It wasn't that Silus did not hear him, it was more so that he did not care for what the other Devaronian had to say. After all, he had shown distaste for Silus and in all probability underestimated him. Nevertheless, his eyes turned just in time to see [member="Adan Jax"] make his approach. Silus shot out his hand, taking control of the force as he attempted to apply telekinetic power to Adan and send his charge off course just as he began to put his shoulder forward. The simple maneuver wouldn't take much effort, as it was a redirection and would lead Jadan to slam into the very same control panel that the captain had flown into. If it didn't work, Silus would be pummeled, if it did work, Silus would gain control and dis-ignite his saber and place it back onto his utility belt.
