The Crow
Character
Cawrion sat in silence while the other got a bit acquainted, then Azalyn asked for his name, or nickname and he was a little disappointed. Surely she should have known who he was now, surely she had checked him out a little before she took contact. But then again, she hadn’t said she was a member when she first approached so maybe she just didn’t know. “Firstly, as I sent you a and the rest a message last night about these changes. But it doesn’t matter anyways as there will be no reduction in pay for you or the others. Late last night I got a message from our second Mandalorian, sadly he has gotten himself some other things to occupy his time with, but it doesn’t matter, with our newest addition you’ll be fine with just two.”
He paused for a bit, looked Azalyn in her eyes and said “I do believe we both have friends with suits, or that is what my contact tells me at the very least, I am sure you have heard about the nice bar the Little Cabana Dive. It should now be filled with people in black ties largely thanks to me… But Raven it is for you then, I thought a different bird would catch your interest, like a falcon for example”
He had now given her more than enough hints as to where their histories had intertwined indirectly before this so he was confident that she now knew who he was. He was unwilling to use her full name because she herself didn’t want others to know it. He respected that. “It is off course very likely that you and me Raven will run in to each other again, it shouldn’t take too long. This also means that I actually do trust both your capabilities and trustworthiness, for if you should do something against me our mutual friends will not be happy and since you are friends with them I know that you have skills.”
He smiled at her, in no other way then friendly, he was after all serious, their connection to The Black Ties meant that they both were essentially on the same team, or at the very least on the same side of the line.
He looked towards the door expectantly “Seems we are almost ready to go, only waiting for the last one”
