. Immeadiately, he used his lightsaber and cut off the rope. Mike, then, armed it and threw it at the magnaguards. He then tried to Force Dash back. When he was at half way point, he almost tripped. Mike was lucky to get his balance back and he ran to the doors. He found some crates nearby and stacked them where the door used to be.

"Which ever way you want to go, Salis," said Mike. "But, I am not planning to go back out there. Not unless, we find a shut off remote or something."

Well at least she'd gotten one of em down, but the repulser technology was extra concerning. Yet another design to go against force sensitives. The moment they got through the doors she attempted to close them behind them by force, thinking fast, they had two choices here. Hope there were ships they could take in the other hangar, or try and force their way to whoever was in charge. The Crew barracks felt like a complete mistake.

"This, quiet." she said starting to head down the hallway where the turbolift. She hoped if there were any more of those droids that there weren't many. And that the one behind them didn't catch up, she might be able to handle them. But she didn't want it to result in that, she wanted to get to whoever was in charge of this thing.

Seeing as [member="Mike V'Trechen"] had made his way towards the hangar exit, the MagnaGuard decided to give chase. It was able to use it's mechanical strength to push the crates that had been stacked aside, reaching forward with a cold hand to grasp at the boy. The droid was just a moment too late, as [member="Salis"] had used her telekinesis to force the blast-doors shut, sparks and smoke leaking from the crushed metal limb. Muffled robotic curses could be heard on the other side of the door, followed by violent impacts against it's surface.

Even so, the MagnaGuard was trapped, and the two Sith had made it clear of the hangar bay. As they made their way down the middle corridor, the source of the footfalls made themselves present. Four IG-RM droids turned the corner, arms raised as they began to fire from their built-in wrist blasters. Two stood in place at the corridor's bend, layind down covering fire upon the Sith as the other two droids advanced, a glimmering field of blue energy encasing their bodies as the personal energy shields activated.

Mike looked at the droids. He never encountered them before, but figured that there was a first time to do anything. Mike tried to formulate a plan Maybe, he could deflect the blaster fire and aim it at the shield, kinda like a droideka. As he saw the droids firing, he deflected them and somehow the shields weekend.

"Salis," yelled Mike. "You need to deflect the lasers into the droids. When you do that, the shields will weaken. Got it?"

Salis got into a crouch holding her double saber with one blade activated as the four droids showed up, as the rockets came forwards she attempted the same move she'd used with the Magnaguards, twisting them. Though in this tight of quarters, they'd more likely crash into the walls. She didn't have time to try and preform it efficiently. Mike began to try and deflect their blaster back at them, telling her to do the same.

"You can. I have my own ideas." She said, taking on the style of Soresu but mixing it with Ataru and darting towards them, keeping low and trying to deflect blaster as she closed in before reaching out with her free hand sending several daggers telekinetically to slash at the limbs of one of the ones on the right before pulling them back regardless of their effectiveness. Then again reaching out with the force attempting to slam one against the others if she could.

Mike might have a much more long lasting attempt, but Salis preferred to get things over with quickly, and her regular use of Ataru was a partial reason as to why. Trying to outlast an opponent while using such a draining style of fighting was poor planning for her, even if it worked for other people's styles.

Mike looked at Salis in awe. He respected Salis a lot. Salis should have became a master, but Mike knew that she could not accept the responsibility. He just hoped that everything would be fine. While he was thinking, the shield was destoryed. Mike ran up to one of the droids and cut its head. He loves to have heads of his victims. Mike looked at another droid and tried to do the same patern.

With his defensive style, [member="Mike V'Trechen"] was able to deflect the blaster bolts away from himself and Salis, and back into the firing droids as she made her own approach. Her telekinetic projectiles impacted heavily against the shimmering blue shield that coated the droid's metal surface, causing it to fizzle briefly before regaining functionality. The second knife made it through, damaging the leg slightly, causing the droid to falter in it's approach. That was when it was hit by the other beside it, that had also been flung through the force by Salis.

The droids [member="Salis"] faced were dispatched, and now Mike moved in for his attack. The droid with the weakened shield was easily decapitated, it's head rolling away as the body fell. The last droid who loomed over Mike was hit, the energy shield around it absorbing the majority of the strike's kinetic force. Still, it deactivated, Mike's burning blade of plasma settling into the armor plates around it's neck. Smoke and sparks of electricity began to jet out of the exposed and damaged area, though the droid still moved, swinging an arm out in a last act of defiance. It attempted to slam into Mike's torso, with force that would likely send him to the ground if successful.

The attacks had apparently mostly served their purposes, however she recognized an attack on Mike as he attacked one of them nearly getting rid of it as he had one before. She didn't go to defend him, it wasn't a deadly attack she believed, rather she brought her saber forwards attempting to split its head off from the other end so it would connect with where Mike's had landed, making the cut far easier she hoped.

They needed to find the source, whoever had done this, it was starting to feel alarmingly like a test. She didn't sense any incredibly fear, nor had she heard or sensed any ships departing, which to her meant whoever was in charge either felt they had already taken care of the two, or was still watching them. Observing.

Mike got pushed to the ground. The droid got on top of his back. Mike tried to get up, but the droids feet is hurting him. He is hurting very badly. Mike knew that there was only one person that could save him.

"Salis!" yelled Mike. "Help!"
