"Or all your favorites?" at this point, it was hard to discern exactly which were who's favorite, but it didn't matter. They had fun, they had each other, and they managed to still frolick around like teenagers when in each other's arms. That was all that mattered.

"The sultry Sith master?!" she laughed. Now that one was rather silly. Or more like, contained a lack of actual fabric.

"You know, I always did wonder why Sith barely wore anything to cover themselves. Then again," she gave a slight point of herself with her thumb. "I guess robes are really in the same tub."

[member="Kira Talith"]

"Distraction." Soliael said simply.

It was something that he'd figured out quite a long time ago.

"It's like Dun Moch, honey." Soliael explained to his wife. "Not all Sith Ladies do it, only some, and generally they do it as a form of...well distraction. When you're fighting someone unless they're wearing armor it's not going to matter much if they were robes or just panties."

It was true. "But if they're just wearing panties, your eyes are more likely to go to certain places rather than watching their blade."

Of course, he had no doubt that some Sith ladies were just plain slutty, but he liked to think that most of them also had a purpose behind the way they dressed.

"Yeah, but even then. If you are just wearing panties your boobs just go all over the place!" the blonde would exclaim, gesturing with her hand. Yup, they were having this conversation.

"Like, I know that I don't have that issue." a most humble of a rack she had. Really, there wasn't much of a need for a bra when a shirt did just fine.

"But even some protection is best than none at all!" it just made no sense, even if it was to make a distraction.

"Also it hurts when it is too cold!" as if feeling said chill, Kira gave herself a rub.

[member="Kira Talith"]

”Robes don’t offer much protection, and usually they wear a bra.” Soliael pointed out.

”The force can help you regulate your temperature well enough.” This was all conjecture of course. ”Usually when they go out in the cold even they wear something more than the usual skimpy panties.”

It was true enough.

Perhaps one day he would have to ask one of the Sith he knew, though in truth...the last few that he had fought hadn’t been dressed in a skimpy manner at all. The one he’d saved Kira from had actually worn Armor that had looked Distinctly Mandalorian, and the one before that had worn full plate. He frowned.

Maybe the trend was dying out and neither he nor Kira had really noticed. He shrugged. ”Doesn’t change the fact that you like to wear it.”

He grinned at her.

A pink tongue was quick to dart out and blow her husband a raspberry. Okay, so maybe she did enjoy wearing them, but that was another topic altogether

"Not talking about those costumes!" she insisted, going back to sit on her bum and deciding to lay down a bit. The warm sand tickled her toes and was a soft cushion for her head. She'll need a good sonic to remove the grains, but she didn't mind.

"Just that Sith in general do not seem to grasp the idea that armor should.. well, protect oneself."

[member="Kira Talith"]

"They do." Soliael countered. "There's plenty of Sith that do wear armor. Like Kaine."

The fact that Soliael was on first name basis with several Sith Lords was something they would gloss over.

"Just the ones that don't wear it know there's something to be achieved by showing off their...assets." Better way of putting it.

In the end, they were probably both right. Some Sith just liked to show what they got, others were confident in their defensive abilities. Soliael liked to believe that the former were more rare, but he figured with the galaxy in its current state...it was really hit or miss.

"Why don't we head back to the ship." He suggested to her. "And you can show me all the vulnerabilities in that outfit..."

They really were like teenagers. Randy teenagers at that. One couldn't keep the spark out of Kira's aquamarine eyes nor the devilry that reflected over her face. Joy seemed to burst in her heart and she went reaching out to wrap her arms around his neck.

"Is that so?" she leaned in to nuzzle his cheek and then plant a kiss there. There were certainly a number of things that they could do once she tried out all he had brought for her.

"Well then, what better incentive is there than that?" her giggle bloomed between. Hours later they made it back to their shuttle.

[member="Kira Talith"]

The shuttle ride up to the ship was equally fast, as one would expect. Though the planet below was still something of a mystery, they had at least figured out why the Temple had been built. That was really enough for Soliael, though the crystal still remained somewhat of a mystery.

He supposed Kira would figure that out.

As the shuttle slowly settled itself down in the hangar bay Soliael looked around for a moment before standing up. A part of him was still somewhat unsettled about what they had learned, through in truth he knew it was a bit silly. Thousands of years had passed since the events written about within the Journal. Every single person who participated was long dead. Still, it was...odd. Kira was usually the one that didn't like the mistreatment of Children, but for some reason this had stuck with him.

