Invasion The Liberation of Ossus [Republic vs. Sith Empire]

Jedi Library,
Stair case.

The words of Daella like as ever where short and sweet. Directing the young Florin as he saw fit and now it was his time to finally show that he could help. He had to stop the battle meditation, it was too taxing on the body and the mind with so many strong force signatures around him. Although it was a honourable effort in his defence the boy just didn't have the stamina that was all. Yet he wouldn't give up trying to establish that connection yet he couldn't because the few strike troopers that stayed behind was now getting overrun by sith troopers that were now trying to reclaim some of the lost area. Florin stood up part his hair over his shoulders and breathed in, calling upon his blade he ignited the lightsabre and the silver energy hissed before thinking to himself how would he overcome the advancing troops. He exhaled again and looked around the room, trying to find anything to give him a tactical advantage yet there was none it looks like he would need to engage in straight out combat.

The soldiers were dying and he could not take it anymore, overcome by the emotions he jumped into the battle, the hissing of his blade zooming through the air as his feet and body danced around the sith. Hacking and slashing, blood splattered across the floor and on him, the republic soldiers all but dead as two sith remained. Florin looked at the two remaining sith, emotions flaring through his eyes as the fire within had finally been lit. He did not seek remorse for what he was about to do; a simple dash and a slide followed by his lightsabre travelling through the thick armor of the blade due to the force of which he strung out not because he was physically superior. It was science really, using the motion of his movement against his enemy as they both were sliced into two separate halves. His robes covered in blood as tears rolled down his face yet he was not crying; he had finally killed someone after all this time he had finally eradicated fully part of the evil. Innocence was lost at this point and thus Florin marched on through the room following where Daella went, he projected an aura calamity.

He could sense a group of jedi up ahead and soon he would realise, towering the spiral stairs he meet Daella, and two other jedi he hadn't meet. But then there was Meta a person he didn't know personally but many knew of the person named Meta who was but a padawan summoned to the council's side. After all children did spread rumours and of course, Flo heard it through the grape vine. He spoke his voice cutting through the thick air, "I wonder if these ruins still hold the scrolls that detail sentient history."

He sighed, he didn't really know how to make conversation and this was war so why was he even trying use small talk here...? He spoke again this time in a more urget matter, as the blood of the fallen republic soliders was on his hands from before. He wasn't strong enough to protect them, he was weak. "I'm sorry Daella, and everyone I couldn't protect the others that were left with me."

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra closed her eyes at Balaya enhanced her with the Sith alchemical power, then watched as the Jedi attempted to send a wave of force energy at Balaya. Without a second thought her feet pushed off the ground from where she stood and she darted forward, her sabers flying to her hands and ignitting as she brought both down in an overhead strike at Marek, her attempt was merely a distraction this time as she knew such a strike would easily be blocked.

After Daella dealt with @[member="Yasuo"]’s cut, however he allowed her to do it, she turned out to see the chaos surrounding them once more.

When @[member="Florin Armetta"] returned to the staircase, Daella turned to the boy and listened to what he had to say. Her reply was simply, “Then live to make their sacrifice worth it.

Not even a second later, Daella then gestured toward the rest of the group, some of which were kneeling. Daella looked over those that had gathered and examined each. She looked toward the Library. Several more seconds passed as Daella kept her eyes at the ancient ruins.

Then, Daella looked back at the group before her. With her eyes on Yasuo, Daella said, “If you can’t continue, I’ll find a way to get you to safety.

To the rest, Daella shifted her gaze to them and told them. “And those that can fight, we’ll be going into the ruins. Our mission lies within.

