Your 50 troops on hover bikes cost points for the vehicles. Each hover bike would cost about 5 troops. Which would bring your total up to 250 for the bikes alone.

Not yet, but there's plenty of time. I think people are enjoying setting the scene with their military units so far Doesn't count for the invasion, but it's still fun!
