"Uh,huh. Not today buster!" which was a hilarious considering the delicate -- or rather enthusiastic -- situation they had participated in just a few hours ago.

"Here we go." the desert world bloomed ahead of them a dark ochre color. There were streaks with visible bands at different latitudes. Further data indicated that a few of those were rather violent storms.

Their shuttle gave a shudder, hitting the thermosphere.

"Might end up looking like a meteorite." that thought amused her, guiding the shuttle to the coordinates her husband had pointed out.

"Hold on, might get a bit of turbulence.

Soliael made sure that the strap across his chest was secure, not wanting to fly about the middle of the cabin in case there was just a bit more turbulence than you might expect. His fingers wrapped around the side of the seat as the shuttle began to shake.

They broke through the clouds a few seconds later, a powerful gust of wind shaking them for a few moment. "Apparently the weather doesn't want to cooperate with us today."

Soliael said as he observed a flash of lightning jump across the clouds. He frowned for a moment. Thunderstorms wouldn't be too much issue for a shuttle like this, not during landing, but if the storm got any worse when they wanted to leave they might encounter a few issues. He frowned and then glanced out the viewport again, seeing the mountainous canyons quickly getting closer and closer. Hiding the shuttle there would be their best bet.

They'd have to walk a bit, but that was alright.

" You think?" well at least Devin always had his humor. The turbulence made her voice vibrate when she spoke, another quip and the Lorrdian blonde added.

"You know if the auto pilot could have taken it..." a suggestive twinkle came to her eyes. Okay, who was the incorrigible one between the two anyways? Both were equally terrible.

"Then again with our luck, your bare butt would slap against one of my piloting controls and then because of your curse, we'd crash!" anther shudder and a shake. Tiny bits of grit and sand slammed against the view-port. Visibility was rather poor, and it seemed it was only getting worse.

"Switching to instruments."

He glanced at his wife and smiled. "So what you're saying is, it would've been your fault."

That was of course not at all what Kira was saying. It was more accurate to say that she was suggesting that neither of them had a tendency to care for safety when they were...enjoying each other. It was just who they were a byproduct of their mutual admiration and love.

You couldn't blame them.

"You can't keep your hands off me for five seconds." He said with a shake of his head. "Auto-pilot."

Soliael let out a 'pssssssssh'. "Get your mind out of the gutter for five seconds! I'm more than just a fancy vibrator you know!"

"What?!" Kira cried out incredulously, turning to face him but for a second before the shuttle gave another shudder. Immediately, the woman snapped her attention back towards the instruments and their course.

"Don't even. You are the one who can't help keeping his hands off of me, bud!" she tossed right back at him. "Might I remind you of what you were doing when you supposedly needed my tiny hands to help fix the shuttle?" a pfft half snort followed.

"I bet you were just planning it all along so that --" another shudder and a sudden dip. These winds were not just playing around. "'--it was a trap!"

[member="Kira Talith"]

"I did no such thing." He told her quite simply. "I did need your hands to fix the shuttle."

His were too big to get at the smaller systems. He could have used the force of course, simply twisting what he needed with a simple thought, but that didn't need to be mentioned in that moment. Mostly because it would help Kira win the 'argument' they were having.

"You were the one wiggling that rear in my face the whole time!" Soliael insisted.

"What was I supposed to do?" There was distress in his tone. "I was just following very clear directions."

He let out a 'tsk' and a shake of his head. "Clearly you were trying to seduce me."

"You're lying through your teeth, buckaroo." Kira tossed back at him, her right hand quickly dialing and adjusting a few of the piloting instruments. With the added cover of darkness and this storm, they were going in without little risk of observation, but with a higher risk at complications midflight.

"I was not wiggling anything!" she gasped, turning quickly towards her husband only to snap her attention back.

"Oh please, you think me simply bending over is trying to seduce you!" she added, rolling her eyes despite the twitch at the corner of her mouth. A few more thousand meters and they would be close to ground to land.

