The Stream is Silver (Matsu)

Ultimatum was glad that pretty much everything had been sorted out. He could put that part of his mind at ease and move onto more personal matters. He had a few questions that did not relate to the business, which he had waited for until the important part of the conversation had been finished. He looked a little sheepish, definitely not a normal appearance for himself as he questioned, "If you do not mind me asking. What is your affiliation with the Jedi, beyond making things business wise for them?"

"I am a jedi master within the order." THere was a great deal more always but why should they say every little thing. Matsu was more then happy to present the droid with the warehouse as well as some of the other places within the planet. All the work they had been doing and she was standing there with her hands at the ready to work on mre things. "Though I am usually training and in the lab more then business. We don't charge and try to get what people need over what we need. So far as a business model it has worked fairly well."

Ultimatum nodded to himself, indeed that seemed like an excellent business model, it was unfortunate that few companies could actually use this without falling apart. He knew that without at least trading resources his company would not stand. It just the organic need to have compensation, he could not create the simplest droid without at some point dealing with an organic. He did not have a base that could construct computer parts, some of the materials required for that were not available on Mustafar. That was one of the reasons he was working on expanding to other planets, to become more self-sufficient. Then if someday he decided to sell products to organics then he could keep prices lower than other companies that had to buy supplies from others.

Until that day though, he was fine with working alongside organics. Especially those that seemed more in control of themselves. He had heard of the Jedi, he had only met one and that one had had a somewhat special condition. However, he had heard that most Jedi were very controlled beings. "That is astounding. Do the Jedi support this company then?"

"I have some jedi who support it, we make them things and they rely less on governments who would demand things. Doesn't always work but it can help and teach a few things, more so then some of the other plans." She had seen some of the orders that didn't have a way to fund themselves trying to keep peace with well ships that broke down or fell apart from the stresses of the job and wear and tear was dangerous to their health... which can't protect people if your ship is going to blow up after jumping to hyperspace.... It just there was a point where you had to focus on yourself and getting the means to do for others. "They help out and while not needing a salary work with the ones who do just as a way to foster comradely and friendship. Then we make nice things to try and help where and when we can."

It sounded very much like an effective company, unconventional but better for it. He looked forward to working with them in the future. As a droid he was inclined to seeing things as always heading towards some greater goal. All the workings of his company, all the time spent moving information and resources all played to a goal that he had chosen. All the work that was accomplished on Mustafar was designed to push forward to this end plan. Yet even Ultimatum's plan was itself simply part of some greater scheme, one that he had put together. Unlike most organics he was looking for the betterment of the galaxy and all within it, specifically to save everything from the dangers that the conflicts this time had created.

"I believe that this will be a most enjoyable work relation between our two companies. I am glad to have met you and I hope that we meet again in the future. If you ever require some help from Mustafar, LOOM, or myself please let me know and I will be there." Unfortunately niceties would need to be cut short, he had received a message from Legion on Mustafar that some issues had come up with preparing the materials required for the expansion his company was planning. Mimban was soon hopefully going to have a mining facility and factory in LOOM's name upon it. Nothing too big, but something to begin establishing a presence, one closer to the Jedi worlds. If he had to run from the Sith he could escape there before making his way into Republic or Jedi space, maybe. "Forgive my abruptness I have been called and will need to take my leave. It has been an absolute pleasure and I hope that you enjoy yourself." He waited to leave, it was polite and the few moments would probably not lead to any long term effects.

Matsu looked at him and yes it was time to go while she had a grin on her face before he announced he had to leave and she bowed her head. "Very well, thank you for everything and this will need to be revisited later." Well mostly to properly get the facility on Mustafar set up as well as some of the traded droids. For now she could return to the ship and the hibridium crystals to start working on it the way she had planned. To get the better sevtions of equipment and cloaks for Corvus. The jedi master was ready with the others there as her attention drifted to Harmony who displayed all the things she needed back at the ship. "Alright lets begin."