"Alright." He told his wife.

"Let's go take a real shower." They were a bit stinky. "Then we'll see about that costume."

"A real shower?" Kira began, a wide smile and a gentle nudge of her husband to move ahead of her.

"How about an actual bath?" they had one that was large enough for both of them to enjoy. She could still feel the lingering sense of alarm at what they had found in the temple. Kira also felt the same. Her indignation came from how it had begun. At how, the Order had isolated the younglings there. For the Jedi Master, this was where they had gone wrong. The rest was just a series of dominos that only had escalated.

If they had only done it differently perhaps that tragedy would not have occurred.

"Maybe I'll even get out the bubble bath," she teased, the blonde's eyes crinkling at their corners, doing her best to bring a smile or lighten her husband's expression.

[member="Kira Talith"]

Soliael let out a long sputtering sigh.

"Maaaaaaaaaaaaybe." He dragged out the word, spinning around and slowly walking backwards down the ramp of the shuttle. The tub they had in their bedrooms bathroom was large enough to fit both of them, a remarkable thing given just how big he was, but that was the benefit of being rich and having your ship customized to yourself. He smiled and slowly wandered backwards a bit faster, never looking where he was going.

"You'd have to convince me." Soliael said with a smirk. "That's a lot of water we're wasting."

None of it was really wasted of course, they had a top of the line recycler.

Still, it was part of the game, part of the tease back and forth. She had started this particular bout, but Soliael was going to make very sure that he was the one that finished it. He liked to be the last to finish, it was more fun that way.

"Well, perhaps you can pick out the outfit that comes." not that it would stay very long. Kira set her bag down by the entryway. They'd be able to use the same pack when they went to visit then next world. For now, a little rest was a given.

"I can wash you back," came the following offer with a flirty wink. At least that smirk that had her toes curling was back. It was working.

"Maybe even give you a small massage?" to add into this the Jedi Master brought her fingers to the hem of her shirt. As she ambled away in her flirty step, she slowly began to tug it over her head.

[member="Kira Talith"]

"Hmmmmmmmm." He made a sound of consideration that seemed to rumble deep within his throat. He looked at Kira, a sly smile sitting on his face even as he continued to wander backwards. His eyes followed her form, his feet moving a bit more slowly as he could feel himself hit the Hangar deck. He moved a bit more carefully, knowing that if he fell over he could do something stupid like cracking his head open on.

He grinned as Kira undid another button.

"I think you can do better than that." His words were slow, tempting. "Think of all that I've do-"

Soliael was suddenly interrupted by a very sharp, and very loud Alarm Klaxon. The system blared with an ear piercing screech, lights within the hangar turned from bright white to a deep concerning red. Half a second passed, and then the ship shook violently.

The former false god caught himself, though only barely, his foot landing with a loud thud as another rumble rushed through the ship.

The sudden rumble and shake combined with the wail of the klaxon startled the Jedi Master. Not that having her bounce around without a shirt was a sore sight to see.

"What was that?!" she cried out, her eyes widening enough to see the white in her eyes. Heart jumpstarted, and alarm painted its way over her face. Another rumble and Kira gave a slight stumble as she bent to gather her shirt again.

Tugging it quickly over her blonde head, the Lorrdian swung her panicked gaze to her husband. Without further ado they went rushing towards the bridge.

[member="Kira Talith"]

"No idea." Soliael said as he followed after Kira.

The shaking continued, and it quickly became clear that someone, or something was hitting them. They ran through the snaking halls of the ship, rushing towards the Bridge. Kira went first of course. Though Soliael couldn't pilot the ship, he could still interface with its systems and figure out what the hell was wrong. As they ran the former Sith Lord closed his eyes, touching Kira's hand to guide him so he didn't run into any walls on their way.

"There's another ship." The sensors keyed through him. "It's firing at us."

That part was rather obvious.

They brushed through the final doorway and onto the bridge, systems already lit up. The viewport up ahead showed only a small blur. With a wave of his hand Soliael activates sensors, a ship in the distance suddenly popping into life. "Pirates."

With the same mark they had seen back on Rishi.

"Pirates?!" The woman slung herself into the bridge seat. Captain's chair actually. Heh - at another time she'd claim that there was only ONE pirate Queen but that was during another fun event that had nothing to do with this.

Instead, a scowl carved its way over the Lorrdian's visage. Cheeks puffed out as she blew hot air up, blowing her bangs away from her face. Sitting there in a baggy shirt, no bra and short shorts made the woman the most oddly looking captain of such a massive ship.

