What about a specific role for some members (only suggesting):
Head Librarian: Phylis Alince
Keeper of the Holocrons:
Headmaster of Academy:
And so on??????

I would suggest Matsu for keeper of the holocrons as that was usually a master and she is the second top librarian of the order.

Headmaster of Academy: @Rasu Gan (If everyone is alright with a Knight taking this position)

A leading Shadow position(rework the name) : Available

Head of Exploration Corps (Rework the name) : Available

As for the Jedi Shadows, I’m not very pleased with them. Other Masters are better disposed to have them working for them. I do not organise assassins or death squads.

Well @[member="Phylis Alince"], I've been training for nearly forty years as a Jedi, I find that I am reasonably knowledgeable in many fields, (Lightsaber combat, Force techniques, etc...) What would qualifications would you like to see? I can backdown if you would prefer someone else.

Currently Tefka took those reigns by making the shadows slightly different. Though he is moving on since the faction has a strong foundation. Though Selena and Syn are the top shadows on the council