Yusan remained motionless still, his eyes watching the entrance and those standing in it. @[member="Marek S'hadar"], Balaya Zambrano, and Alexandra Shadowstalker. Of course Yusan didn't know any of their names, but to him they were all the same, nothing more than cratures he would let kill eachother. Then there was someone who looked faintly familiar, @[member="Daella Apparine"] for a moment shook the hold that the insanity had on him, but for no longer than a moment as he immediately after catagorized her as a Sith just like the rest of those around him. He only waited now for them to kill eachother off while he rested himself, what ever was inside was his true target and he would see it dealt with. Though it took every ounce of the clouded minds focus to not charge into the frey or attack Daella Apparine as she helped @[member="Yasuo"], to him everyone around him was Sith afterall and must be exterminated.

Jedi Library
Entrance

The Jedi he had asked seemed to be preoccupied with someone he had met long ago, a rival or an old enemy, Yasuo didn't really know. What he did know however was that there were more Jedi coming to the Entrance of the Library. He was kind of thankful for that, since it would mean that the Master who was probably currently fighting whatever was inside that building would get some back up and some people you can rely on are always good to have around. When the Jedi came closer he noticed it was the Jedi who had made the great speech before they had left for Ossus. She seemed to be completely focused on the great battle and that was, in a way, good. It would mean that she was fighting at her peak efficiency, unlike him, he still ha to fight with himself slowly turning unconscious from all the blood he had lost. Then the Jedi said something he couldn't quite understand and pointed her Lightsaber at his leg. It was clear she wanted to disinfect and close off the wound with her Lightsaber, which was a very good idea. Yasuo cursed himself for not coming up with something similar earlier, it would have saved him quite a lot of trouble. His thoughts were interrupted by the pain that was caused by the Jedi's Lightsaber and he tried not to let out a cry of pain. After a couple of moments the pain stopped and the Jedi Knight pulled away her Lightsaber. ''Thank you very much, ma'am.'' He said to her, before she turned to one of the Jedi that had followed her.

He tried to walk a couple of meters. It hurt a lot at first, but after a bit the pain slowly went away and only left behind a shadow of it's former intensity. He was thankful for that, because it meant he could try to once again enter combat and if things got too hairy he would just try to get away and let someone else take over his place. So he looked around the battlefield, looking for someone he could stand against. Most of the people had very strong Force signatures, but there was one that wasn't as powerful as the rest. He looked for exactly that person and then he saw the Jedi he had asked earlier getting attacked by a woman. He recognized that woman as the one who he had sensed before. He slowly but surely made his way towards her, looking to help the Jedi fight her and the tall Sith near her. The duel would not be easy, after all he was still wounded, but he could avert the attention of one of the Sith towards him and away from the Jedi, so that he could fight more effectively.

Iella only smiled at Hawk's comment, they are indeed useful in situation like these, she only wished she had another to aid him. "Hawk be ready, we are going into the Library from this position, stay close and keep your concentration to the force", she advised.

The Ossus jungle had reclaimed this area, The Sith leaving it to nature whims it seemed and this would aid them now. Iella moved toward the library remain thick in the undergrowth for cover from sight. If there are Sith in the area they would only sense Hawk, unless they sighted her. But she would not let that happen to the best of her ability. Moving quickly, the thrill of the fight still pumping in her blood she relished the idea of finding something to try and stop them. She wanted it in fact, she could feel the darkside now close at hand and the dragon lurked.

It did not take long and she stood at the west side entrance to the Library. Searching through the force, she sensed many life forms within it. And a lot of anomalies .. strange unsual things in the force roaming about the place within the library. She moved inside and began to proceed toward them, she sense a powerful presence a Sith of great strength. However, still she continued to walk the ruined library.

He pulls out his blaster. He didn't think his training lightsaber would be much use in this situation. "All right. Let 's go." He stays to her. He could sense the darkness all around. This place seem tainted with the dark side. It almost made him want to turn around and get out of there. He took a breath to steady himself.

Walked into the ruin library next to Iella. An animal dart out from behind a fallen over piece of furniture. Acting quickly Hawk blasts it. He rolls his eyes. He had just killed a squirrel. "That was a dangerous creature." He mutters to himself. "Killer squirrel."