[member="Kira Talith"]

"It is!" Soliael insisted.

There was a weird truth to that. He loved his wife dearly after all, more than anything in the galaxy. He found her to be utter perfection. Even after all of these years, after all of this time, Kira was still the most beautiful woman in the galaxy to him.

There was no one that could even hold a candle to her, not for Soliael. "Even now you tempt me, you vixen."

Soliael said as he slowly leaned over.

"You see? I can't control myself." A warm hand suddenly slipped beneath the hem of her robe and up her stomach. "Look what you're doing to me! Controlling me through the force!"

She would feel a slight stroke of his fingers over the rolls of her chest. "AHHHHHH STOP IT!"

He was the victim here clearly.

“Oh, would you--” another shudder and the shuttle gave a small swerve port. “Gah!” Kira cried out. It was hard to pay attention at piloting the shuttle with the ancient false god taking advantage and trying to get all handsy again. Well not trying as much as succeeding.

“Oh beans!” the blonde added, flashing aquamarine eyes over at the Talith. It was hard to try and give him the typical ‘mom’ look when he was doing what he was --

“Oh, will you stop that! I am not controlling you through the Force!” the chuckle and laugh didn’t do much regarding making her at all menacing.

“I need to land this thing before you cause us to crash, you butt!”

[member="Kira Talith"]

"IT'S NOT ME!" Soliael insisted, his fingers curling in a gentle squish.

The shuttle would of course need to be landed still, that was sort of unavoidable, especially in this storm, so slowly Soliael managed to pull himself free of the hem of Kira's robe, throwing himself back against the chair almost a bit too violently.

"BY THE FORCE!" The former Sith Lord exclaimed. "IT'S MORE POWERFUL THAN ANYTHING I EVER EXPERIENCED."

He was 'wrenched back' towards Kira, pulled against her, this time his hand falling over her clothes.

"No! Stop! Bad Kira!" Furious jiggling occurred.

"WOULD YOU JUST QUIT IT!" the outburst came with a snort of laughter that turned into a cry of, "Oh beans!"

Kira had to overcompensate, driving a bit too far starboard for that. "Get back you!" she batted his hand away, instant 'mom' look following through.

"No! You sit!" she insisted, turning back to the piloting console as she went through the final checks before landing.

"Let me land this thing!"

[member="Kira Talith"]

Soliael took his other hand and made a show of pinning his arm to the chair. "I'll try."

He told her, struggling against his own weight.

"The control is strong though." He let out a grunt filled with effort. "Hurry."

His fingers wiggled. "Not sure how long I can hold it. You say you want to land the ship...but....arrrrrrgh."

Soliael's hand suddenly reached up, jumping towards Kira before Soliael 'caught' it and dragged himself back.

“I swear you are worst than the kids!” Kira cried out in exasperation. Exasperation she couldn’t quite use to hide her amusement. One could never have imagined that Neth the Keeper was this buffoon, trying to cop a feel from his wife while in a shuttle, being as ridiculous as they came.

“How do you think Esme would react to your behavior!” Yes, have him focus on the kids. Maybe that would work from him trying to get under her shirt again.

The big lug.

“Five seconds until touch down.” The Lorrdian Jedi Master added, guiding the controls amidst the dust storm. Visibility wasn’t the best, but if they ever wanted to get to the village with little risk of discovery, this was it.

“Three, two… there we go.” The shuttles landing struts hit the ground, crunching against rock. They had landed among a canyon of sorts, which was driving her sensors a bit crazy.

[member="Kira Talith"]

He let out a deep breath, as if he was finally able to relax after days of fighting. "MY BEHAVIOR?"

Soliael bellowed, incredulous.

It was all him of course, Kira didn't actually have any control of him. He was pretty that even if she wanted to she wouldn't be able to control him in such a way. Oh sure she was strong in the force, but she would have to have pretty minute control to actually make him do anything of what he had just acted through. Then again, theorizing on that didn't really matter, mostly because he could keep it to himself and keep blaming his wife for his antics.

