The changes would be entirely on when an admin or RPJ felt like doing them, as well, it wouldn't be difficult to add a disclaimer that the prefix isn't guaranteed on the approval of new items.
It's important to remember that there are about...7 Tier 6 companies and I can only think of two off the top of my head that are actually active. I'm not trying to create a new bylaw for Admins, RPJ's, and FJ's to live by, I just want to add a neat little gimme for people who have undoubtedly worked and contributed.
In the end tho, 'tis up to you. This isn't a must, just a neat idea