Saran' s energy was back. And that meant one thing: her debt would be paid in full.
Leaping to the side as one of the gurag struck, and in a flash of blue, lost his hand. It howeled and pulled back, but Saran struck again. The last thing that went through it's mind was her blade.
Startling when @[member="Tyr-Kyr Magnus"] called her name, the whirlwind stopped as she glanced at him. The wound was painful, and if not cared for, deadly. Turning back to @[member="Eenes Kokad"], she asked "If I deal with these, can you heal him?"

Vulpesen continued to eye the ethereal shadow, until a sense of desperation and pain came to him through the force. It seemed to pierce through his concentration and his eyes widened as he recognized that feeling. He himself had held it on the battle of Hapes. Buried, beaten, and forgotten, that had been one of his darkest hours and he was not about to let another Padawan go through that same thing. Turning quickly on his heels, Vulpesen dashed from the room with only a few simple words to @[member="Darc Xavior Talus"]. "Good luck, I'll be around if you need me."

As he exited the temple, he clicked into his comlink. "I need a med evac to my destination now!" After relaying the general idea of where @[member="Tyr-Kyr Magnus"] was, he allowed his comm channel to be tracked by the team who then sped away to help him. That sense of grief had nearly turned Vulpesen to the darkside, and though he doubted this person was as close to evil as he had been, it was not a memory he would like for anyone to relive for him.

Iella moved closer to the centre of the library, she could sense a large concentration of the darkside as she stood on the threshold of a chamber. She could also sense Hawk's nervous energy as he shot at a defenseless creature. Iella is feeding on this nervous energy letting it fuel her longing for the fight. "Lets not draw unwanted attention to ourselves", she said, wanting the element of surprise to be their advantage.

Nearing the presence of the darkside, Iella looked into the large room,
her eyes falling on a group of beings she had never actually seen before, but she knew of them, Ethereal Slaves, moving around the room, standing between her and what appeared to be two men. These beings appeared as if shadows of the darkness itself. But she knew them not be this, they are spawn and made of flesh. However, they are formidable but not without their weaknesses.

"Stay behind me, they are not aware of us yet, and get those thermal detenators ready". she whispered.

Osuss|Jedi Academy|Wounded&Searching

Tyr-Kyr lurched forward falling to one knee. It was her, and she appeared to be in better shape than him at the moment. A slight chuckle escaped his lips as he thought of how worried he had been that she would die before he wound her, but now it was him that knocked on deaths door. At least he had been able to know for sure she was ok before he had lost all his strength. At least he had completed his mission. His vision began to blur just as the two Jedi seemed to acknowledge his presence. He could only pray he would receive aid in time.

Kaine rose from his rouching position, twirled his lightsaber around casually as he switched it from his left hand to his right hand. "Most impressive, you fight with the Dark Side. Tell me, why do you stand on the side of these dogs? Stand down, and join me in driving them from this world." He angled his crimson blade at Darc, the emerald of his eyes giving way to the sulfuric yellow so common among Sith who were giving further into the Dark Side. It swarmed around him like a tempest, drenching the chamber in a sickening wave of darkness that to a normal man would make him rather nauseous. "Join me, and we can destroy them here and now."

@Darc Xavios Talus

Vulpesen's speed, enhanced with the force was enough to get him to @[member="Tyr-Kyr Magnus"] after only a few minutes. The Med-Evac would arive soon, but for the moment it was up to him and the near by padawans. Placing his hand over the wounds, Vulpesen focused himself in the force to begin mending the injury. "Did you win?" As he continued to fix Tyr-Kyr's wounds, he also sent calming waves to the boy through the force, dulling the pain and keeping him at ease.

Osuss|Jedi Academy|Being Healed

Tyr-Kyr had not believed he would make it to see another day. Blood seeped from the hole in his armor, and while it was not a fatal strike the immense amount of blood he had began to lose after the battle meditation had wore off put him in bad shape. He tried to rise off his knee but quickly fell back to the ground, only this time he crumpled to the lush forest floor. His eyes began to close and his consciousness waned, however; just as the darkness began to embrace.him he felt it.

