Glanced over and looked at her. "Miss?" He stood up and walked over, maybe she was just over tired or something. He got closer and didnt notice her breathing, just to be sure thought he checked her breathing and for a pulse.

Carliah was breathing but her pulse was extremely rapid. Her heart would be beating at a rate of 170 beats per minute if Yusan were to count it.@[member="Yusan Fenn"]

Yusan wasnt sure what to do so best thing he did do is start talking. "Hey Miss, come on and wake up." He took her shoulders and sat her up straight, still unsure what to do. @[member="Carliah Dakrone"]

After about 10 minutes Carliah reached up and grabbed Yusan's wrist. "Please don't shake me... And don't call me 'Miss'."

He stared at her but didnt question her. He placed his hand on hers and slowly peeled it off his hand. "Sorry, what would you rather i call you?"

 

[Carliah Dakrone]

"How about my name? You know, Carliah." She blushed alittle when she realized how close he was.@[member="Yusan Fenn"]

Yusan nodded as he made a mock expression, faking him being in deep thought. "I dont know, Carl sounds better." He grinned at her, helping her calm down as he collapsed in the area beside her. His eyes drifted to the ceiling as he stared at it and thought to himself. @[member="Carliah Dakrone"]

Carliah blushed and slid over on the couch a little bit. She was unused to people paying attention to her for any reason other than to cause her harm. She tilted her head forward, hoping her hair would hide her face.@[member="Yusan Fenn"]

"So what brought you to Coruscant in the first place, i mean im pretty sure people dont come here for a better life and its not exactly a great vacation place." His eyes remained on the ceiling as he thought over things still, talking and thinking. He had heard a word once for such a thing, doublethink. @[member="Carliah Dakrone"]

"I didn't exactly plan out where I was going to when I left. I was running away from home and I just jumped on the first ship I saw... Well I didn't see the ship but I saw the people in and around it." Carliah was still blushing and avoided looking at Yusan.

Yusan nodded and looked at her, noticing the attempt at hiding her face and shrugging it off as he leaned back on the couch and closed his eyes. "Well your welcome to stick around for a while or leave, that is completely up to you."

"You... You really don't mind if I stay?" she asked, looking at him. She was still blushing heavily but she was too surprised to care.

Glanced over at her, a sidelong glance that didnt require for him to turn his head much more than a centimeter and allowed him full view of her. "Yes, you can stay as long as you need i see no reason for you not to. And if your looking for work or something, i need a assistant and a bodyguard, i do believe you've proven your capable enough." @[member="Carliah Dakrone"]

"I'll gladly take the job. I can't stay here without repaying you in some way." She smiled at him before tilting her head, a slightly confused look on her face. "Where am I gonna sleep?"@[member="Yusan Fenn"]

"Take the bed, i dont sleep much now a days, i meditate at night to keep myself focused." He left his glance lingering on her, he was curious at her excitement.

"Really? I can have the bed?" She continued to smile. It had been years since she had been able to sleep indoors, let alone in a bed.@[member="Yusan Fenn"]

"Go right ahead, i see no reason for you not to." He returned his glance to the ceiling, his mind back to thinking on something.

Carliah smiled and without thinking, hugged Yusan. After a few minutes she realize what she was doing and jumped up off the couch, knocking into a table place in front of it and falling. She was blushing heavily once again. "I'm sorry!" She tilted her head towards the floor once again, hiding her face behind her hair.

He smiled and slowly rose from the couch, walking around the table with slow strides before stoping beside her and holding out his hand. His smile remained on his face mixed with a carefree and calm expression. "Its perfectly ok Carliah, you were just happy is all." @[member="Carliah Dakrone"]

Blushes and looks up, taking his hand and allowing him to pull her up. "Why are so nice to me? No one else ever was?" She was unaware that she had said the words allowed.
