You can try, but generally he'd just revert to perhaps a few degrees higher than ambient temperature lol Beskar has some lovely heat diffusion abilities.

I thought it would be less conductive, more like Invar as the more reactive it is to heat. The more the expansions their is, the more likely it would break under an attack from lightsaber.

Actually, beskar'kandar is canonically "nearly impervious" to lightsabers. Also, the reason why beskar is lightsaber resistant is because it has a really high melting point. I've read novels where blaster fire does nothing except impact on beskar (kinetic impact still gets through. It's kinda like wearing ballistic armor and getting shot. You're alive, but there's gonna be a bruise) and where lightsabers spend a looooong time to cut through beskar and burn out the seemingly infinite power pack of the lightsaber itself.