Whoever thought it was a great plan to start shooting at them was about see real quick it wasn't the best idea.

Lips thinned, the Jedi Master quickly tapping a series of commands that brought up the massive holographic displays up and around in a 180-degree curve. One of the best things of the Freya is that she could literally take care of everything from here.

Although, so could Devin with his technomancy, but for now she was here.

"Shield's are down to ninety-percent." the blonde brows drew tighter over her forehead.

"Alright, how about a game of Nuna -- if they want to play, we can play." another series of buttons and the woman brought up their weapons systems.

"Chances at being able to board?" was she being serious? Maybe. But with enough ion and concussion hits, they could at the very least disable it.

And have a nice little talking to.

[member="Kira Talith"]

"We're not boarding them." Soliael told his wife emphatically. The enemy ship was a smaller cruiser, a little bigger than the Freya, packing quite a bit of firepower. There were probably about a hundred people on board that vessel, more than he and Kira could take on all on their own. "Unless you mean what are the chances they'll board us..."

That made more sense. "In which case, unlikely."

They would have to get in close, something that was pretty difficult with a ship like The Freya. The forward Composite beam lasers made it almost impossible for any ship to get in close without sustaining serious damage, there was also the fact that they had the advantage of speed, and as far as he could tell from current sensor read outs there was no gravity well generator on that ship. They could quite literally just run away, which was what they would be doing.

"Just punch in the coordinates for the next planet, honey." Soliael told Kira.

She wouldn't like leaving, but they didn't have what they needed to fight a cruiser.

"This isn't time to fight." He came up behind her and kissed her cheek. "Gotta be smart about this."

The pirates had already likely called for reinforcements, meaning that in just a few minutes they woudn't just be staring down at one bigger ship, but several.

"They'll still follow anyways." Kira added but did as her husband had instructed. A few more taps of the display and she typed in the new coordinates.

"They'll likely make a base here." that didn't please her much. Even if the planet had a rather bloody history, the Lorrdian didn't want to add to it.

A beep told her that they were ready. Moving out of the gravity well of the planet, the Jedi Master pivoted to jump into hyperspace.

"Jumping in five... four..." another rumble shook the ship as they were hit again. A marker told her that the shields had fallen to eighty-five percent.

"Two.. one."

Activating the jump, they blinked into a stream of white.

Soliael wandered up behind Kira, leaning over the chair and kissing her cheek. ”I know they will.”

He was pretty confident in that at least.

”This ship can't fight a fleet.” Maybe they could have taken that cruiser in a straight battle, probably even won, but Soliael hadn't wanted to take the chance that some system on The Freya would get damaged. ”I didn't want to take any chances.”

Especially since they didn't exactly have a nearby repair dock. ”It'll take them some time to track us, and understand who the hell we are.”

He was confident of that as well. The Freya wasn't exactly a common ship, it's class being all but defunct over the last few years. It would also take the pirates some time to figure out what to actually do, whether to give chase or not. Eventually they would make their decision, but it would give Kira and Soliael enough time to figure things out.

”Where did you send us?” He asked as his arm looped around her stomach.

A think arm banded around her belly. It was a comforting hold, and Kira sank herself against her husband's body, but her mind was elsewhere. Mainly, picking up anything from their sensors that would indicate that the pirates were already giving chase.

"Umm... give me a second." she began, her blonde head studying the read outs. No interdictions. Or at least attempts at it. Good. Her time with Devin had allowed the Jedi Master to glean a little bit more information on how ships worked. Well, larger ones that is. She of course was not at all fooled that with the Freya she had it easy. It was fully automated for ease of use. A typical ship of this size would have a large crew to man it. Devin's time during the Moross Crusade allowed him to be able to tweak his personal flagship for his own means.

Considering he couldn't pilot the damn thing.

A quick slide and switch of display screens. Then the woman threw a new holographic projection up. It was an ice world.

"Well... certainly not Exocron."

[member="Kira Talith"]

"I would hope not." Soliael said quietly.

A small smile crossed his face. "Don't think we have enough fuel."

That was silly of course, The Freya had a reactor which would last for the next three years, but the trip to Exocron would probably take them about that long from where they currently were in the galaxy. It would certainly be more than a few months.

"Ice world." He smiled. "You Love those!"

She did like the snow. "I'll get your snow bunny outfit."

Another smirk.