"You did it!" He claimed. "You controlled me through the force!"

There was shock in his voice. "How dare you accuse an innocent, handsome man like me."

He waggled his finger at her.

"Better watch it lady." There was a slight shake of the shuttle as they landed. "I'll call the authorities."

"Baloney!" Kira was quick to quip back, another roll of her eyes at the Talith for his behavior. Really, he was incorrigible! Another shake of her blonde head and then they were done.

"Going through shut off procedures." a peek over at her husband and the Lorrdian Jedi Master used her most commanding mom voice. "Okay you, go check out what we have to deal with out there. "

Her hand went drifting over the controls, shutting off the engine. As its whine waned, the woman considered what they would have to do to protect the shuttle and ensure that they don't get lost out there.

"If this dust storm is too crazy, we may not be able to go to the village. Last thing we need is to get lost."

[member="Kira Talith"]

Soliael was already ahead of her, the safety straps across his chest removed and his feet ringing against the metal bulkhead of the ship as he wandered towards the exit. He frowned slightly as he peered through one of the viewports.

It was dark out, but not too dark. The light of the moon was still pretty bright outside, enough that they could see through the night at the very least. He slowly pulled the lever at the end of the ramp, lowering it slightly to the quiet howl of wind. Trails of sand rushed through the air, but the storm hadn't hit yet. "I think we better go now."

He told Kira.

"The storm will be a good excuse." Soliael said. "The reason why we headed into the village."

And just like that, he was back to business. Kira gave yet another roll of her eyes. He can go from one extreme to the next so easily. The butt.

"Alright," she told him, coming up behind him. "Let's get our gear and some good cloaks. I don't like this weather, but we should at least be safe about it."

Turning, she headed off towards where their gear is stashed. She first went for her backpack, then the blonde Jedi Master gathered a heavy tanned cloak.

[member="Kira Talith"]

Soliael backed up from the exit of the shuttle, shifting slightly as his gaze fell over the rather barren landscape. He wondered when the last time was that someone had actually traversed this terrain. It all seemed like...well nothing at all. His head slowly shook as he turned towards Kira, scooping up his own pack and sweeping a cloak over his shoulders. "Don't worry, Honey."

He told her as he leaned over and pressed a kiss on her head.

"I know a thing or two about the weather." True enough. Though using the force to drastically alter a worlds atmosphere was...dangerous to say the least. If he could avoid doing it he would, but if the storm hit them harder than they expected Soliael wouldn't hesitate.

"Let's just get to the village." His fingers suddenly reached down and scooped up her rear, pulling her off her feet slightly and pressing her against himself. "We'll pretend to be the old married couple."

He smirked at her.

"I swear, you are a kid sometimes." Kira would nag at her husband. A shake of her head and she donned her cloak. At the very least she would make sure that she wasn't breathing in sand. The last thing she needed was for her lungs to feel as if they were on fire.

A pair of goggles would protect her eyes. A scarf would cover her lower face and protect her skin from the wind. She offered the same to her husband, batting his hand away when he made an attempt at grabbing her butt.

"Hey! Behave!" of course, he made an exaggerated gesture as if he were innocent of any wrong doing.

"Come on." she shook her head again, the tiny blonde woman taking point.

[member="Kira Talith"]

Soliael made sure to press the button on the side of the shuttle that would raise the ramp.

He didn't want anyone to be able to get into the ship in case they came across it, though in truth he was far more concerned with the prospect of everything inside getting absolutely covered and choked with sand. He frowned at the prospect, though as soon as he heard the sealing hiss of the ramp the idea went away. He took a couple of quick, half jumping steps after his wife, catching up to her in no time at all and offering her a wide smile.

"It's only a short few miles." He told her, well aware that her legs likely weren't working as well as she would have liked.

"Flat desert." Not pretty, but easy to traverse. "Just tell me if you get tired."

He doted on her, a little bit of worry in his voice.