He didn't know who his savior was,.nor did Tyr-Kyr care. His head was fuzzy and his eyes refused to focus despite his efforts suddenly a voice cut through the darkness. "Did you win?" It asked. Had this person known about his fight with the Sith. Was it Saran? Too many questions filled Tyr-Kyr's mind only confusing him greater. In response to the voice's question Tyr-Kyr did not speak, instead he lifted his hand into the air still clutching the blood stained lightsaber belonging to the Sith before letting his hand drop back down. The healing energy filled Tyr-Kyr and he slowly began to regain his focus, perhaps it wasn't too late after all.

The wave of darkness spread around the room. An environment he was normally accustom to by nature as the energy gathered and vacuumed towards his presence. The shi'ido melded with it absorbing and consuming its power like a charging battery. A torrent of energy gusted around him as time began to slow again. A blur and after shadows trailed him as he launched upwards with the will of the Force into a elegant corkscrew and concentrated a massive Force aided stomp onto the ground they stood. The focused impact created a seismic shockwave, expanding a tremor across the foundation of the Great Jedi Library.

"I can try."
Eenes left @[member="Saran Drast"] to finish the monster @[member="Tyr-Kyr Magnus"] had disabled with his blast, and knelt beside @[member="Vulpesen"]. "Is he alright? Do you have him stabilized?" She looked at the padawan that she had seen fight a Sith, and win. "I would have come to help him, but... the monsters..." There was no excuse for her tardiness. She had healed Saran, she should have come to heal Tyr-Kyr.

Karsh Lithern

The Living Mutation
Outskirts of battle, near the Jedi Academy Ruins
Karsh gently sets down his AEG-77 Vigo in a pit dug out by the onslaught. He quickly checks his scanners and sends a message to the rest of the crew for reassurance; no one knows he's here. Yet.

On his way here he had researched the planet, assessing how long he would be able to fight before the planets pressure would begin to drag him down. He estimates that he can last four hours before the effects of this planet's atmosphere are too much. He doesn't need to check his gear - he keeps very little on him. He drags out the ancient Geonosian Speeder from his cargo hold that he picked up before coming here. With a wave of his gray, callosed hand, the bay door opens. Stepping out, Karsh takes a second to adjust to the air, and then turns around to put a feeble, but almost useless cloak on his ship. "These dumb Jedi should never see it," he thinks to himself. Taking his place on his speeder (which was slightly upgraded to reduce the noise), draws up his hood, and starts on his way to the old Jedi Academy.

Saki felt the shockwave and moved, in her flurry as found herself near Iella and Hawk as she jumped up and about slammed her fist into the floor. This was a fight that for the moment seem to be going in their favor while the rest were handling the armies outside. She wasn't worried about the ones inside as now she was here with Iella and all the dangerous power that meant. Between the two of them they could carve a swath through with their speed and furious flurries but she stopped for a brief moment. Letting her muscles heave from the thrill and slightly tremble. "Come on princess, time to show why you have those skills."

JEDI TEMPLE RUINS
STAIRCASE

Meta nodded his head and clenched his saber in his hand, still active incaseof enemy forces. @[member="Daella Apparine"] stood a few metres ahead of Meta on the staircase. "I'm ready." Meta replied, the turmoil of war and the force growling maliciously in his stomach. He made his way up the steps to Daella, stopping a step ahead of her. "Is anyone else coming?" Meta felt impending doom. Was the Sith emperor ahead? Could they face him? Meta was unwary of what lay ahead, however he was ready to face it. Meta studied his surroundings, taking in the overgrowth. "Unless I already mentioned, the academy has been taken. However a large battle has erupted outside." Meta thought it was worth taking note of. He tensed his body and mind, awaiting the physical and mental onslaught ahead.
